The lady filled up the water for my pedicure and then left me for 20 mins, begins doing someone elses nail and i ended up getting someone different to do it. I also had a completely different person to do my manicure in which i also had to wait a long time for. In the end both mani and pedi jobs were very poor, spots are see through, very messy, and i had to pay a lot for it. Ill do my own nails over going back to posh. I usually only come and get a fil or a full set and my eyebrows. But their pedicure station looks really nice I want it to go try it out. They're lucky I didn't complain in front of everyone (the lady next to me sure didn't care though.) I sat there for 20 minutes before as he even came. I asked her 2 times if I could get warmer water and she ignored me. So finally the nail tech next to me gave me warmer water and turned it off. When she finally came to me, The lady wasn't gentle, she was rushing through the whole thing. I got a regular Pedicure which includes a Massage and hot rocks. Whe was about to finish without doing it. Then she tried to lie and say was saving it because the lotion would mess up the polish. 😔. But I got gel! I was so irritated I just wanted it to be over so i didn't say anything. So she put the hot rocks down and forgot about them, so when she used them They were cold. As I sat there for 15 minutes with a cold rock rub on my dry legs, because she only used a pinch of lotion (if that) someone Face times her and she stopped and had a whole convo with me sitting there. When she finally finished her convo she just says you done. Didn't offer me flip flops, to move her things so I can get up. I almost fell stepping her stuff. The worst experience EVER. I came in from Augusta and decided to come to this salon. I waited for an hour and still didn't get my nails done. There were people that came after me that were seated, with no appointment. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF SIGNING IN? There was also a young lady there that had been seated when I came in the door. My nail tech, Vinh was amazing! He gave me the best ombré pink & white ever! However, I was not satisfied with my eyebrow wax done by Rose. I told her that my brows were an odd shape and It seemed as if she understood that I wanted them to look as similar as possible. She moved quickly, almost felt as if she was rushing; when I looked at my brows, I noticed two different shapes. When I looked more closely, I realized that It was a very poor wax job. Ok so here's the thing. On the website for this place it says that a fill for acrylic nails is $15 I walked in and asked and lo and behold $23 that's for normal nail polish and 1 broken tip. You're gonna have to explain to me how this adds up! A box of nail tips coat $10. There are 100+ in this box that's 10 cents. So I'm not getting that. It takes the same amount of time to do the repair and the fill. Yes it is a skill however that's nearly 30% extra for a nail tip. They would still have to do the fill if it wasn't broken. So why the expense.  So you're nails grow that's a fact. The average price for a new complete set is $25 and in pooler they don't charge to trim your nails!  Hmmmm Read Less

I love the Posh on Eisenhower! It looks upscale, they are quick to get you serviced, and they play great music! I mainly go to Alex when I have time to book an appointment (because she only takes appointments) for full sets, but for manicures I go to Sarah. Sarah works part time so you may or may not see her as much. I love them both! However, everyone at Posh are very professional and kind, and they shape your nails to perfection (which is a big deal for me). Their prices are a little expensive, but you literally get what you pay for so it's worth it! I highly recommend Posh on Eisenhower. First let me start with my nails did come out fine. I say fine because I sat longer for my pedicure than I did for my full set.. which was strange. I came in at 3:30 today and I called before hand seeing if it was okay if I came in still. The manager (owner maybe) said yes, so I came in! Everything turned out fine until the end... the women who was doing my nails kept adding things to my bill that I had no idea would cost more. In my head $25 for a pedicure & $35 for my full set & $5 for my nail jewels was fine plus the tip.. she kept adding unnecessary charges like taking off the nails I currently had on, I could have done that at home. & then charged me for matte when she already put gel on. I'm not sure how the total ended up being $81... so I told her I was completely confused and she started ARGUING with the owner right in front of me when he agreed with me. My point is you need to tell customers each & EVERY time you're adding a new charge to their bill.. i understood $5 for jewels like always but all of the other little charges I was unaware of. Making me extremely uncomfortable in front of other people in the salon. I pretty much looked like a person that kept sending their food back because they know their gonna get it free, totally awkward.I also witnessed a nail tech use the tools to do a pedicure & then just sprayed them with LYSOL... The entire staff was super rude when I asked them about a design I wanted. One design was hard I admit but they didn't have to be rude about it. And then I asked them for a much simpler one and again with the rudeness. So I went to Savannah Mall and got my nails done there. My friend & I went together as a treat! My nail artist was not friendly, no smile, no talking. She would tap my foot and I had to attempt to figure out what position she was wanting next. Also, when she was complete she did not tell me it was complete: I did not know whether to stay or wait up front, etc. Would have been much more enjoyable & relaxing if she would just talk to me. My friend's nail artist was very nice & I ask her if I should stay or go..she said I'm welcome to stay & wait on my friend. Also,there was a discrepancy w payment..as I paid for us both & gave her (friend's nail lady) payment since she's the one that asked about payment. Later while at the dryer, my nail lady come for payment again, I tell her that I already pay & have to show my receipt. I was visiting from out of town and read some reviews and it was right across the street from where I was. Walked in and they took me back to get a pedicure... It was great and I loved it!! I walked to the front to get a full set with gel polish. They had this young man do my nails and they knew he wasn't good at doing nails! He made them to thick and the nail polish is so ugly and messy! He didn't know how to shape my nails so 2 other ladies switched out to do it for him and then he sat back down And continued to mess up my nails...I hate them and I will be taking them off this weekend and going here in my own hometown to get quality work done... Okay so I normally go to my girl in Hinesville because it's close and I've been going to her for about 3 years now. I went with my best friend to Posh yesterday for the first time and I loved it! I got a mani pedi and I'll talk about both. Manicure: I had a fill done with polish, and I was even a pain enough to request a little decal that I brought with me. Tina was extremely nice, took time to make sure all my nails were the same length and took all of my requests with a p...ositive attitude. I felt very welcome and wasn't uncomfortable asking her to change a few things. She did an amazing job. Pedicure: I had 2 girls work on me. One of then did my pedicure and painted all but my big toes, and another woman painted American flags on them. I was happy to tip them both. I had a new girl there shadowing, and we chatted about things the entire time. It was a lovely experience. The girl who did my American flags (her name escapes me) was extremely sweet and took extra time to make sure everything I wanted was perfect. I've been a bi-weekly customer for over a year. I've had many pedicures and fill-ins done. Amy and Annie are the best - but several pinch hitters have done a great job as well. The salon was just freshened up and I always receive great treatment. Regarding some of the other reviews - maybe the customers weren't so great? I've been here evenings and weekends. I've never seen an unhappy customer. Annie has stayed late to fit me in....even when I told her I could come back. If you are polite and tip well, expect AWESOME service. I've given Posh two chances now, but both experiences have been disappointing. The first time I went with a girl friend and the male technicians were making inappropriate sexual comments, which made us both super uncomfortable. I tried to go here again today, but I ended up walking out. I asked how long the wait was and I kept getting the response, "not long." It is small and cramped at the front of the salon, and after an hour of being told "not much longer," and other people going in front of me as walk-ins, I just left. Also, many people around me were complaining about their nails at the end of their services. The staff was rude towards unsatisfied customers and very unprofessional.
