Diasappointed,I visited based on reviews. Pros:Nice Location,Atmosphere is comfortable, Clean. My experience,my nails are clumpy and misshapped as if my tech was in a rush. She ripped my natural nail off which my finger is sore and slightly hurts She did put a lot of effort into making sure I was satisfied they just didn’t come out right. Not sure if she’s experienced enough to do nails in a shop setting.Also not a lot of gel powders to select from.I had to go home and shape my own nails as I had an event for work to attend probably won’t return. Hands down the best fill in and pedicure ever! I was in town and went there based on Google Reviews. They were spot-on. Place was clean and very appealing. Service was amazing. I never leave reviews but I am beyond furious. I've been here before and had a wonderful experience with no complaints . Did not expect the horrible service I got 10 minutes ago. Went in for a fill in only to walk out in tears after Tommy completely destroyed the beautiful set I had and treat me like I was an idiot. One of my nails had come loose due to my own negligence and I thought he could repair it. Had that nail not been painful, I would have never got them done at all. I would have waited and gone back to Atlanta where I originally had them done. His way of fixing it was clipping the entire nail. I was shocked and thought he would only have to repair that one so I didn't say anything. He then proceeded cut every nail on my right hand. Only after he clips my set does he tell me that they don't have that shade I have will "only charge me $45.00 to replace them ". Had he told me that before I sat down I would not have wasted my time. Not much I can do now, so I let him try to redeem himself with the new set since the last one he did was ok. What I got was a hot pink unblended mess. After seeing the obvious disappointment on my face and I tell him I hate it he says "I should have told him after the first finger he did."....Really?? No sorry, no nothing. He was more worried about saving product then my experience. He then sticks my hand in acetone, files off the ugly set( which took longer than the actual mani), makes me wash my hands and says," You can leave. Take your water too."Worst experience in a nail salon I've ever had. Horrible customer service. I hope everyone has a more positive experience than I did. I stopped in, desperately in need of a fill in and a new polish. I chose Lina nails because of all of the fabulous reviews on Yelp (thanks). As I walked in I was instantly greeted by the employees. I was told to pick a polish and I would be next. I waited for about 5 minutes and was called to have a seat. I was seated with Linda and I was thoroughly pleased. Linda asked if I wanted water or champagne once I was seated. I choose a water and I was given a full bottle of water before my service started. Linda listened to my wants and made it happen. I needed a refill, my nail shape to be changed, and an ombré glitter nail. Throughout the entire process Linda made the process personable. She used my first name and asked how the process was for me. I definitely will return. Overall the salon deserves an A. Linda was a great nail tech, the salon was clean, and the employees are lively and personable. Pitfalls, the salon isn't the larger so during peak times you may have to wait. Read Less

Pedi was great (though long) but my mani had a serious lack of attention to details even after repeatedly asking for fixes. Not worth the $65!I came here to get a mani/pedi before going to a cousin's wedding this weekend. I looked around at many of the nail salons in Savannah, and this one stands out because of the many high reviews. When I looked at the pictures closely, I was concerned about how messy some of the nails looked afterwards but decided to still give this place a try. I came in on a weekday around 1pm and they were dead. The youngest woman there (never got her name) did my pedicure. I went with the mid-tier option. She worked slowly but methodically. I appreciated the attention to detail on the polish and cuticle cleaning. She did not use the cuticle pusher on both feet which I thought was odd. Another woman did my manicure. She didn't even soak my nails before trying to "cut" the cuticles. When she did bring water, they were in for maybe 2 minutes. The work was very haphazard and messy. I asked for rounded shape for my natural nails but had to have her fix them several times; the curve and lengths of the nails were all over the place. I got gel polish which came out fine except around the edges because every time she tried to clean up polish she got on my finger, she took off polish from the nail. Some corners of my nails were completely uncovered (and yes I wondered how I had corners since I wanted the nails rounded...). I was still picking off polish around my nails the next day. Having been a transplant from Northern Virginia, I obviously had to find all new service people when I moved down here. I just went to Lina's for the first time today and I am extremely pleased with Lily's service. She was attentive, sociable and did a very fine job on my hands, feet and the big surprise, a neck massage. I love that!!!! Read Less

I was really excited to try this place as I just moved to town and am looking for a nice salon for my regular mani pedi. It had great reviews, however I can't say I am anything but disappointed. The man who was helping me was very nice, but the gel manicure itself was less than subpar. There was no water used to soak my hands in, terrible hand massage and at the end he went over the edges of my nails with a file breaking the seal the top coat creates when baked on. Needless to say, less than a week later my nails are already peeling off. Definitely frustrated after spending $30 for a service that usually lasts 2-3 weeks. Read Less

I like to come here for pedicures. It's a family owned business with wonderful service. I usually choose the deluxe pedicure which is $35. The wait time is never too long, since there's always a lot of people working, and plenty of chairs. They have a wide selection of polish to choose from as well. Read Less

Disappointed in their posted times.. I stopped by their establishment and arrived before 7 on a Saturday. Their posted times state that they're open until 8 and when I walked in they refused my requests for a "fill-in" stating that they decided to close early because of it being "slow" that day. I scheduled an appointment for FIFTEEN women as a group event leading up to my wedding. They managed our needs seamlessly, and the quality of the services they provided far surpass any I've ever received in Savannah. This will be a place I frequent again, and often! What a welcoming, wonderful salon. I have been going to the same place a couple of years and have felt like I was rushed out every time I went to get a pedicure. When I looked reviews online, I realized other people felt the same way and I read great reviews about this place. I've been getting my nails done for 6 years now. I've been to many different nail salons and have only found one that I stuck with (when I lived up north). I have tried a few in Savannah and disliked every one. I am all about different shapes, designs, etc. I went here for the first time a month ago based on reviews online and had a great experience. It's clean, they always offer water or wine to their clients, and they've done an awesome job with my nails. I went to Linda, who is an adorable and bubbly girl, and she spends a lot of time making sure my nails are exactly how I want them. We had a party of 5 for pedi's and 3 of us got mani's also. I thought we were going to be late so I called to ask if we could come later, they didn't have a problem at all. They were so accommodating! As soon as we entered they were all so friendly they offered us complimentary drinks and all 5 of us were able to get pedi's together. We had a great time! And it was so relaxing. We could have stayed all day. I actually wish we had a place as clean and nice as this where we live. Our pedicure's were awesome as were our mani's. Yesterday I went there and I told the lady I wanted a mani and pedi. I also wanted two designs. She said ok and she did my pedi first and then when she doing my mani she informs me that she doesn't know how to do designs. I was upset and I really didn't want to get my hands done anymore after hearing that but I did anyways. I just don't understand why someone would take me if they couldn't do what I wanted. Sadly we are on vacation and I can't return any time soon. Lina's Nails is a cute little family shop. Very friendly and they love to chat. You won't sit there awkwardly in silence. They offer all the standard nail salon services but make it enjoyable. My mom and I came in together and they sat us both (walk ins welcome) next to each other. Friday and Saturday get busy like any other place so I suggest a weekday visit. We were here on Thursday. It's clean in here, and I should know- I just finished cosmetology school. Here's my invisible stamp of approval! The pedicure basins are lined and rinsed out. The staff wears gloves and make a point to wash their hands. It's ventilated so not a harsh nail chemical smell. I see the ladies in dresses are given towels for their pedicures so they don't flash everyone; very considerate. Large selection of polish choices, gel and regular. While sitting to dry toes in their uv dryer (not one of those crappy fans) our technicians gave us neck massages. Upon being seated in our chairs we were offered water or wine. Wine! Because we weren't already getting pampered enough. I highly recommend this nail salon for you and your friends; they're only been open here for 9 months and they already seem to know many of their clients by name. Read Less

Highly recommended! After reading reviews, I was very excited to try Lina Nails, and must I tell you, I was not disappointed. I have truly found my new nail salon. Linda did a great job on my nails. She took her time and paid close attention to detail. She was very friendly and engaged in conversation with me so I felt very comfortable. The environment is very positive, all of the technicians take pride in the work and makes sure all the customers feel welcomed and relaxed in their facility. They take their time with you and make sure you are truly satisfied with their work.  So if you're looking for a quick and rushed job then this isn't the place for you. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed nail salon with very friendly and interactive staff and manager.  I got a gel manicure from Kim (who is great, so sweet) that is spectacular, and my niece got a full set / french manicure from a gentleman that was fast and meticulous.Highly recommend Lina's salon! This place is fantastic! A top notch family owned business. My mom, sister and I stopped here first thing in Savannah, wanting to kill some time before we were able to check into our hotel.
