I visited Dragonfly’s for the first time, this week.. as my stylist transferred there. Just when I didn’t think it was possible, my girl, Carloline, impressed me even more! I sent a picture of combo lo/ hi lights that I wanted to really brighten my muddy, graying hair. She and a couple of the other stylist s got together and discussed options and then Caroline put together the ultimate plan for the color. I love that! In my 54 years, I’ve been to a lot of salons where it is clear each stylist is there for herself. Not so at Dragonfly. All of the girls were also very friendly to me and the other clients. Nicole is my stylist and my family's and my neighbors. Basically she is amazing! High maintenance color, low-maintenance color, amazing cuts, wiggles kids, husbands that want there head shaved but their wife say no way. She does it all and she's awesome at all of it. We love her! I've lived in Savannah for a little over 4 years and have tried about 7 stylists. I have naturally curly hair that no one could cut correctly. It never looked right AND everyone wants to straighten it. If they didn't blow it straighten, I would leave with wet unstyled hair and charged the same. I know crazy, right! Phone etiquette sucks. How a potential client could ever make an appointment if the people are rude? First learn how to answer your business calls, second when someone asks about appointments don't be rude and say "what!! I don't know what are you saying" and if this salon doesn't want anymore Groupon appointments do yourselves a favor and take it off from Groupon. You guys want money? Have been trying for weeks to get someone to book an appointment for me. Have called daily and have left multiple messages. At one point I was able to get a response by text. However, when replying that I had a Groupon, they never replied back again to me. Cannot imagine how difficult it would be in establishing a long term relationship with this business. Read Less

Nicole at Dragonflys is by far the best hair stylist my daughter and I have ever gone to. She does exactly what you want but also makes suggestions based on her experience. I was forced to part with my amazing stylist on the west coast a few years ago. I have since traveled through NJ, NY, MA & FL with disappointing experiences. Bought a groupon for $15 gel manicure ... Received a crappy nail filing and gel polish paint job. No cuticle treatment, no hand massage, nothing. Happy I only bought one visit! Also had to go to the place of business to make an appointment - could not get through via phone calls. Waste of time and money. Read Less
