Broke a nail today before a date came in to get it fixed and they didn't even charge me seriously they are the best don't go anywhere else

Went in today for the first time for a simple gel full set and gel pedicure.....Very disappointed... a friend highly recommended Q nails and told me they did a really good job. Before visiting, I read the reviews to make sure.... great reviews? So I was excited and comfortable to give Q nails a try.
I was greeted by the owner and her husband Q, sweet people. Told them I wanted a gel pedicure and gel full set. Tom (owner and the co owner husband) told me they couldn’t do a gel full set on my nails.... didn’t understand why.... (my nails were completely normal btw... not damaged, etc ) he kept pushing me to do SNS and said it was better than gel. I was open to it and agreed. Before started my nails, look in the color rack deciding on a color (as every other person would do) a woman took the color rack out of my hand and said “ PICK LATA” and gave it to the white woman behind me. Never mind the fact that I literally JUST received it, and only had it for 30 seconds. I was pissed. Customer service lacks here. I then asked Tom for the nail rack to pick a color and told him what happened... he didn’t care. Then threw me a color board. I was completely SHOCKED this was my first time here.
Picked a color on the nail color board....... Do not get SNS if you want the same color on your hands and feet because they do not have the same exact color. Tom didn’t tell
Me this until after my hands were done. The nail tech was inexperienced, nails are COMPLETELY THIN and it looks like I need a fill in.... never mind charged me $50 bucks.... crazy for my hands alone.... no, no fancy design. Plain and simple.. I asked for the same color on my toes and they told me they don’t have the same color and expect me to be okay with that... picked a similar color for my toes not the same and my gel toes look like a 3 year old painted them... completely sloppy and not professional. And they still made me pay..... gel all in my cuticles and around my toes (also on my hands) completely sloppy and Tom didn’t offer to fix it. No they weren’t busy....
Completely disappointed.... never again
OH BTW they don’t clean the pedicure bowls after each person. Disgusting.... they use a shower cap like plastic to cover it but still don’t clean it. #gross

I've had my fair share of horrible experiences here with inexperienced or unskilled workers messing up my nails and wasting my money. My rating goes to the effort of the husband and wife owners who have continued to strive to fix things and ultimately changed my mind. They offer a great loyalty program which many nail places don't. And again, the thing that sets them apart from everyone else in this industry is their enthusiasm and friendly attitude. Super welcoming place. I honestly feel a great vibe from the owners and I continuously introduce people I know to this location. Best place in Atlanta. Ask for Ann for any SNS or Acrylic nails. Amazing artist. Designs are not any of their fortes but simple perfection is.

Let me just start off by saying that I love this place.... I was previously going to a different place for SNS nails on a different side of town & I am soooo happy that I decided to give Q Nails a try. They are clean, professional, courteous & quick. My nails (no tips) always look natural and not super thick as I've seen some attempts at SNS on natural nails look. They have a great variety of colors which is rare, especially for SNS.My go to person is Jenny - she is absolutely amazing... I am never disappointed with the designs she does. She's passionate about what she does which shows in her work.Q has also done my nails and she is good as well. All I can say is Lena, Lena, Lena, OMG Lena...I've been getting pedicures for over 29 years and have never had a pedicure like this. You can't/won't be disappointed with anyone here. Although I live about 30 minutes away, the service is well worth the drive. Don't short yourself of this experience...

What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon with my daughter . Mani/ pedi was relaxing and invigorating! Q nails takes appointments and walk ins . Linda is a genius with her pedicure technique . I usually hate people touching my feet but she made the service more than bearable . It didn't hurt or tickle( usually my problem) . The environment is quaint . Somehow they make your service feel private and intimate with the low hum of conversation . My daughter has pledged to spend her allowance here! We had a wonderful experience.

I've always had a great experience here, but today was absolutely great! Hannah did an amazing job on my nails, she asked my feedback constantly to make sure my nails were to my liking and I didn't feel like I was being bossy about them! The color I originally wanted had dust particles in it and she pointed it out to me. Unfortunately, they didn't have another bottle in the same color, but she helped me pick a new one that honestly was a better choice! She also explained the SNS product to me and the price range which made it more of a value to me to give a shot the next time I go in. I'll be setting my appointments going forward instead of walking in to make sure I can deal with Hannah! Thank you, you truly helped make my "Me Day" a good one! :)

So I’ve been going to this same place for about 4 years and for the most part I don’t have any issues but lately the environment has changed in my opinion. Today I called about 5:00pm and asked if it was fine if I came in for a sns full set and get a pedicure, because I was in dire need of one. And I know they close at 6:00 so I wanted to be considerate, and they said no problem come in. Once I got there it was packed, but I picked my color and found my seat. I had my feet in the water waiting for about 30 minutes, and around 5:45pm these two other girls came in and said that they need their feet done and full set. They mentioned that they called, so I was like okay maybe they already had an appointment. But the girl sat right beside me and I asked, to my surprise she called after me, but somehow her and her friend was already getting work done. Me and my sister had been waiting over 30 minutes for service and right when they got there they got their service. They were getting the exact same thing as us and that’s just not fair. I don’t like to always pull that racism card, but clearly today they had some type of discrimination towards me and my sister. I will not be coming back here, which is ashame because Tony, and Q are my favorites. But I refused to be treated less than. If she would have told me and my sister that there was someone on their way and they had to be seen first, that’s one thing but once they saw I was leaving that when they wanted to say that people were coming. I’m no fool and I felt like one.

They always fit me in and they have the BEST colors! i never waited more than 5 minutes to be seated and cared for. Excellent atmosphere and i love their green tea--so much that i don't add honey or sugar to it. I drink it straight. Wonderful spot to sit and relax and get pampered.

Love this spot! I drive by multiple nail shops just to go to Q Nails. The shop is clean and the staff is diligent and friendly. I usually make an appointment because I really like the two ladies that do my SNS application and pedicure. But even when I have had to see someone else, I was still very pleased. They are always up to date in the latest nail trends and their color catalog is HUGE! You will definitely find the color you want. I sometimes have a hard time choosing because I have too many options - LOL. Not a bad problem to have. They provide cold water and hot tea to further help with your blissful experience.

I will never go back. I bought three certificates ($20 each) for my little girls that expired in a year. I went in to use them and the owner said they were no good. That's $60! He said they bought...
I will never go back. I bought three certificates ($20 each) for my little girls that expired in a year. I went in to use them and the owner said they were no good. That's $60! He said they bought the place after I bought my certificates...same name, same number, same employees, same clientele...and would not honor them. I was able to get the former owner on the phone. The two people talked, but nothing was resolved. Apparently, this has happened to other people. My advice...don't go there, but if you do, DO NOT buy a gift certificate!!!

I have finally found someone who does my nails to perfection! I kept trying different places and was consistently disappointed until I found Tom at Q nails. One of the most popular salons in the Chastain area had ruined my thumb nail, causing separation bw the nail bed and the nail. Tom was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly and painlessly. It's been 2 years and I won't go anywhere else. Q nails is super clean, quiet and accommodating. They are offering a 20% to new customers, just in time for the holiday weekend!

After years of manicure and pedicures at different nail salons all over and having many disappointing experiences... I will now only go to Q Nail &Spa in Sandy Springs. The staff is always accommodating and provides the finest service. Price is the same as other nail salons in the area that are far less in quality. Clean, friendly, convenient ... And always do an above and beyond job on my pedicures and gel manicure.

I've always had a great experience here, but today was absolutely great! Hannah did an amazing job on my nails, she asked my feedback constantly to make sure my nails were to my liking and I didn't feel like I was being bossy about them! So I’ve been going to this same place for about 4 years and for the most part I don’t have any issues but lately the environment has changed in my opinion. Love this spot! I drive by multiple nail shops just to go to Q Nails. The shop is clean and the staff is diligent and friendly. I usually make an appointment because I really like the two ladies that do my SNS application and pedicure. But even when I have had to see someone else, I was still very pleased. They are always up to date in the latest nail trends and their color catalog is HUGE! You will definitely find the color you want. I sometimes have a hard time choosing because I have too many options - LOL. Not a bad problem to have. They provide cold water and hot tea to further help with your blissful experience.
