My first visit was great. I have no complaints about the way my technician Chris did my SNS nails. When I came in I was instantly greeted and offered a beverage. I declined but it's good to know they do that here. I told them what I wanted and they pointed me to the wide variety of colors to choose from. Sadly the color I wanted was too low to service me with but Chris went right back to the color options to help me pick another color.He took his time removing my old SNS and I like the way they do the soak offs here. I didn't feel like I was rushed and he made sure that I was happy with my nails every step of the way while he was filing my nail and with the color. Love this nail salon. Tried a few others when I moved to Georgia and ended up back here. From the customer service to the nail service, it's great and if you don't like something and you bring it to their attention they will fix it right away. They make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. When I come in as a walk in I never waited longer than ten minutes. I don't stay in the area but still will make the drive. I forgot to take a picture when I got them done the ONLY problem I had is that they were out of the way for me .. I still gave them 5 stars because if I have the time I will DEFINITELY make it there. My off days are the weekend and I usually try to avoid going to any salon on the weekend. If I cannot find another one I will have to suck it up. .. summary- I will be willing to go out of my way if I can't find anything close to their work. I couldn't wait to write this review.  I'm still at the salon and the polish on my toes is drying.  Once more, I've had to fire the nail salon I'd been going to for nearly a year.  I came here to Yelp to find the salon with the most and highest ratings and Lush was one of them.  I sent a message to make an appointment and Angela responded very quickly.  I told her what I needed and that I have eczema on my hands, so I preferred a tech that would be gentle.  She assured me she would notify the tech and that they looked forward to my visit.  I arrived about a half hour earlier than my appointment time, but was greeted by Angela and immediately given what seemed like endless rings of SNS color options!!!  I was both excited and overwhelmed since my old salon had so little options.  She asked me if I was the one with eczema, but she was very discreet.  I was impressed and thankful.  A few minutes after sitting, Tammy came to escort me to a pedicure chair.I wasn't nearly done searching through color options and I didn't want to hold Tammy and Bo up, so I chose one that I was eyeing and laughed with them about how hard a choice it was to make with so many colors to choose from.  I was offered water and they began working on me.  The conversation was pleasant and just enough to make me feel comfortable, but not too much to make me feel they weren't focusing.  Every employee I encountered was so nice and welcoming.  I've found a new nail salon home!!!! I've been here twice. The first time I got SNS for the first time, and they did an amazing job with the design and application. The second time I got the deluxe pedicure and they were very thorough with my toe nails!! This place has good ventilation for a nail salon too, and the prices are reasonable. First time visiting this place and I had an amazing experience. I walked in with a friend and we were immediately welcomed and offered drinks. The pedicure chairs were extremely comfortable and the massage was among the best I've received during a pedicure -- really thorough. I had a classic pedicure courtesy of Hieu who really took the time to get all my cuticles and callous issues taken care of. As he was wrapping up, Will came over while I was getting my pedicure to prep my nails for SNS. He was very knowledgeable and offered his professional opinion regarding which option would be best for me based on what I had in mind. He was extremely attentive and meticulous -- it's clear that he prides himself on detail. Most importantly, he was delicate with my eczema. I'm extremely happy with this experience. Well like you all, I came to this place because of the reviews. Sometimes I'm a little skeptical because some stuff are just too good to be true, however my experience was very pleasant. I made an appointment via Yelp on Friday afternoon to try to avoid the VDay traffic, which I didn't really need since I came it at 10am. I was seated right away for my pedicure. The customer service is poor. The lack of communication in this nail shop is terrible. Oftentimes, we tolerate bad customer service because the product is good. The Lush Nail Bar didn't even offer that. I was serviced an acrylic full set, and three of my nail popped off in the next two days. When I returned to have it corrected; the man insisted that the color i originally had was nonexistent. Of course I found it after arguing with him for several minutes. Furthermore, the nail technicians are sloppy. I had to correct her on how to take off my broken nail. I found this amazing nail salon of course using yelp. It is located next to Kroger in a shopping center. I came with my sister and mom. My mother received a pedicure and she absolutely loved it.  She felt that they took their time and were very thorough.  They also made sure to put plastic in the bowl before starting her feet, which my mom is a stickler for.  She couldn't stop raving about how soft her feet felt.  We also saw the 20% offer for new customers after we paid and they honored it with a gift card to my mom.  She really appreciated how nice they were about everything. My sister got acrylic nail powder with unicorn polish.  This nail polish is very unique and was executed beautifully.  They came out so pretty!!  She definitely enjoyed the friendly banter her nail tech and mine had.  Lastly I chose to get acrylic powder and a different color than I'm use to. Big fan! I have lunch at Southern Bistro several times a week and yesterday, needed my toes done in a big way. I'd never ventured to Lush so I gave it a shot.Very nice salon- and one of those that offers you drinks, water, soda, etc- and it has an adorable section at the back for little girl b'day parties!! The chairs are kid size and look like animals, and it's colorful and inviting (there are four or five chairs so it would be good for a small party).Cindy did a great job - and at $23* a pedi is typically priced. They also boast a huge color selection on two separate walls. Their bonus card is great- on your fifth visit, you get $10 off services! My (*) above is because this business has a Yelp discount- 10% off on your first visit, which made my pedi 18 and change.Definitely in my rotation along with Hammond Nails down the street and Glamour at the Peach. AWESOME manicure & service! My favorite salon by far that I've ever visited in Georgia and will definitely be coming back. Y'all have a new lifelong customer!I called at 6pm and they fit me in for a 7pm appointment. The salon was large and very clean, and I was seated within 10 minutes of arriving, and I did arrive almost 30 minutes early. Everyone I met was super friendly and so sweet! They also have complimentary Coke/Diet Coke/water, which I thought was a really cool touch. The technician showed me a new SNS technique- the unicorn nail, and I ended up switching from my normal pink SNS color to the unicorn color... best decision ever. It looks AMAZING! The technician was very nice and I was so impressed with the care she took. My normal salon that I go to spent a fraction of the time on my nails that she did, and the difference in quality was VERY apparent. The convenience of being open on Sunday is what initially drew me in, but I can also say Daisy did an amazing job on my nails. Great quality and very friendly. In Atlanta for a day and needed a nail salon open on Sundays. Yelped this place and ended up being affordable and fast. It wasn't busy, no wait time for a walk in , but I presume once they get more business there might be a slight wait for walk ins. I got a gel Mani and regular pedi. I am happy with the results. Met expectations in terms of service and cleanliness. My friend who is from Atlanta said the prices for gel we're cheaper then the current place she is going. This was my first mani pedi (I'm 56, yes it's true, I've never had a pro manicure!). I had a good experience. One week later, my mani pedi still looks pretty decent - few chips. When I do it myself, I'm lucky if it lasts 2 days without a touch up. Prices are reasonable. I'm a fan! A few hours ago I would have easily given this nail salon 5 stars and actually had a review I needed to finish. But after my recent visit- I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I was charged $20 more than I should have been for a crappy job. After I was told I wouldn't be charged.I came in with my best friend- I was getting gel polish and a pedicure while my friend was getting sns and a pedicure. The salon was busy so it took a moment for us to sit in a pedicure seat. Once we sat, I noticed from the beginning that she had the better guy. The guy who did my nails never spoke or smiled. I'm not used to this as normally they smile, ask how you're doing and if you'd like anything to drink. My guy and her guy kept talking to one another while doing our feet which is TOTALLY FINE. However my guy would not be focusing on my feet instead looking at his coworker and talking. I was irritated because he would be distracted and not paying attention to what he was doing. It took a while before they realized we also wanted our nails done. They were calling for someone to do our nails. My friend had a nail tech working on her nails and I kept waiting. By this point there wasn't as many people in the salon. My friend's pedicure tech kept calling out for someone to do my nails so it was a surprise to me when my pedicure was finished and my guy started to take off my gel polish.He was letting it soak with acetone and pieces of cotton still while my friend was finished having the old sns removed. He came back and started scraping off the polish. I recently had acrylics removed off my nails 2 weeks prior so I told him that they are weak right now, be careful.He's just scraping away and using a rough nail file to take off the polish. He starts to cut my cuticles (which btw is what they consider a manicure because I was charged for it.) By this time my friend is a top coat away from being done with her SNS. Frustrating because he's taking his time and isn't doing a good job at all. I ask an employee if he's the one doing my nails because he's not doing a good job. She told me yes and said that he's new. I told him my friend is almost done with her SNS and he still hasn't taken off all the previous gel polish. He said "Your nails are weak. So I'm keeping it on." Nope. Not how it works and not how it has ever worked at other salons. I told him he needed to take off all the polish. I usually just deal with it but gel polish costs more than regular polish so I want it done correctly. I'm frustrated at this point especially since my friend is done with her SNS and I tell him I don't want him to polish it. He's using a normal nail file on my nails and is leaving scratch marks. They didn't look this bad when the acrylic was removed. He didn't do a good job and I don't want to sit there for any longer. I'm clearly upset and frustrated so he tells me he's only charging me $23. He actually repeated it twice that it will only be $23 while we were at the register. Great. I'm not as frustrated at that point until someone else rings me up. I ask her to add on $4 for the tip. I walk out and see I was charged $47. I go back in and ask why I was charged so much. The manager (I'm assuming) says because I had the gel polish taken off and a manicure. I said he took the polish off but I didn't get a manicure nor did I ask for one. He said he cut my cuticles which is a manicure. My friend said "Aren't you supposed to soak nails in water too for a manicure?" The manager says yes and I tell him he didn't even do that. PLUS I did not ask for a manicure. He says he'll give me $10 back. My nails look horrible. They didn't even look this bad when the acyrlic was taken off. I shouldn't see scratch marks on my nails and one nail STILL has gel polish on it. Giving me back $10 is not rectifying the situation especially if I was told I would only be charged $23. I took the $10 cash and walked out. Instead of continuing to argue over the price- I decided to leave this review, never go back and tell all my friends/coworkers to do the same. This was "my nail salon." I recommended it to all my friends and coworkers. Convinced them this was the place to go. Now I have to take it back and tell my friends they don't do good business.  If you look at the pictures- certain nail techs do amazing jobs, there's no denying that. If you decide to go based on other reviews- then go see Bo. She's the only one who does a great job. But you have been warned- they hire new people who don't know what they're doing. Read Less

i went to the one by Trader Joes on Roswell Rd. (no idea if there's any affiliation) Great looking salon, I mean really beautiful white marble everywhere. Prices were reasonable. I got a SNS manicure. There were lots of colors to choose from, which I liked. Jessica did my nails, she was very sweet. I really appreciate her patience and quality of work, but she could have filed a little better at the end when she finished; however, I went and fixed it myself anyways. What I didn't like was at the end they charged me $40 for my manicure, when she initially quoted me $35 when I arrived AND it's in their brochure as $35 for full color SNS manicure. NEVER AGAIN. I usually get a deluxe pedi with gel and full gel set on nails which takes a hour, I got WAY less work than that done today, only a polish change and pedicure, they started right away and it took TWO hours with no one else in the salon but me. I've been coming to this shop for a little over a year now. I always enjoy going because 1. the place is nice 2. quiet 3. my nails always look great and 4. the staff is pleasant. The customer service has been good for myself and when my husband goes for his pedicures.
