This is the only nail salon I go to. I am in love with this place and the millions of colors they offer. I've never been to a nail salon where every single nail tech knew how to do nails amazingly. I can walk in any time and be paired with any of the nail techs and know that my nails will turn out great. They also know how to wax a mean eyebrow. SLOPPY RUSHED SERVICE. I wish i could give her negative 50 stars. when you walk in, you know who the owner is ...... she's the only one walking around with a disgusting stuck up attitude. On the surface she seems bubbly & nice but will quickly pop an attitude if you start asking questions or if your not picking your colors fast enough. WHEN I LEFT MY NAILS LOOKED LIKE A 5 YEAR OLD DID THEM they were lumpy crooked & not even filed straight. She did a sloppy rushed job & her attitude is absolutely disgusting under the surface. I could have done a better job myself. I went home & found an amazing DIY nail channel on youtube to do your own nails. I love this place, I drive almost an hr, depending on traffic, just to get my nails done here! Staff are very thorough in their craft and make it an enjoyable experience every single time! Even when they are having bad days you can never tell because they love what they do! As long as there is gas in my tank I will always come back ! Read Less

We walked in and thought we were about to have the Kardashian experience because it really is gorgeous and unique... By the time we left we were angry and disappointed and still need another manicure. They said they could do design on gel polish I only asked for a heart and it took the lady 20 minutes to draw one and it still did not look like a heart, it wouldn't dry, we sat there forever waiting for it to dry and was still wet when we left. Worst nail experience I've ever had in the most beautiful place. My sister-in-law and I walked in and took pictures because we were so blown away by the store. We went at 11:30 on Saturday and there was only 2 people working and the line behind us grew quickly and there was a long wait for everyone there... I've been to this place, twice and each visit is met with excellent customer service in this absolutely gorgeous salon. The boutique size and style makes the user experience that much more personal.
