Have used this place for years and was very satisfied but last time I visited, had a young teenager do my nails. She cut the side of my foot and scrapped my big toe and it bled. Was not at all happy with my pedicure on this visit and haven't been back. Also every time I have been in lately, they are always trying to get me to upgrade when all I want is a basic pedicure. This place is so terrible.. The guy who does all the nails is grotesquely rude.. He doesn't like to take direction, and uses outdated techniques. He literally tried to intimidate me by handling my hands roughly when I tried to critique him on how I wanted my nails done. I explained to him how I came across his shop in casual conversation, and he assured me that his staff and the way he did things were different. But shortly after when I explained to him that he wasn't doing my nails the way I wanted them he said, " Now I see why they didn't do your nails at the last shop."..."I don't like customers who are picky"..."it's not that serious you'll get them done in 2 weeks anyway".. I was so upset and I felt so disrespected. It took him a whole 45minutes to do my nails (not including the drying process) and my nails still looked mediocre. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Not only was my experience terrible, but I also over heard a fellow patron saying that they had been waiting a whole hour to get serviced. First time here and it was amazing!! I like the pedi in the box. It's the first place I've been to in a long time that actually takes their time. They were busy for a Sunday but they didn't rush to finish and my nails and toes look great. PENNY did my eyebrows and even though it's a 15 miles drive I'll be back for her to do my eyebrows every time!! They also did a great job on my daughters nails, she has very tiny nails and they did a beautiful flower design. PENNY put an extra coat on my daughters fingers and toes so they last longer. I chose this spot after reading the reviews. I am new to the area and desperate for a nail salon. I got a $25gel manicure and $40 pedicure. Although, like others mentioned, the staff was very lovely, it definitely took way too long. I was there for an hour and a half. Literally,the next day my gel had chipped and by a week in, half of my nails had no more gel. I thought about going back to have them fix. But honestly, I just don't have the time. My sister and I made 1230 appointments (mani pedis) over a week ago.  When we arrived (on time) for our appointments, there were FOUR people in waiting area.  We signed in and I wrote that "yes" we did have an appointment.  I noticed that the other 4 people wrote "no" they did not have an appointment.  By 1245, 2 of the 4 people waiting had left because they were annoyed from the long wait.  Surely we would be called before the 2 non-appointment people? No.  They got called next.  By 1pm (30 minutes past our appointment time!) we still had not been called.  I found a nail salon down the street who said they could take us right away (and they did!!!!) so we left.  So annoying.  What is the point of making an appointment if you aren't going to honor it? Penny does a great job! Together with her colleagues, I had a great experience having a mani & pedi. Penny also encouraged me to have my eyebrows done. After reading Yelp reviews decided to give this salon a try.  The husband and wife that own the salon were very friendly. Penny (owner) started gel manicure at a nail station then moved me to a spa chair for pedicure and to finish my nails.  I was pleased with their service.  Penny also waxed my eyebrows and I was very pleased with the outcome.  It seemed to take a little longer than Iight have expected but o was clear I was not in a hurry (I was there over 1.5 hrs but again this could be my fault) I would definitely go back. First off, I am Vietnamese and nail tech myself. My friend and I walked in and asked about the prices. The owner guy said " They're look like they dont have any money" not knowing that I'm fluent in Vietnamese. Which I find rather amusing. Anyways, I pretended to not let them know until before I leave. The look on their face was priceless! And yeah! They do talk about you in their own language. Anyhoo, my pedicure was really short. Cause with a store that doesnt treat their customer fairly, if you are a college student they automatically guess that you dont give good tips. Your massage is 5 mins max. Even with the deluxe pedicure. The work is average, but I wouldnt be coming back because I could understand what theyre saying. Lol. Acrylics... however, they were a lot of bubbles. Its those white dots in the pink and white. Lucky for me I got a regular pedicure. My friends nails look like stickons WITH bubbles. 3 stars for my nails looking good. It wasnt their best day. DO NOT GO HERE!  I was having a pedicure here today and the girl cut my nail on the side of my cutical on my big toe then ripped it out.  Basically ripped my nail out of my nail bed - it was a centimeter long.  I told them I wanted alcohol and to get out. I am so worried now I will get a fungus or an ingrown nail or worse. It hurts so badly.  I am not sure if they are licensed but the department of health needs to check this place out stat! Read Less

Love this place. The nail service is good, but what I love most about them is that they are willing to do special parties at night for me and my friends. I get large groups of moms together that cant get away during the day and have moms night out nail parties here. the owners are so generous, they stay open as late as we want, and close the doors to everyone else. they also let us bring in bottles of wine/snacks to have too.
