Smells like chemicals upon entry. They said it was a 10-minute wait, so I picked my polish and in 10 minutes I was taken to a pedicure chair. There were two women on either side of me with no water in the pedicure bowls, so I figured they were done and waiting for their nails to dry... 20 minutes after I had been seated, they got water in their bowls, but no one came to assist them. Returning customer! I have been to many different nail salons, especially in the ATL area and this was by far the best SNS manicure I have ever had. They have a huge selection of colors and finishes. They offer you complimentary water the minute you walk into the salon. Make sure to ask for Sam, he took his time, and checked my nails backwards, forwards and sideways to make sure they were perfect. I stayed after closing to finish my manicure and was very pleased to see how well they clean their entire set up! A++ in my book. Read Less

I have been coming to this nail salon for over two years. My first visit was at the previous location and the most impressive thing was the fact that they use liners in the foot bath. Then I noticed how clean they are. If you ever stay late you see an army of cleaners dusting, wiping, sweeping, etc. I LOVE IT! But it is a nail salon, this is an expectation, no? Yes and no... let's just say I truly appreciate the owner's attention to detail on this. Service, I'm sure you're interested in that. They are attentive and do a good job of getting you in and out. My favorite nail tech is always busy but that's because she is great! I noticed quite a bit of turnover at one point but there are plenty of seasoned employees there now. I am a fan of gel nail polish and there's a trick to getting it right. Whatever it is Kristi has perfected it and as a result that's my go-to tech. All in all it is a great relaxing place that provides great service. I've seen some of the negative reviews and I have to wonder if a) we went to the same salon b) they got one of those techs that didn't work out or c) where was I when that happened only because I've never noticed fireworks or unhappy faces when people leave. I cracked a nail and went back to get it replaced and while getting it replaced the nail technician asked who did my nails because they weren’t done properly. And she informs me that the guy who did my nails was fired within the week of him doing my nails improperly. I asked the manager to have an additional coating on the rest of my nails JUST to color correct the other nails that were done incorrectly by an employee who was FIRED within the same week. The manager refused to allow me a single coating of SNS, saying that the FIRED employee did 3 coats of SNS because that’s what all employees do (a rule I wish I would’ve known a week ago), although I sat there and watched him do 2 coats. But I’m the wrong one. Clearly he was fired for a reason. I wasn’t even asking for a reshaping of the bumpy nails. Or a brand new set. Simply to have the service I paid for done at the quality this establishment purports on clients with the excessive yellow gold wall paint and fake Eiffel Towers everywhere. I was a loyal customer here. In a world where customer service is king, it’s such a shame to see some companies failing to respond to loyal customers. My recommendation is to micromanage your technician here. Unfortunately I go to professionals assuming they know what they’re doing and not expecting to tell them how to do their job. Read Less

So i used to really enjoy coming to this nail spa, until my last expirence there. Firstly, If i ask for my nails to be a certain length, then i want them to be that length. i dont need you to tell me that i am "too young" and "your dad might get mad" if i want my nails to be long. Secondly, my nails ALWAYS break. I always go for the Sns manicure, and literally my nails break within a short span of me having my nails done. they are wayyyy too thin. Read Less

I went here yesterday. I really liked the man who did my gel manicure but because he doesn't do feet another man did. I don't like that he didn't ask me if I wanted them shaped or cut. The male owner/manager is very customer oriented. But it would benefit him to choose his staff more carefully. 2 of the nail techs who did my mani or pedi were interested in doing good work and cared about my requests but 2 cared only about getting the job done fast without care for the customer experience. I have been here twice and debating whether to return. Their prices are higher than others but they offer a 10%discount if you give them your email or phone so it evens the playing field. I am happy to pay more but not for poor attitudes.Read Less

I came here to get a polish change. They were not busy at all. However, I noticed they sat me in a chair that didn't recline and that didn't have the automatic massage. Though there were several chairs open the owner insisted that I sit in the broken chair. When I asked to move to another chair, he said I cannot sit in those chairs because my service was only $8. I was very disappointed that this business did not value me as a customer unless I was spending top dollar. If you refuse to offer excellence for an $8.00 (5min) polish change, you should not offer the service at all.
