I had a gift to use so I gave them a try. They were great on my nails but the lady could not wax eye brows. I tried to explain to her how it should be done and she got upset. She said she would fix it...
I had a gift to use so I gave them a try. They were great on my nails but the lady could not wax eye brows. I tried to explain to her how it should be done and she got upset. She said she would fix it but I said no thank you. They are a little over priced. Disappointed over all.

I recently came to this location to get my nails done. Now I was on Groupon & had came across a mani/ pedi for $16. Hey.. why not? I already wanted to try a new place. Upon arriving there was a lot of people in the waiting room. Me thinking since they have a lot of customers they must be great. Well I got seated pretty quickly & I did mention to the lady that was doing my pedi to start off with that I did have the coupon for a regular mani/ pedi. She said okay.. She started to give me the service of a deluxe. I was okay with it even though it was going to cost me $5. She had my feet soaking in cold water. I asked her a few times to make it warmer but the water didn't seem to get any hotter. I left it as that. Now my feet are soaking in ONLY water. Previous pedis that I have received at other locations they would put something in the water to soothe your feet. This wasn't the case. Especially the fact I was paying $5 extra to get the "deluxe".. already I wasn't impressed. When it came time to the scrubbing of the dead skin. She didn't use anything. She scrubbed on my dry feet. No scrub was used in the process. I wasn't very satisfied. I guess the lady had to leave & left me with another lady. I asked her to please take off the dead skin on the sides of my feet since the other lady didn't & very rudely she pushed my foot down & said "yeah yeah i got it" .. The nail polish on both my hands & feet were done by other lady. By this time I have 3 different lady's helping me. She did an amazing job with the polish. Maybe cause I had a coupon they treated me like this? Other than that my time here wasn't very great. & Ill most likely be finding somewhere else to go next time.

I was passing through here on business and had just enough time to stop in for a pedicure. The entire salon was friendly and outgoing. My pedicure was amazing and my massage was one of the best I have had. When I was done and paid the bill I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. Very clean, nice atmosphere. I wish I had this place at home!

This salon was recommended to me by my mother in law. They are out of the way from where I live, but they are the cheapest and most detail oriented salon I have come across. Lynn was so nice and made sure my nails looked perfect when I left! I got SNS nails and it was only $31.00. I will definitely be back.

I am a regular customer for many years. I can say that Anthony and his wife Mary provide one of the best customer service. They are extremely sweet and nice to their customers. They treat you like family. Never disappoint with my nails and toes. The staffs are very professional and nice also. They are one of the first nail salon in this area since 1990. I will not go anywhere else.

My first time here. I was recommended by my guest last night to go there.. Went in n told lily, the lady who took care of me, that I went to this other nail salon to get a French manicure done n it's already fallen apart after five days. So she took really good care of my hands n helped my nails n skin to heal better.. When she redid my french manicure, she really paid attention to the smallest details n made it perfect.. The best I have ever had.. N this is my fourth time getting it done. I'm really happy with the results.. :) I have finally found a good nail salon who knows what they are doing n the best part is that they are very very clean n they sanitized everything. U have to check it out!!

I went here twice the last few months, Both times had the same unpleasant experience. I always like to try a place twice before I ultimately decide if I'll be going back. Needless to say, I will not be going back here! The staff is rude, almost seemed stuck up. The woman who did my pedicure was almost acting angry like she was doing me a favor to be working. She had a annoyed look on her face he entire time. No one here was friendly or attentive, no one made me feel welcome of valued or anything even remotely positive. The pedicure was fine, but the service and staff is the worst i've ever experienced, and i've been to many many salons. I recommend going to the nail salon right down the street, pretty nail, where they are very nice there and appreciate my business.

I have been patronizing this nail salon for well over 12 years. Always had a good experience. They know my name and do a good job. Today I went in. I was not greeted. That didn't even tell me where to sit. I was NOT acknowledged. Water was NOT even put in my chair. I just sat there. After 15 minutes of being ignored I left. The owner was not there. Sad to say, I went somwhere else. It was cleaner, elegant, cheaper, and did a great job right down the street. You have lost a long time customer over being ignored and rude. I highly encourage the owner to get back in there or you will more good customers.

I had a great manicure/pedicure here. The salon is clean, the spa chairs are wonderful, and the owners are very kind and conscientious. I think Katie is probably the best nail technician I've ever had! She did a fill-in plus manicure with dark polish and my nails have never looked prettier or more natural. Her pedicure is equally amazing!

When I asked if it would be much longer the woman snapped at me. Horrible selection of polish colors. Way too many choices locally to spend $ at a place like this.

We just moved to the area and I was looking for a place close to home that had great service at a reasonable price...and I found it! The owners were so kind and friendly, the massage chairs were wonderful and the pedicure was fantastic! My feet have honestly never looked so good! This will be my regular place, for sure!

I love this place! I found this place while exiting the post office after a long day at the office and never noticed that there was a nail shop right next door! I stopped by and only got a pedicure (wanted to see what that was like) and fell in love... I returned the following week for a mani (gel) and fell in love again. It was relaxing and fun!! I was lucky enough to find this place about 11 years ago. (I stumbled on them, as they are next to the Post Office) I have been going there ever since. I am THE PICKIEST person when it comes to my nails. I had been to NUMEROUS places before finding Nail Turbo. What sets them apart from all the rest, are several things.....First of all, their customer service is superb. You are made to feel like a friend from the moment you walk through the door. The sanitation is superior!... When you sit down to get a pedicure or a manicure, you sit in a chair and put your feet in a bowl that has been completely disinfected. (They even keep a log sheet next to every chair) The implements (tools) that they use come in a sealed plastic bag from a sanitizer for each and every person. The decor is lovely and they have the BEST massage chairs that I have ever sat in, and that includes my chiropractor's office! The owners are long time residents of Roswell, and go out of their way to make each and every person that walks through the door comfortable and special. I don't know what salon that "Layla" visited, but I have NEVER not heard Mary (the owner), not go out of her way to greet and thank every single customer that walks through the door! Most all the girls that work there have been there for years, and they have little, to no employee turnover.... (To me that says a lot about a business) I can't say enough about this establishment...there is none better. I've tried the rest and found the BEST!

If I could rate this salon a "0" I would. Absolutely horrible experience. The staff is very arrogant and does not treat all of its customers equally. I was not greeted as I entered nor thanked when I left. Although, I did notice other customers being given very nice treatment. It happened over and over so I know I was not imagining it. Also, I felt rushed and most importantly they use the same tools on everyone. Nowadays, most salons use a more individual approach and provide you with your own set of nail tools or provide some sort of sanitary protection. There is absolutely nothing special about this salon and the prices are high. I will never go back and will tell all of my friends about my experience. There are far too many choices in nail salons to put up with one like this. Use your money elsewhere for a better all around experience. They don't appreciate all of their customers the same.

I recently came to this location to get my nails done. Now I was on Groupon & had came across a mani/ pedi for $16. Hey.. why not? I already wanted to try a new place. Needless to say, I will not be going back here! The staff is rude, almost seemed stuck up. The woman who did my pedicure was almost acting angry like she was doing me a favor to be working. I had a great manicure/pedicure here. The salon is clean, the spa chairs are wonderful, and the owners are very kind and conscientious. I think Katie is probably the best nail technician I've ever had! She did a fill-in plus manicure with dark polish and my nails have never looked prettier or more natural. Her pedicure is equally amazing!
