Bluegrass is a wee bit out of the way, tucked in a small strip mall off of Marietta Hwy, but it's worth the extra effort. The shop is clean, bright and airy. And you're not greeted by the stifling, headache inducing odor most nail shops are known for. Yes, there's a slight smell, but it's not overpoweringly offensive, which is the main reason I pass at least 5 other shops to come here.The fresh fruit water, modern rustic decor and TVs simultaneously playing HGTV and Food Network are great touches. There's also semiprivate space for two people getting nail treatments. The first time I got my nails done, my SNS was bit thicker than I prefer, contributing to chips after a week or so. This last visit, my SNS was applied much thinner (2 layers of powder/liquid), allowing me to use my nails as I normally would (to peel price labels off something purchased from Home Goods). Outside of SNS and pedicures, I've not gotten any other services and, thankfully, no one has ever attempted to upsell me.
