The guy who did my nails made both my thumbs bleed! This was the first time I have ever gotten my nails done in my life and I’m not sure I ever want to do it again!

I went and got my nails done and the women didn't even take her time there sloppy as ever worst acrylic nails I've ever had will never go back! They made my mother n laws fingers bleed

Horrible customer service, put my feet in ice cold water and took 3 times to get it to where it wasnt super cold. Cut my toe nail way too short then proceeded to file it. It was pretty painful.

Horrible customer service, put my feet in ice cold water and took 3 times to get it to where it wasnt super cold. Cut my toe nail way too short then proceeded to file it. It was pretty painful.
I could have painted my nails better and I admit I suck at. She went to "fix" the psi t job but only fixed one and it looked worse.
I never do things for myself like that and when I did I was extremely disappointed.

Horrible! Walked in they immediately sat me down to get a gel fill. My mother sat immediately for a pedicure. One hour later no one has approached me and my mother is done with her pedicure. Still no...
Horrible! Walked in they immediately sat me down to get a gel fill. My mother sat immediately for a pedicure. One hour later no one has approached me and my mother is done with her pedicure. Still no service for me - I’m completely ignored. Workers are in the back room - one left for a break. There are two ladies in waiting chairs and I’m sitting at a nail desk.....finally 90 minutes and I leave and they want to know why I won’t stay to get my nails done. Horrible. Unprofessional. I had a time frame in which to get a badly needed fill. Times up my nails aren’t done and they never said a word. Tell ppl! Give customers an estimated wait time. Do not Sit them at a desk to be ignored. I would have left long ago had my mother not got her pedicure. The funny part - she didn’t even want the pedicure. She just went with me because I NEEDED the fill. Horrible. I’m sad I have to give you a star

Nancy started my nails and had to redo how she glued two of them before handing me off to someone who could do them. I’ve never had a nail salon do that. The workers started arguing while there were a few customers there. They were cursing constantly and it was honestly the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to. Please save your money and don’t go here.

I've been coming to US nails for years and love this place. My nails look great and hold up well which is amazing since I do a lot of work with my hands. Everyone is friendly, professional and well trained. Tracy usually does my nails but I've had them all at different times and the results were consistently good. You can make appointment but they do a great job handling all the walk ins promptly. Highly recommend US Nails.

Horrible customer service, put my feet in ice cold water and took 3 times to get it to where it wasnt super cold. Cut my toe nail way too short then proceeded to file it. It was pretty painful.
I could have painted my nails better and I admit I suck at. She went to "fix" the psi t job but only fixed one and it looked worse.
I never do things for myself like that and when I did I was extremely disappointed.

I've been coming to US nails for years and love this place. My nails look great and hold up well which is amazing since I do a lot of work with my hands. Everyone is friendly, professional and well trained. Tracy usually does my nails but I've had them all at different times and the results were consistently good. You can make appointment but they do a great job handling all the walk ins promptly. Highly recommend US Nails.
