I walked in and was asked what I needed done by one of the ladies there. After letting her know that I wanted my eyebrows waxed, I sat and waited as she proceeded to work on another customer’s nails. After about 20 minutes, she signaled for me to come to the back. Here’s where the problem starts: As I’m walking I saw the lady at the sink, as she had supposedly “washed” her hands, but instead was a quick rinse and dry. Once she came in the small room where they do waxing, I asked politely if she didn’t mind washing her hands for me. She said “I did already.” Instead of me telling her that she “didn’t wash them good enough”, I asked if she would wash them again for me. After she pretty much refused to wash her hands for me, (after I just sat and watched her work on another customer’s nails for 20 minutes, barely wash her hands and then think she was going to put her hands all over my face), I told her she could keep her services, that I’d go elsewhere. One of the ladies here is RUDE! She had an attitude towards me and a few others that walked in. She didn’t speak the best English, and it was hard to understand her, but don’t dare ask her again what she said, because she will roll her eyes at you and have a disgusting attitude. She didn’t greet us when we walked in. She just said to us, “What do you need?” With a disgusting look on her face. Needless to say, I left and went somewhere else. Horrible 2 times my nails broke from the sane set... the lady seemed more concerned about getting to as many clients as she could instead of the quality of her work... Will not be returning! 40 dollars down the drain! Read Less

Pedicure was fabulous! She did a wonderful job. The SNS pedicure is what really upset me. The guy didn't get the color on the entire nail and had to re-do 3 of them. They edges of my nails look a mess because he didn't clean up the edges. First time visiting and won't be returning. Read Less

I've been coming here for years and have never been incredibly impressed. Yes, it's clean, they are friendly and do a fair job, but the WAIT! I am reviewing as I currently sit waiting for now close to 40 minutes! Yes I came with 2 other people, but they had one person waiting ahead of us just for a pedicure and 3 people who had manis now getting a pedi. AND a person who came in behind us just got seated before us! Not the first time this has happened either....yet I just keep coming back because noone seems to give a decent pedi in Rome, Ga. I visited for the first time for mani/pedi. When I arrived, i was able to go right to a nail technician. Nice decor and clean except bathroom. I was there an hour and a half....my SNS nails look horrible..(eventhough he tried to fix them twice and said he would try again.) I sat for 10mins waiting for my pedicure...a lady came over...filed my nails and put oil on them...i guess that was fixing them. I didnt stay for my pedicure. I will not be back. Read Less

Hands down the best nail salon in NWGA. When I go other places, my pedicure chips within the week. Christy and her staff are top notch. There are lots of fun options on the pedi menu, and the couple of extra dollars for deluxe treatments are worth every penny.Read Less
