My sister and I went to this salon at a mildly busy time. They were sweet yet assuming. I asked to get acrylic nails and when they asked what color they one gave me the gel options (even though there were other options) and I asked to not have gel. They sat me down and all was going well when he started applying the nails, but then he got a phone call. Expecting him to keep it short seeing as he was working, I was ok with it, but he stayed on the phone for the entire time. He cut my nails shorter than I wanted (before even asking), and my nails with the acrylics on were shorter the I had them when I came in.The nail coat was patchy and barely covered my nails. My sister had her acrylic nails done by another person there, and hers looked really good, but I would not recommend the guy who did my nails.

Went in today for a simple eyebrow waxing. Takes 5 minutes of their time max. They were a little busy and I was the only one in the waiting area so I expected a wait while they finished others up. 4 more people came in after me wanting manis and pedis and were taken within 5 minutes of walking in the door. I waited 30 minutes and was never acknowledged so I left. Definitely won't be going back.

They do excellent work. Salon is neat and clean. SNS is the best I've had so far no cracking or chipping at 3 weeks.

Terrible. My daughter and I were ignored through the entire pedi while the technicians laughed and had conversation between themselves in their native tongue through the entire thing. They would push our feet or nudge us if we needed to move. Very unpleasant experience. The atmosphere is terrible. She didn't even paint my whole nail.

I will never come back here the lady who done my nails was texting and reading her text messages the whole time then after the first few minutes she jumped up and left I was told a little later that she went to go pick up her kid from school but while I told them I wanted a fill in and my nails cut down a little she cut them all the way down and the snatched one of my nails off the charged me for it also I told her she cut them to short and she said no it's ok I'm really upset and on top of everything I ended up paying 20 dollars for my nails to be messed up I do not like them at all they didn't even try to fix the fact that the lady messed my nails up I hate this place

Up until this point, this was my favorite nail salon. I came in to get a gel manicure. The guy who did my nails made it the most clinical experience I've ever had at nail salon. He rushed through my entire manicure and made it seem like he just wanted me out even though there was no one waiting. I've never been so disappointed with my experience at a salon as I was today.

Hands down the BEST nail salon around. Incredible customer service and fabulous work! I love this place. Last night, they were finishing my nails around 8 PM. They close at 7:30, but as they were finishing me and another customer at 8 o'clock, a lady walks in with her teenage daughter wanting to get gel nails. And instead of telling these customers that they were closed, these wonderful ladies told these customers to pick out their colors and did not mention a word that they closed at 7:30. If you want to be treated right and have a comfortable experience, this is the place to go!

My sister and I went to this salon at a mildly busy time. They were sweet yet assuming. I asked to get acrylic nails and when they asked what color they one gave me the gel options (even though there were other options) and I asked to not have gel. They sat me down and all was going well when he started applying the nails, but then he got a phone call. Went in today for a simple eyebrow waxing. Takes 5 minutes of their time max. They were a little busy and I was the only one in the waiting area so I expected a wait while they finished others up. 4 more people came in after me wanting manis and pedis and were taken within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Terrible. My daughter and I were ignored through the entire pedi while the technicians laughed and had conversation between themselves in their native tongue through the entire thing.
