I have stopped going to this place because they're always rude to me and demand cash because apparently swiping a debit or credit card costs them more. Also, the threading is very painful and they don't put anything on my eyebrow skin to relieve the redness and pain. They simply wipe off the freshly threaded hair. Read Less

Went in on Thursday and 3 days later the lashes started coming out. I was careful not to rub them or wet them. Also had my brows tinted and she didn't leave the stuff as long on the right Eye as she did the left and they don't match. $62 spent and when I called to see if they would fix it they said no. Since being under new management, this place is a joke. I've gone back one too many times. First of all they're rude. I had been growing my eyebrows out so they can be thick again. When i went in to get them done, some older women helped me out. She was new. I told her i want them thick so just clean them. She said good. When she got done she gave me the mirror to look. She completely took my natural arches out. it looked like i had an 'M' on my forehead and not only that, after i clearly said i want the thick she THINNED them out. All that time i spent growing them out was for nothing. When i went to my car i looked in the mirror and she had missed a whole section of hair so i went back inside to get it fixed. I did go back but not for eyebrows. The past times i've gone in, they're constantly asking me if i see anything (hairs that is) and when i tell them where i see hairs they get annoyed. I'm sorry you're not doing your job and i have to point out the areas you missed. Which are big and obvious. And im talking about my lip if you're wondering. I went in today to get my lip done and when she gave me the mirror i noticed she cut my lip!! That was the last straw. I've been getting my eyebrows and lip threaded for 7-8 years now. And not once before until now (under new management) have i ever experienced threading to be so painful. And one thing i noticed today was, instead of throwing away the thread she used on me she rolled it back up, to use again!!! That is unsanitary and gross. Especially because she cut my lip.
