I went in on mother's day after a long week of work and needed to relax. I knew it was going to be busy, I just needed to sit, relax and get my toes done which doesn't happen but a few times a year. I sat down and 5 mins later another lady came in, she then sat next to me. When someone was available, they went straight to her instead. I guess I was too relaxed... when the lady came to me she asked how are you, but while I said I'm good, how are you?, she interrupted with You want deluxe pedicure. I then answered just regular, please. As soon as I said that it was a rushed job and she never said a word. However she had plenty to say to everyone around her, so much that she scrubbed one foot twice because she forgot if she did it or not. She didn't even massage my feet... she went up to the middle of my calf then and only did a very minimal and short massage on my legs. I couldn't believe it was over, I went to ask but she was so busy talking and just got up to get the hot towels. She didn't ask me if I wanted my nails cut shorter and I wear tennis shoes all day, they needed it, then she just filed them and cut the sides of my big toe nails, now they look super weird. Also she never got the dead skin or toe nail pushing on my big toe, you know the one you have to use the pick and just getup underneath. It was a very unpleasant experience and I'm glad I got to see what it was like before I brought my daughter with me and I won't be going again. There is no need to have my money back or come back and get my toes redone. I don't want any of that I just wanted it to be know of how my experience was, if it matters. Read Less

I totally LOVE this nail salon. It's bright and clean with lots of space, rather than cramped and dirty like many other local salons I've walked in and walked back out of. The staff is always pleasant and I usually don't have a wait unless someone with an appointment walks in. (I'm typically a drop-in since I'm never sure of breaks in my schedule). I like that they don't have a loud TV tuned into a talk show or reality nonsense...I like the quiet, serene atmosphere where I can relax and catch up with a magazine. The shear privacy curtains between pedi-chairs is also an added plus. The fact that I'm not bombarded with a menu of services booklet when I sit down is also a bonus. The tech is professional, sees what I need, and provides a beautiful service and a reasonable fee. A+++ in my book. Read Less

I originally gave these people a 5 star review because of the great customer service I received while there, however, they charged my card $35 instead of the $30 that should have been. These people are THIEVES and do NOT deserve any customers! Stealing from people is wrong and it will eventually catch up to them. They have lost my business and many more to come. Read Less

Sat down they told me price would be $45 after the woman swiped my card it was for $60 def overcharged for a average job. Lately these Asians have been robbing people I can’t find no quality or consistent nail salon in Rome. They think they are slick. Will never be going back again. It was a set of coffin gel nails pretty basic not no $60 dollar job. After I asked I had to leave because if I didn’t I’m sure I would have been arguing with him. This experience that is supposed to be relaxing and calming was the complete opposite. They rushed through it and did my nails and pedicure at the same time pulling my arm to the side and making me very uncomfortable. Then not even the same day my Gel French Tip nails turned an orange color and became very gross looking. I tried to go back and they refused to redo them and were very rude. My boyfriend took me here last month bc it was sunday and everybody else was closed and they was about too close but they waited for me too get there & they did a very good job on my nails they are very cheap and affordable I paid 25$ and I usually pay 45 at galaxy nails just for a color & glitter I recommend them if your In town they didn't charge me extra for glitter or nothing !💅 the man was very nice too didn't talk much Read Less

This place is horrible.. my nieces nails started coming off after 3 days we we called and they told her to come get them fixed.. we got there and the guy was super rude I assume he's the owner and my niece said he was extremely rough while fixing them and it was hurting and he ended up making her fingers bleed..so unprofessional in my oppionion. . So to me this place isn't where I'd ever go.. I personally have never been and after this would never myself go.. they need to work on quality and better customer service and then wanted to charge her after she was told they be replaced for free he basically almost wanted her to pay for a new set and to fix the 3 nails they did poorly on Read Less

This place is beautiful and quiet, not overly chemical smelling. The man did an amazing and quick job on my nails and he didn't charge much. He was so sweet and easy to understand (good English) This is the best nail salon I've ever been to and I'm so mad I didn't come sooner! Read Less

The service is always very nice and friendly. The facility is really clean and modern looking. Their prices are more affordable than the majority of salons in this area. I love the massaging chairs! Nails look great! Pedicure with nail art was only $25. Read Less

I went to A & T in early March. Due to a very hectic work schedule I haven't been back for a refill on my gel nails. Obviously there is a lot of nail growth, however, just only two days ago the nails have started to come off. Tommy did a fantastic job!! Read Less

I used to go somewhere else and lately haven't been happy with the outcome of my nails, so I wanted to try somewhere new. My first visit at A&t was a little over 1 week ago and I was very impressed. I barely had to wait even 5 minutes for an available nail tech and Tommy did amazing! My acrylics haven't even begun to lift yet (they started lifting after just a few days at the other place).
