I just got my nails done there by the guy I think his name is Steven. I’m really impressed and my nails turned out amazing. They were all so friendly and nice and the lady there has done my eyebrows before, I never leave unsatisified I’ll deffinitly be returning :) .

My 5 year old daughter and I sat and waited for 15 minutes, and with no one waiting ahead of us, and only 4 people in chairs, the eldest tech, Who had seen us sitting there the whole time, looked us...
My 5 year old daughter and I sat and waited for 15 minutes, and with no one waiting ahead of us, and only 4 people in chairs, the eldest tech, Who had seen us sitting there the whole time, looked us up and down and waved us off said we would have to wait an hour and when I pointed out no one was waiting in front of us and that we have been waiting for 15 minutes, she shrugged and said "sorry." But it was clear she was not sorry. Had my daughter not been with me, I would have been very clear about how upset I was. One of the rudest and most inconsiderate experiences I've ever had at a salon. Usually they will put you in a chair and let you soak for 30 minutes in order to hold onto your business. These people don't even seem like they want any new business, maybe only the regulars who have posted on here how wonderful they are.

I used to like this place, but last time I went in the told me my favorite employee was no longer there, the wait was long (only 2 people working), and they weren't very friendly. It's a shame because this is so close to my house but I'll have to find somewhere else.

Sat for 20 minutes in the massage chair, waiting on the guy walking around to finish playing on the computer so he could get my pedicure started. Never did, but started a pedicure for the next customer that came in. I will never be back.

If I could give this salon a zero star I would. The man working Didn't want to do my nails because it would cause him to have to stay about 30 min past closing. WTHECK! If I ran a business especially one that was like a nail salon I would gratefully do whatever I needed to make sure my clients were happy and come again, not just say "no time, we no time for you". Thank you T nails for ruining my night with your laziness.

This place was awesome! T and T and Ashley were the best. They were so friendly and accommodating and just all around great. Plus their designs were on point. Will definitely be going back!
