I thought for sure I must have already reviewed but I guess I only thought I did. I absolutely LOVE this place. I moved here in July from PA and knew no one. I stumbled upon their FB page while still in PA when I was looking for stuff for my new home. The ladies let me put some large pieces on layaway and later that month when I came down to GA I picked up my very first furniture for my new home. I have never had a bad experience and I shop here OFTEN. In fact, my home could probably be an advertisement for them! Everything looks fabulous and I get so many compliments on the pieces I got here. The owners are always helpful and the store always look amazing. I first visited in December 2016 and purchased a side table and lamp. I should have reviewed then but after reading some of the reviews felt the need to do it now. I was greeted upon arrival, they were friendly and kind. They were not the overwhelming follow you around on your tail kind of sales people which I frankly enjoy. I hate when salespeople, especially in smaller shops are "up your butt", it ruins it for me. One of the employees that were leaving for the day at the back of store even stopped to ask if I needed any help, which I did not as I knew what I was looking for seeing it on Facebook. I did end up buying another item I did not see on FaceBook. After I purchased the items I was asked if I needed help carrying the items to the car, I declined as it was not that heavy. Although some stores have their employees and family members leave reviews under the guise of a normal customer, I want to say that I am a vendor at The Rusty Nail Home Market. I want to share that information because I am beyond proud of it! I consider it a blessing and an honor to work with such kind, creative and passionate small business owners who believe that customer service is first priority. ... As a vendor, I am very knowledge about the quality of furniture that enters the shop. I must say that you will not find the bar raised as high elsewhere. The store has a high set of standards for every single piece and if the furniture does not meet those standards-it leaves the store. As a vendor who puts a lot of time and energy into every piece I paint, I am very appreciative to know that all the furniture around mine with be regarded with the same amount of care. Some fake fb accounts have been set up to write nasty reviews to cast this store in a negative light for others own personal gain. Couldn't agree more with the comments read. I came in a few times and as a interior designer couldn't ever put any of this furniture in a customer's home or my own have been to many stores and I would rank this one as one of the worst in the south east region as I have clients all over there is no commitment in the furniture it's a quick paint job nothing to see last. I can not say enough about Amber, her husband, and all of the wonderful people from Rusty Nail! We had the pleasure of going to the store in June, and fell in love. There were so many beautiful things in every booth! After purchasing that day, we continued to shop on line, and several of us ordered, and they made a delivery trip to US in Barnwell! This establishment was very cute and well put together! The prices were decent for some things, and too high for others, but some of the sellers do apparently offer sales. My only complaint was that while the furniture seemed pretty solid, none of the drawers rolled or were easy to open, which reminded me of the cute but cheaply made furniture you find somewhere like Kirkland's or Home Goods. The owner/manager that I interacted with was not only friendly, but very helpful and seemed knowledgeable in terms of the furniture and decorating advice she gave. The quality and workmanship of this "family operated business" is that of a 12 year old. They buy old furniture and spray paint everything including all the hardware. If they "custom" build anything, they copy other peoples designs and do a lousy job at best. They are dishonest, disrespectful to their customers and vendors, and extremely unprofessional from the top all the way to the bottom. Don't waste your time! Read Less

Very easy to deal with! Great prices! They have a great selection to choose from! They went above and beyond to help make our Daughter's Christmas a great one! I would recommend them to family and friends. We found exactly what we have searched for after about a month or two at the Rusty Nail. They had a big sale and knew we were going to purchase from them and shared with other customers that the item we had not paid for was already sold.
