Well 1st these shops NEVERA seem to keep their places up as far as being tidy and fresh looking. I saw stains on the floors and walls. 2nd I asked for a pedi (apparently they only offer 1 kind unlike other shops that offer diff types) My pedi was just a good basic pedi. 3. My gel nails are THE WORST I have ever had!! Polish is all around my cuticles and most nails appear matte finished vs the shine that they should be. I will NEVER go back or refer anyone here. Ive been going to this place for a whilr loved it they made me feel like family from the start etc. well today i had someone different than usual and not only did he charge me 23$ (almost the price of a new set) but for a fill in. He charged me for extra things and did not tell me he was going to. His work was not worth 23$. Im highly upset and mostlikely will not be coming back. Read Less

I go here most of the time because I like the powder they use. It lasts long and doesn't lift. Every technician I go to gets me in and out really quick but there will be a wait on Saturdays or most weekdays during rush hour so make an appointment or plan accordingly. Read Less

I walked in on 3/2/18 for a pedicure and full set. They began working on me almost immediately. The staff was very attentive to what I was telling them and they took time to explain the various options for my nails. Hailey made sure that my nails were excellent quality. Just okay. Got a gel polish change and pedi and both were okay. The mani slightly less so. For some reason my tech used a file to cleanup the edges of the nail after he finished. The result? Walked out of the salon with polish missing along the sides of several nails. It's been less than a week and I don't think I'll get two weeks out of this set. Read Less

So I went to the neighborhood salon looking to get a simple manicure.  I don't have any 'extra' anything on my nails.  It was a bad experience almost from the time I arrived.  I sat down and the tech came and looked at my nails.  I said  SOME of them needed to be cut down. She grabs the clippers and cuts the shortest nail on my hand. So close she nicked my skin! Well that was tech #1.  Then in the midst of cutting the other nails, #1 gets up without a word and #2 sits down. She finishes and starts to polish gets through one coat and low and behold she gets up and #3 sits down!  What!?!! Where does this happen? When I mentioned this to the manager his attitude was nonchalant.  As a business in my neighborhood you serve at the pleasure of the patrons.  Do you take my business and my patronage for granted? I don't get my nails done every week because sometimes it is a hassle for me because I am handicapped and use a walker.  My daughter from Charleston was visiting so I suggested that we go get manicures and pedicures while she was here to help me.  We walked in and all the staff was helpful and told my daughter to enjoy - they assisted me getting in and out of the chair and let me sit there the entire time so I didn't have to move around!!  I just gave my granddaughter money to treat her tomorrow, on her day off and I have appointments for me and youngest daughter this Wednesday as we get ready for a family cruise/destination wedding the following week.  Thank you for your excellent service!! This place is awful. Waited over an hour for a fill in and never got it.... on my birthday. Never said there was a wait and 3 people came in after and went in front of me. They have one qualified technician that can do acrylics. Everyone else can just do basic polish. 👎🏼 Read Less

Awesome staff! Cool, funny & knowledgeable crew. The place was clean and welcoming. Jake did an awesome job on my nails without charging me an arm and a leg. I guess I got the wrong tech. All I wanted were clear nails with 1 design on 1 finger. But when I told my tech what I wanted and showed him a picture, my tech acted as if he couldn't do 1 simple design. My nails are horrible. I'm going to have to go to another salon to get them fixed. I've been going to this salon and this salon ONLY since 2013 when Silver Nails up the street (in the Publix plaza) messed up my nails and still made me pay without them being fixed. Every person in this salon are some of the most sweetest and helpful people I've ever met. My favorites are Jake and Wayne. Jake is the most talented nail tech to ever touch my hands. He can personify any description and imitate any picture you show him. He also makes sure you know that you can come back to have your nail fixed if anything happens. What actually made me leave a review is that last week, someone talked me into getting something out of the ordinary. I was so tired when we finished that I didn't really pay attention until I got home. I wasn't a fan. I came back and asked Jake to fix 2 or 3 nails. He stripped them ALL and reshaped and sized them plus covered the nail that I recently slammed in the car door with a design.lol. I honestly don't care how far I move. If I can get to Nails TLC within an hour, I'll be there. Read Less
