I had a pedicure there that was great so I decided to come get my nails done. Got a full set with gel polish and 4 nails fell off by the weekend and I did not pay around $50 for 5 day nails. They have a very poor customer service decorum, and they also have a very disorganized order of operation within their business. The wait time is too long, and your service may never be in the order of arrival, especially for customers without appointments. They also are clueless on how to maintain customer loyalty. No sense of customer service at all. No loyalty to returning customers. Downright rude. I am an immigrant who is of course multilingual but I also know public speaking etiquette. These patrons just flat speaks about you and laughs about it right in your face. They of course must not realize we live in the age where Google lets me know what you are saying in a different language. I will never ever bring my hard earned money to their botched up work ever again. Please believe that I would not write such a review over a one time incident. This is very repetitive. I have lived in my home for 20 years and for however long this nail shop has been there I have NEVER been there due to attempting to go and the sign states back in 30 min or 2 ppl ONLY working ect..... I have natural long nails so in the summer due to gardening and daily swimming I apply gel polish. Dumb me being lazy Jesus tried to give em a chance. The ONLY reason WHY I'm giving them 3 stars is because my nails look nice AFTER the fight with another customer and the man handling of the GUY that did my nails, his wife was so nerves after the fight that she couldn't do her job ect...... The sweet lady made my terrible feet into beautiful, delicate feet. She was very nice and friendly and willing to make her customers feel at home. She introduced me to Tina who was also working and they asked me where I was from and talks to me like one of their friends. That's one of the things I enjoy seeing is their regulars coming back and talking, having a wonderful time. That means that people feel comfortable here I certainly did. I've been coming here for over 5 years now. Each time, I get great customer service. I've gotten gel nails, acrylic, manicures, and pedicures. I can honestly say that each time, I always loved my nails, I appreciate that when I am explaining what I want done, they listen and do their best to accommodate, instead of doing what they choose to do. This place is just as in and out as it gets. My wait was about 20 mins before I was serviced. The lady working at the chair closest to the register did tell he it would be a wait. It took about 3 hours to get a full set. The first guy wasn't confident in his ability and it showed. My nails were uneven and lumpy. The only Manicuring tools they use is a file, buffer and a drill. There's no arm rest so the desk left marks on my arms because I was setting in the same position for so long and was very uncomfortable. The sration was also full of filings which was all over my arms from resting on the table while being serviced. I also did not see anyone using clean towels, files or buffers for different clients. No bactricide anywhere either. My cuticles were cut several times with the drill. He also drilled to deep on my nail trying to even out his lumpy acrylic. Once you feel the hear from a drill it's doing damage to your natural nail. Most of my nails only needed an overlay and are a nice length so I was charged $35. After he couldn't fix his work a lady came to finish his job and made the acrylic super thick, it's all over my hand, she also drills into my cuticle. I ask her to clean around my cuticle and she does a quick wipe on 1 nail. There was no customer interaction. In fact they only spoke English when asking you for your payment. The only conversation was worker to worker in a foreign language and you couldn't even enjoy your service because it was constant chatter. Do yourself a favor and travel to get quality service. It cant be this hard to find a decent nail place. When I first got there I was told to pick a color and then 10 minutes later I was told to go to seat number 6. I was only getting a pedicure. I went to the seat and there was no water ran for me yet. I figured they were coming since they asked me to sit in the seat. I waited for 20 more minutes and then someone finally came and filled the soaker with water. The technician let me soak for another 10 minutes. By this time the thought of relaxation had gone out of the window. Unfortunately relaxing  is one of the reasons I went in. The technician finally gets back to me to start and hands me a brochure. The starting price for a pedicure on this brochure was $25. I thought it was a little pricey but figured it came with an exfoliating scrub so it was fine. The technician does a good job on the acutal pedicure, however after I move to dry my feet, I find out that the standard pedicure is only $17. This is NOT posted anywhere in the shop and nor do they tell you. Another customer told me about it as she gladly paid her $17. The place is pretty run down and the pedicure stations are dingy. The technician did do a pretty good job. I will not be visiting this establishment again due to the lack of customer services, cleanness and ability to be truthful and upfront about prices. I have gone to this shop for many years, so do my daughters,sister,mother, and several girlfriends. I think you need to have a relationship with your provider. We call and make an appointment, then the wait is shorter. When you go to a popular place, you might have to wait. We also try to go at off times..not Saturday when it's busy. They also do new fun things all the time. Wherever you go, have a relationship with your nail people, barber, family doctor. .go where they know ya! Read Less

The most horrible nail salon in the state of GA, they don't specialize in anything but old school crap. I needed an SNS fill-in and not only did the woman not know how to do it she keep trying to make me take my set off so that they can reapply them and make extra money. I came before 2 of the women in the salon and they allowed them to go ahead of me. I had to get a pedicure to kill time. Which wasn't so bad but the women touched my feet as if I was a new born baby. I didn't receive a massage from the pedi-chair nor was I offered one. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. 100 thumbs down. I have been patronizing this nail salon for 6 years. There is only one person I trust to do my feet and continuously have problems with the owner trying to get me to do my nails with someone else which I tried once and it was a disaster.  I only go there for convenience and truly hate the lack of customer service. I walked in today and the first thing out of her mouth was "can you come back on Tuesday" really? ?? No hello,welcome..thank you for your loyal patronage.  If I could come on Tuesday I wouldn't be walking in on Sunday. Im done!!! Read Less
