Went to get my eyebrows waxed. Was greeted after a minute and was taken to the back area and told to sit. I wasn't told who will be doing my eyebrows or where they where but I'd assume they would come from the back where staff generally waits during their downtime. I see a man come through the front door, come straight to the waxing area and set down his phone on the vanity. He didn't wash his hands or wear gloves after coming into the salon and his phone had been left on a video/podcast/something that I couldn't understand at a disruptively loud volume during the majority of my wax. The material used to rip the wax off felt like wax paper not the normal clothe-like strips (maybe just a product I haven't come accross). My friend and I stopped in on a Wednesday morning for pedis. We had to wait almost an hour with our feet in cool water for two of three nail techs to get to us. We both got basic pedicures and that’s essentially what they were. A quick pumice stone, nail and cuticle trim, salt scrub and some lotion. No massage. Polish was quickly applied and out the door we went. Actual time spent on active pedicure was under 30 minutes. The basic is $25 and compared to other places, I think this was a bit high. Every other salon does a massage, provides warm water, basin liners, and some sort of blue stuff in the water which I’m assuming is a sanitizing solution, and a massage with warm towels in the basic pedi package. This pedicure should be advertised and priced as an express pedicure for about $15. Read Less

Awesome place! Just went there for my wife manicure and pedicure, I took advantage and got a manicure, no wait. Service was excellent and  she did a great job with my nails and my wife love her nail done by Mrs Martinez. Will definitely come back! Read Less

I went in with my daughter and her friend and we all 3 had pedicures. The staff was very nice. We had a short wait, no biggie. The chairs were AWESOME!!!! The lady did a great job with my feet and toes. But most importantly.......they were clean and sanitary!!!! I used to get my toes done all the time but the last time I went to have a pedicure, at a different place, they gave me a fungus and I nearly lost my big toe nail!!! That was nearly TWO YEARS ago. This is the 4th time I've been here, I like to give a place a few tries because sometimes things out of their control happen ( workers call off etc) there has never been another customer in this place anytime I've been here. 3 people seem to work, the owner has been the only one who's done my nails, and each time she's been rough; pulling hands jerking fingers burning my finger tips with her sanding tool. Talk in video phone the whole time. Very unprofessional. I've had one of the other woman do a pedicure on Me, rude when I tried to make small talk, boobs falling out of her shirt. Today I waited outside for 15 minutes before someone showed up to open the shop late, spent the next 5 min on speaker phone trying to get her other workers there, one shows up 10 min later boobs falling out and arguing with the owner. If I could give negative stars I would. Called to see if they could do 3 pedicures, told us to come on. Had us pick colors and sit in the chairs with our feet in water. Then realized there were only two people working, and lots of customers. One lady told us not to worry, more people were coming. Her husband showed up about 15 minutes later and was the only one doing all three pedicures. He overran the tub and soaked my shoes on the floor. There was three people in front of me when I arrived. The place had been renovated, and looked pretty nice. They didn't even acknowledge me. I told them I wanted a full set, and sat down. First off the waiting area was just two hard wooden benches, very small. I waited for a good 45 minutes before someone finally was able to do my nails. The guy who did them rushed through them, worse filling experience of my life. Then a girl came to paint my nails. After all that was done, the total cost was $30. I was shocked, they raised the price $5! And the work wasn't even better than when it was $25. I recommend gong there if you're a regular, or someone who looks older than 25. Then you'll get ample respect. But me being 16, it was like I was the least important costumer. I paid and left. Never going back there. Read Less

Terrible service. Unprofessional. I will not be back. I received a gel mani and pedi which I have gotten several times before ( not here). There are no signs posted due to remodel so I was unaware that my mani pedi would be over $80. Age discrimination, I went here, because I thought this older woman worked there who had given me the best pedicure I'd had on sometime in Pooler. The pedicure today was not good. While I was getting my manicure I inquired about the older woman to the middle aged man doing my nails, he said no such woman worked there. I said I must have been mistaken about where she worked.Then to my astonishment, he said "I don't hire older people." I was stunned. When I asked why, he said customers don't like. Now I was mad. I used to love this place but unfortunately the techs starting slacking on my services. They started rushing on my nails and making mistakes way too often. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I've never left so angry. The nail tech doing my nails was so rude, and he rushed through the entire job. He decided to remove some of my gel nails and instead of removing them gently he painfully ripped all three off. Also when he was filing my nails with the electric.filer he hit my skin and cuticles multiple times which was quite painful. He also did a terrible job of painting my nails (with gel polish). I do not understand how a dark purple color could be so transparent and so uneven after two coats. Then upon checking out they charged me for the three nails they took off....that I didn't ask to be taken off and which did not Need to be taken off....not to mention that I've never been charged for removing a gel nail before. When I questioned the charge they began talking in a different language in front of me, then would talk to me in english, then start talking, which had to be about me (in front of me) in the other language.  I should also mention that  my friend got a pedicure yeaterday evening at around 7 and less than 12 hours later (this afternoon) the Polish is already wearing off.It's an understatement to say that I am beyond angry that I spent 38 dollars on this terrible job....do NOT go here. If you like to be treated poorly, waste money and pay for terrible service....then come here!UPDATE: got my gel powder and gel polish nails done on Friday evening and monday night one has cracked and broken without any manual labor to break it. This is the first time I take the time to review a place. This place was so bad that no one else paying for a service should go here. This place was not only dirty, but the people were rude, the guy giving me the gel manicure was taking food out of his teeth with his nails and flicking it off right in front of me. He used acetone to remove my gel manicure and then recycled it. I saw him putting it back in the container. They obviously have no idea of cross contamination. Please be aware this place is NASTY! Got a classic pedi and was a nice clean up to my rough feet. Nails looked great!Got a eyebrow and lip wax which the shape looked great but they clean up your face with baby oil which I hated. Had to go straight home and was my face. After my waxing I looked at the wax jar and it left me wondering if she double dipped the stick. I will go back but pedi or Mani only no more waxing here. Horrible customer service! Asked for a shellac polish but was charged for a manicure. After trying to explain to Lynn the owner I assume she refused to adjust the price and only offered a 3 dollar refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
