Walked in and was immediately told that they didn't have time to do my nails and suggested another salon down the street...mind you there were no people waiting and only 3 people getting nails done. So much for customer service. Read Less

Just left the salon went in for a mani/ pedi. Decided that I only wanted a manicure halfway through. The staff was stand offish and unprofessional looking and acting. I asked for opi color and was told they only had a few only to see walking out a whole wall of it. My nails are mediocre, I got a gel mani. The salon itself was messy with food and drinks of staff laying around all over. Equipment was dated and dirty as well. The basic tools were sterile. Of course im going to give serenity a 5 star rating :) we offer sns nails which requires "melting off" if you get any kind of colored powder and needs to be soaked off or taking off before your color can be changed . I gave them multiple chances and they still messed my nails up! Went in got a new set 2 days after I just got one because they hurt and were not even, the tip was crooked so got them removed. Was happy with them the second time then went to get them filled and they melted them off completely and said I had to get a new set!!!! I asked why they said they melted off instead of the sparkles just coming off! So I said can I do the s&s sense they are the same price they did them they was OK and I liked the design I got and then she said $40 I was like what! I had to pay for their mess up! I have been going here for several years. Eceryoje is so friendly. They actually talk to you. I bring in a design and the hand do it on my nails. Perfectly! I have never had a complaint.
