The staff is nice. I recently got a pedicure and a full set. This us the first nail salon I've been to that doesn't place the plastic nail as a barrier to protect your bail from the powder formula. I didn't think much of it at first but now my nails are in an unbareable pain. I'm going to have to remove this full set ASAP! Never again can I allow for this business to touch my hands. I saw Nail Lounge in Pooler on a post on Facebook somewhere. I wasn’t very happy. Went in 4 days later to have them fixed and waited for an hour. Went to Pro Nails and they fixed them and charged me half the price (we took them off and started completely over). I was in and out super quick! Loved them and for sure recommend! come with acrylic nails and they want to remove and put gel polish the man who took care of me that I just wanted to put the gel polish on the acrylic nails and when I clarified what I wanted literally I ripped the acrylic nails and the nails were left very sore and hurt that after several months I could have them healthy, oh and the gel polish afterwards it was impossible to remove it or if it fell, it definitely did not come back! So disappointed. I was waiting on a friend to get her hair done and came into Pro Nails on a whim for a full set of acrylic. Tina worked on my nails. While the quality of the acrylic itself is fine, there were a couple other issues. First, I didn't care for the color of the polish I chose. It appeared lighter than I expected from the bottle, which happens and is no fault of the salon. To remedy this, I asked if she could do a third coat of the shellac, she mumbled something, and then never painted the third coat. I didn't want to make a big deal of it and decided I would just repaint them at home with a polish of my own. No big deal. Then, as I went to the dryer, I accidentally bumped my hand on a chair and damaged the paint on two of my nails. I apologized to Tina and let her know. She shook her head and led me back to the chair. On our way back, she said something to the tech working near her and pointed to me. I said "Excuse me?" Tina replied, "Nothing," and pointed to the chair at her station for me to sit, clearly giving off the vibe that she was annoyed with me. Next, she saturated her fingers with polish remover and tried to get the polish that bubbled up from the bump to smooth down. It wasn't working and she got a lot of polish on my skin doing this, so I asked if she could use cotton to remove the polish. She nodded, but then started to paint over top of the bubbled polish. I told her that I was sorry but the polish was bubbled and asked her to remove the polish on those two fingers and restart. She eventually did, but made it clear she was not happy about it and pointed to the dryer chair when she was done without saying a word to me. She warmed up when I was paying, but it didn't make up for the poor treatment during this exchange. I wouldn't recommend this salon to others, and would suggest those considering getting their nails done in this area to go to Lotus where I had great service and quality just a day prior to this whole incident. I decided to give this place a try since my regular nail tech is on vacation for 2 months. I went around 1830 hours on a Saturday and the place was not crowded. I was immediately greeted and explained the service I wanted which was a gel nail manicure. I was paired up with Henry and he was so gentle. My nails have never looked better. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this place a shot. It seemed nice and decently clean on the inside. However, the nail clippers my technician used seemed to not be in any disinfectant and just sitting in her drawer. The nail file she was using on me looked like it had been used many times before. My top priority with nail salons is that they are as sanitary as possible, and I did not get the impression of that here. I don't want tools that have been used on other clients to be used on me. I was fully expecting this place to live up to the hype and the great reviews on here. But sadly, I'm disappointed. My nails did come out pretty good, except a couple of them are crooked. I can see why this place has such celebrated reviews. I came to Pro Nails for the first time tonight and was very impressed. Even though they were very busy I waited less than 10 minutes to get a mani/pedi. This isn't bad especially considering this is a holiday week. I was greeted with a bottle of water and warm soaking tub for my feet. They did a great job on my nails, were professional, and were nice and welcoming. The salon was clean, had sanitary tools, and proudly displayed their nail license on the wall. No complaints here! I look forward to going back. Read Less

They give you your bang for your buck. Good service. 3 stars because last time I was here I was getting my legs waxed towards the ending the technician burned the heck out of my leg with the hot oil. I decided to give it a try. HATED IT. I even showed them a picture of how I kinda wanted my nails. Well let's just say it looked NOTHING like the picture.. They're really rough, and made me sit extremely uncomfortable. While one lady was working on my toes the other lady had me twist so she could do my nails. I've never been so uncomfortable while trying to get a nice pedicure and manicure. Normal places will do either nails or toes first then the other one, not this place. They literally done my nails on the arm rest of my pedicure chair. The shape of my nails were terrible. It was supposed to be coffin but were nothing like coffin. Today was my first time at Pro Nails. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful today. My nail technician did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. She took her time and engaged in conversation with me. She also gave me her advice about my design/accent nail. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. First walked in and it was so hot in there I almost passed out, but really needed a pedicure. So, I decided to stay. The lady doing my nails was sick and could not stop coughing. She didn't cover her mouth and was spreading germs all over me and the salon. The pedicure was great, but now it's been less than a week and my polish is already chipping off. I used China Glaze and have never had a problem with that brand. Just wondering if the polish was old or diluted. I doubt I will go there again. Read Less

My favorite Nail Tech at another salon left without telling me where she went. After a few hours of Facebook and Google stalking and not being able to find her, I gave up and went somewhere else. Needless to say those two trips, to two different salons left me in tears. I'm not a "girly girl" about many things but my nails being done well is one that I'm a stickler about. I love this place!! After going to numerous nail salons around Savannah without finding one I liked, I drove out to Pooler today to try Pro Nails. I've never had acrylics before, so I was a little nervous when I first got there. However, everyone was so professional and friendly- they made me feel totally comfortable! Tony walked me through the whole acrylic process and upkeep instructions during the manicure.  I showed him a picture of the natural nail length and shape I wanted, and they looked wonderful when he finished! I've been coming to Pro Nails since February 2016 and could not be happier with their service. Tony is the most efficient, professional, and friendly nail tech I've ever met. Each time I come in the salon, the owners Tony and Tiffany always ensure I leave completely satisfied with whatever services I have done. I also appreciate that the staff NEVER push me to get additional services like a lot of other salons do nowadays. They are confident in their work and know that I will come back to get whatever services I need done when I have the time. As long as I live in the area, I will never go anywhere else. Best nail salon in the area hands down!
