Same here...New to the area and was looking for a nail shop comparable to what I was used to. After reading the google reviews here, I decided to try Orchid Nails. So glad I did. Was very pleased at the service and the prices. Dang did an Awesome job on my nails, and her sister-n-law did an even AWESOMER (not sure if that's a word...lol) on my toes. She took extra special care polishing them. This will definitely be my new home away from home nail shop. Thanks Dang for a job well done!

A little pricey, but honestly, they did an amazing job. Paid $30 for the first gel french tips I've ever had, and they look absolutely stunning. The technician was very sweet and worked very efficient...
A little pricey, but honestly, they did an amazing job. Paid $30 for the first gel french tips I've ever had, and they look absolutely stunning. The technician was very sweet and worked very efficiently; I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. I would recommend this salon any day.

These people are so disrespectful!! First they want to charge me $20 for a polish change and when I told her no I just want a nail repair she got an attitude and told me I can go somewhere else and was all in my personal conversation giving me lip about my personal conversation. I have never been in a salon that had technicians that were so disrespectful to paying customers. Do not waste your money here at this location.

This is the ONLY nail salon I will go to. If I can't get an appointment, I will wait. I live in savannah and work in effingham and it's worth coming to pooler for! Dang has been my manicurist for 5 years and she is kind, friendly, and great at her job! We even got my dad coming to get pedicures! I'm sure someone was having an off day on the bad reviews because it's definitely not a true reflection of the shop and owners I know!

I just moved to Pooler, so I was looking for a new nail salon. I've been to a couple of nail salons in Pooler and I was not happy. I happen to find this nail salon one day while eating at the sushi place next door. I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you I love this place. The shop is clean, they use liner in their pedicure bowl, the tools are in sterilized pouch, and they are friendly. Once I find a nail salon I love I will
be a loyal client. I would recommend this place.

Dang, thank you for always being sweet & kind! You have great customer rapport :) I truly appreciate you having a clean shop & using sterile tools every time ! You know how much that means to me :) I've never seen a shop owner willing to do whatever it takes to make the customers happy, even when they are being outrageous . I hate that you got bad reviews while out on maternity leave... I know my toes missed you .... LOL Glad you are back!

Have not experienced such horrible customer service! Wow. They were short staffed (understandable) but knew my water was cold and ignored our request for warmer water. Will not return!

Same here...New to the area and was looking for a nail shop comparable to what I was used to. After reading the google reviews here, I decided to try Orchid Nails. So glad I did. Was very pleased at the service and the prices. Dang did an Awesome job on my nails, and her sister-n-law did an even AWESOMER (not sure if that's a word...lol) on my toes. She took extra special care polishing them. This will definitely be my new home away from home nail shop. Thanks Dang for a job well done!

A little pricey, but honestly, they did an amazing job. Paid $30 for the first gel french tips I've ever had, and they look absolutely stunning. The technician was very sweet and worked very efficiently; I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. I would recommend this salon any day.

First they want to charge me $20 for a polish change and when I told her no I just want a nail repair she got an attitude and told me I can go somewhere else and was all in my personal conversation giving me lip about my personal conversation. Dang has been my manicurist for 5 years and she is kind, friendly, and great at her job! We even got my dad coming to get pedicures! I'm sure someone was having an off day on the bad reviews because it's definitely not a true reflection of the shop and owners I know!
