I used to come here regularly, but took a hiatus to explore other options. When I returned on Thursday, I found the salon packed with new employees and was pleasantly surprised by the new chairs for their pedicure area, that is however where the pleasantries end. I received a gel mani and a signature pedicure. The pedicure was fine, a little rushed, but my gel mani is a disaster. He globbed the gel polish on in thick strokes so it’s uneven on every nail, and all around my cuticles it’s uneven. Looks like he didn’t even give me a manicure prior to applying the polish. So very disappointed, $35.00 down the drain. Will not be retuning to this place.

INSTRUMENTS NOT CLEAN!!!! I asked to see the autoclave bag they come in and the arrow had not changed colors indicating that they were not clean. This was not the only problem however.
I SCHEDULED and appointment a week in advance and I got there and my friend and I were made to wait one hour before anyone saw us. They served other people who came in after us before us. Then they did not have the treatment available that either of us chose in stock to do the $45 choose your own treatment spa pedicure. Then the treatment they gave me stained my leg purple and no one even tried to wipe it off until I asked them to. It keeps going; when the lady went back to get the metal instruments I noticed that the blue autoclave bag had not been run in the auto clave. I asked to see the bag and showed her that the arrow had not changed colors indicating that the instruments were dirty. She went back and got another bag of instruments that had also not been run. I tried to tell her not to use them, but she did and I didn't want to make a big scene around my friend. At least I watched carefully to make sure she didnt cut into my skin or toes. My friend got her pedicure started 15 minutes before me because there was still no one available. And guess what.. somehow with the same service I finished 10 minutes before her. But its almost ok because i couldn't wait to get the hell out of there before I got a blood infection from their nasty place. While I was waiting for my friend I spoke to the front desk person about all of this and he went to the manager who still charged us $45 each and gave us a 10% coupon for next visit. That's funny like I would ever go back there and get a disease at that place. When I went to use the bathroom before leaving they had NO SOAP to wash hands with. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING PLACE DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT HEPATITIS OR HIV AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I wanted to give this place a try. Didn't have that many bad reviews and they were from a couple months ago. I walk in "what do you want?" "full set" "ok sit at 6". The lady didnt say hello handed me all the expensive gel polish even though I didnt say gel. The lady was spraying her foot and wiping it. Never washed her hands and put one glove on. Very quickly filed my nails down. Put the acrylic tips on and asked how short. Usually they show you and make sure before they cut. Not her they were all off in a second. Just rushing. I hated them. I tried to see if once the arlyic powder was on if it would look better. NOPE! It looked like I needed a fill in before I was even done. I told her to take them off because if not I would have paid 45 dollars and chewed them off in 2 days. She then tried to pick the acrylic fake tip off with her nails. Rule number 1 dont pull acrylics off. Like really? Yall need to do better.

She moved around to different areas so that I wasn’t just experiencing pain in one area. It really didn’t hurt all too bad. She was quick and warned me before she did the more sensitive areas & even told me certain ways to breathe to help ease the pain. I am very very please!!

When I say that I just got the best pedicure I've ever had here, I am not exaggerating. I'm currently sitting under the foot dryer right now and I couldn't wait to Yelp about it. I was traveling and am very, very picky about my nails. Coming from New York, there are so many salons, so competition is fierce and quality is usually great because of this. I wasn't expecting too much for Georgia, but was so surprised with this location. For $35, I chose the signature spa pedicure. This included a wonderful smelling sugar scrub, a leg mask with hot towel treatment, a lotion massage, and a hot stone massage with oil. Such a great deal! The girl who worked on me was so thorough and careful with the cleaning and filed my nails down rather than cutting them, which I so appreciate. And the massage! She massaged my feet and legs for probably a grand total of like 30-40 minutes, which was absolute heaven. Everything about the experience far exceeded my expectations, from cleanliness to quality, to friendliness. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to get nails done in the Pooler area.

I've gone to six different nail salons since moving here in 2015. This is the best salon in Pooler and maybe even in the area. Su and Tu* are the best there and an older woman (I don't remember her name, apologies) gives the best pedicures ever. They have a wide variety of polish colors including SNS and gel. I prefer the stiletto nail shape and they do it perfectly every time. My nails are sharp enough to cut diamonds! This is def my go-to nail salon. My only regret is that I hadn't tried this place out earlier.

Granted it was extremely empty, but I received great service!The girl that did my pedicure gave me THE BEST massage I've ever received. And she did an amazing job on my gel polish! If I lived in Savannah I would be a regular.I unfortunately didn't get the girls name, but she had shoulder length black hair, wore glasses, and had on a white shirt with black stripes. Needed a mani and pedi desperately. Used Yelp to find this location in the area that I was in. Arrived and the staff were friendly. I got my brows arched, and it was 3 star (nothing rave about or special about it). Then we got a couples mani & pedi. The technician I got went really fast and didn't pay attention to detail, but after I informed them a few times about what I wanted then the end result turned out wonderfully. I really had to express the importance of cleaning the cuticles for my hands and feet. If this is not done properly then the mani and pedi wouldn't last but a few days, because all they would have done was an expensive foot and hand wash! They did provide water and some really cozy slippers that we took with us to the Bahamas! Overall, I like this location, but just make sure that they don't assign you a technician that will give you a rushed job!

Wow!! The customer service was amazing! My daughter and I found Lotus Day Spa by accident. We had appointments at a nearby spa at 9:00 am, but no one with keys showed up to let the staff and clients into the building. On a whim, my daughter and I stopped by Lotus Day Spa, since we had blocked some mother/daughter time, during my visit. The staff was very accommodating. Without appointments, they juggled their schedules and made time for our nails and dermabrasion facials. My daughter said her face never felt better. Really, our nails and skin look great!! We will make appointments for February, when I return, to see the new look of the spa, after it gets a facelift in February.

The absolute worst place I ever got my nails done at. The lady who did my nails did it all clumpy and ugly with like 5 layers of gel. When I told her about she starts talking in her language to the others and laughing so obviously she was talking about me. Then another worker comes over and says they looked fine to her. I wish I would have taken a picture before another lady came to fix it. Then while she was fixing my nails, its like every worker came to watch her and laughing while talking in their language. So i asked whats so funny and yhey say nothing but continue to talk and laugh. Very unprofessional. I won't be coming there anymore to get anything done. I highly do not recommend this place, spend your money somewhere where you feel welcomed and get good service !

The first time I came, I was pleased overall and received great service. The 2nd and 3rd times were an incredible let down. The girl with the tattoos did my dip powder nails and both times she was unfriendly, rushed, and got the powder all over my cuticles. I'm appalled that they'd let someone leave looking like this. She didn't even apply cuticle oil afterwards. Not professional at all. *The photos is AFTER I attempted to clean the excess off my cuticles.

What an absolute nightmare! I went to get my eyebrows done by Kelly with microblading and ended up with my eyebrow bone area burnt with wax. The work does not look good at all. I went back to get my money and she said there is nothing I can do for you. She returned my money but not fair I had to go through all this after having so much trouble with my eyebrows. No customer service, so rude and careless. Will never ever visit this place again. Also she said I will talk to my boss to make a check and I asked who was her boss because she was supposed to meet me at lunchtime and she forgot. So the girl that was there told me Kelly was the boss. Hummm really? Lesson learned.

I come here regularly for my mani/pedi and usually have a great experience, but today was the worst experience ever. I requested a gel manicure service, which required them to take the previous polish off. The nail tech puts the acetone soaked cotton balls on my nails and says "I'll be right back", I literally sat for 20 minutes before I had enough and went to the front desk to see what was going on, only to discover that she's doing a pedicure while I'm just sitting there waiting. The young woman at the front desk tells me that the nail tech will be right there. I wait another 15 minutes before she comes back, at this point I'm pissed and request that she just finish removing the cotton balls and residual polish.

This was the absolute worst manicure I have ever received. I asked for a gel manicure and the new powder color was pushed on me because of my short nails. I decided to give it a try so an extra $5 of course. The nail technician did not put any kind of oil or lotion on my hands, did not massage, offer to cut my nails, and did not cut my cuticles back. On top of this, the color itself is sloppy. There is extra polish around my nails on my skin. Another customer came into the salon and requested the person doing my nails. After this, my appointment felt even more rushed and unimportant. I will never go back to this salon and would not recommend it in the slightest.

This was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it! The customer service was perfection. Tu serviced my nails, I got powder for the first time on my natural nails...I've always gotten a full set with acrylic because I've always been self-conscious of my nail length and finger shape. I love by natural nails now! The place is also very clean, with fresh tools being used on each customer. They offer a wide range of services as well that I'll be sure to try in the future. I've found a new spot!

The last couple of nail salons I visited in Arkansas prior to moving here, the nail salon employees usually ignore you or talk to other employees the whole time they're doing your nails but cater to the rich old "regulars" that walk in. Coming here definitely changed how I felt. I will definitely be returning!!

This was my first time at this salon. My sister and I came here right when they opened on a Saturday and we did not have an appointment. They got us right in and I got an incredible pedicure for $25. The salon was incredibly busy within the next hour, so if you come here on a Saturday, I would recommend getting there early. I did notice a bit of mold in the foot soaker. They cover the soaker with a plastic bag, but it still made me feel a bit uneasy. The tools that they used were sterile and the nail tech was very good. Overall, I loved the experience. The nail tech made me feel comfortable and my feet looked incredible when I left. I would go back again! You can't beat the price.

After reading the reviews, I had high expectations for lotus day spa. Sadly, I was very disappointed. It was not busy at all when I arrived around 3pm, yet my service was rushed and there was no attentive paid to detail, and they weren't very friendly either. I decided to get a manicure and a pedicure. I was highly disappointed with both. When I think of a spa-like environment, I expect to be relaxed. Not the case here. My pedicure was rushed and it was truly something I could have done myself at home. She did not focus on my feet, no scrub, no massage, and she only wiped my legs and feet with the lukewarm towel(not hot). About halfway through my rushed pedicure another lady began my rushed manicure. It was not relaxing at all! Again no massage and no hot towel at all for my manicure. The only pro is that they use a bag for their pedicures. I will not be back.

Why the hell did I book an appointment if my appointment time isn't going to be honored? I didn't get to experience their facials so I can't speak about the quality of the service, but the consumer service is awful and because of this they've lost my business. If you book an appointment with them I'd call before you leave the house just to make sure that they didn't take a walk in and then tell you come back an hour after your scheduled appointment. Don't waste your time or gas

I'm a huge fan of this salon! This is the ONLY place I will get my nails done in the Savannah area. Tina is amazing at doing my eyebrows and my acrylic sets. She makes my nails so natural, nobody can ever tell that they are actually acrylic. This place is really clean, and I love the fact that they cover the pedicure bowls with plastic wrap before you put your feet in. They will also give you a neck/shoulder massage while your nails are drying for an extra fee, and their massage rooms are very cute and relaxing as well. Great salon that I am happy to give my business.

I'm not 100 percent sure that this will be my go- to place for nails, but I will be going back to give it one more shot (maybe I'm just not as happy with the color as I thought I would be- so not really their fault). Nice, clean and newer salon in Pooler. I came during the Christmas break with my sister and 3 yr old niece. They have a few small kid size pedicure chairs that look like Hello Kitty so they are very kid-friendly. A lot of space and chairs here and they also do hair, facials and massage. So far I've only gotten a manicure here. It was pretty good, the hand massage was nice. I do wish they had more manicure upgrade options but for a quick mani, it will do. This will be our salon of choice when we're in the area.

I used to come here regularly, but took a hiatus to explore other options. When I returned on Thursday, I found the salon packed with new employees and was pleasantly surprised by the new chairs for their pedicure area, that is however where the pleasantries end. I received a gel mani and a signature pedicure. The pedicure was fine, a little rushed, but my gel mani is a disaster. He globbed the gel polish on in thick strokes so it’s uneven on every nail, and all around my cuticles it’s uneven. Looks like he didn’t even give me a manicure prior to applying the polish. So very disappointed, $35.00 down the drain. Will not be retuning to this place.

INSTRUMENTS NOT CLEAN!!!! I asked to see the autoclave bag they come in and the arrow had not changed colors indicating that they were not clean. This was not the only problem however.
I SCHEDULED and appointment a week in advance and I got there and my friend and I were made to wait one hour before anyone saw us. They served other people who came in after us before us. Then they did not have the treatment available that either of us chose in stock to do the $45 choose your own treatment spa pedicure. Then the treatment they gave me stained my leg purple and no one even tried to wipe it off until I asked them to. It keeps going; when the lady went back to get the metal instruments I noticed that the blue autoclave bag had not been run in the auto clave. I asked to see the bag and showed her that the arrow had not changed colors indicating that the instruments were dirty. She went back and got another bag of instruments that had also not been run. I tried to tell her not to use them, but she did and I didn't want to make a big scene around my friend. At least I watched carefully to make sure she didnt cut into my skin or toes. My friend got her pedicure started 15 minutes before me because there was still no one available. And guess what.. somehow with the same service I finished 10 minutes before her. But its almost ok because i couldn't wait to get the hell out of there before I got a blood infection from their nasty place. While I was waiting for my friend I spoke to the front desk person about all of this and he went to the manager who still charged us $45 each and gave us a 10% coupon for next visit. That's funny like I would ever go back there and get a disease at that place. When I went to use the bathroom before leaving they had NO SOAP to wash hands with. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING PLACE DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT HEPATITIS OR HIV AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I wanted to give this place a try. Didn't have that many bad reviews and they were from a couple months ago. I walk in "what do you want?" "full set" "ok sit at 6". The lady didnt say hello handed me all the expensive gel polish even though I didnt say gel. The lady was spraying her foot and wiping it. Never washed her hands and put one glove on. Very quickly filed my nails down. Put the acrylic tips on and asked how short. Usually they show you and make sure before they cut. Not her they were all off in a second. Just rushing. I hated them. I tried to see if once the arlyic powder was on if it would look better. NOPE! It looked like I needed a fill in before I was even done. I told her to take them off because if not I would have paid 45 dollars and chewed them off in 2 days. She then tried to pick the acrylic fake tip off with her nails. Rule number 1 dont pull acrylics off. Like really? Yall need to do better.

When I say that I just got the best pedicure I've ever had here, I am not exaggerating. I'm currently sitting under the foot dryer right now and I couldn't wait to Yelp about it. I was traveling and am very, very picky about my nails. Coming from New York, there are so many salons, so competition is fierce and quality is usually great because of this. I wasn't expecting too much for Georgia, but was so surprised with this location. For $35, I chose the signature spa pedicure. This included a wonderful smelling sugar scrub, a leg mask with hot towel treatment, a lotion massage, and a hot stone massage with oil. Such a great deal! The girl who worked on me was so thorough and careful with the cleaning and filed my nails down rather than cutting them, which I so appreciate. And the massage! She massaged my feet and legs for probably a grand total of like 30-40 minutes, which was absolute heaven. Everything about the experience far exceeded my expectations, from cleanliness to quality, to friendliness. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to get nails done in the Pooler area.

I've gone to six different nail salons since moving here in 2015. This is the best salon in Pooler and maybe even in the area. Su and Tu* are the best there and an older woman (I don't remember her name, apologies) gives the best pedicures ever. They have a wide variety of polish colors including SNS and gel. I prefer the stiletto nail shape and they do it perfectly every time. My nails are sharp enough to cut diamonds! This is def my go-to nail salon. My only regret is that I hadn't tried this place out earlier.

Needed a mani and pedi desperately. Used Yelp to find this location in the area that I was in. Arrived and the staff were friendly. I got my brows arched, and it was 3 star (nothing rave about or special about it). Then we got a couples mani & pedi. The technician I got went really fast and didn't pay attention to detail, but after I informed them a few times about what I wanted then the end result turned out wonderfully. I really had to express the importance of cleaning the cuticles for my hands and feet. If this is not done properly then the mani and pedi wouldn't last but a few days, because all they would have done was an expensive foot and hand wash! They did provide water and some really cozy slippers that we took with us to the Bahamas! Overall, I like this location, but just make sure that they don't assign you a technician that will give you a rushed job!

Wow!! The customer service was amazing! My daughter and I found Lotus Day Spa by accident. We had appointments at a nearby spa at 9:00 am, but no one with keys showed up to let the staff and clients into the building. On a whim, my daughter and I stopped by Lotus Day Spa, since we had blocked some mother/daughter time, during my visit. The staff was very accommodating. Without appointments, they juggled their schedules and made time for our nails and dermabrasion facials. My daughter said her face never felt better. Really, our nails and skin look great!! We will make appointments for February, when I return, to see the new look of the spa, after it gets a facelift in February.

The absolute worst place I ever got my nails done at. The lady who did my nails did it all clumpy and ugly with like 5 layers of gel. When I told her about she starts talking in her language to the others and laughing so obviously she was talking about me. Then another worker comes over and says they looked fine to her. I wish I would have taken a picture before another lady came to fix it. Then while she was fixing my nails, its like every worker came to watch her and laughing while talking in their language. So i asked whats so funny and yhey say nothing but continue to talk and laugh. Very unprofessional. I won't be coming there anymore to get anything done. I highly do not recommend this place, spend your money somewhere where you feel welcomed and get good service !

The girl with the tattoos did my dip powder nails and both times she was unfriendly, rushed, and got the powder all over my cuticles. I'm appalled that they'd let someone leave looking like this. I went back to get my money and she said there is nothing I can do for you. She returned my money but not fair I had to go through all this after having so much trouble with my eyebrows. No customer service, so rude and careless. Will never ever visit this place again. Also she said I will talk to my boss to make a check and I asked who was her boss because she was supposed to meet me at lunchtime and she forgot. So the girl that was there told me Kelly was the boss. Hummm really? Lesson learned.

I requested a gel manicure service, which required them to take the previous polish off. The nail tech puts the acetone soaked cotton balls on my nails and says "I'll be right back", I literally sat for 20 minutes before I had enough and went to the front desk to see what was going on, only to discover that she's doing a pedicure while I'm just sitting there waiting. The young woman at the front desk tells me that the nail tech will be right there. I wait another 15 minutes before she comes back, at this point I'm pissed and request that she just finish removing the cotton balls and residual polish.

This was the absolute worst manicure I have ever received. I asked for a gel manicure and the new powder color was pushed on me because of my short nails. I decided to give it a try so an extra $5 of course. The nail technician did not put any kind of oil or lotion on my hands, did not massage, offer to cut my nails, and did not cut my cuticles back. On top of this, the color itself is sloppy. There is extra polish around my nails on my skin. Another customer came into the salon and requested the person doing my nails. After this, my appointment felt even more rushed and unimportant. I will never go back to this salon and would not recommend it in the slightest.

Lotus always does a bang up job on my pedicures! Whereas other places around Pooler seem to do the bare minimum, Lotus seems to focus on the client that's in front of them. I always leave happy! Furthermore, the decor and music are relaxing. I haven't tried a massage yet, but I've had many people tell me that those are great here too! I highly recommend!

This was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it! The customer service was perfection. Tu serviced my nails, I got powder for the first time on my natural nails...I've always gotten a full set with acrylic because I've always been self-conscious of my nail length and finger shape. I love by natural nails now! The place is also very clean, with fresh tools being used on each customer. They offer a wide range of services as well that I'll be sure to try in the future. I've found a new spot!

Went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Tu did a wonderful job with my acrylic nails. Great experience, she was very friendly and we talked the whole time. The last couple of nail salons I visited in Arkansas prior to moving here, the nail salon employees usually ignore you or talk to other employees the whole time they're doing your nails but cater to the rich old "regulars" that walk in. Coming here definitely changed how I felt. I will definitely be returning!!

This was my first time at this salon. My sister and I came here right when they opened on a Saturday and we did not have an appointment. They got us right in and I got an incredible pedicure for $25. The salon was incredibly busy within the next hour, so if you come here on a Saturday, I would recommend getting there early. I did notice a bit of mold in the foot soaker. They cover the soaker with a plastic bag, but it still made me feel a bit uneasy. The tools that they used were sterile and the nail tech was very good. Overall, I loved the experience. The nail tech made me feel comfortable and my feet looked incredible when I left. I would go back again! You can't beat the price.

After reading the reviews, I had high expectations for lotus day spa. Sadly, I was very disappointed. It was not busy at all when I arrived around 3pm, yet my service was rushed and there was no attentive paid to detail, and they weren't very friendly either. I decided to get a manicure and a pedicure. I was highly disappointed with both. When I think of a spa-like environment, I expect to be relaxed. Not the case here. My pedicure was rushed and it was truly something I could have done myself at home. She did not focus on my feet, no scrub, no massage, and she only wiped my legs and feet with the lukewarm towel(not hot). About halfway through my rushed pedicure another lady began my rushed manicure. It was not relaxing at all! Again no massage and no hot towel at all for my manicure. The only pro is that they use a bag for their pedicures. I will not be back.

Well I called to make an appointment at 3:30 for a facial... I get there at 3:20 and the same person that I called an booked my appointment with tells me that the girl can't take me. I tell him that I made an appointment and he says, "yeah but she just took in a woman for a 60minute facial". So tell me... Why the hell did I book an appointment if my appointment time isn't going to be honored? What is the point of having appointments if you show up at your schedule time but then are told to come back an hour later? I didn't get to experience their facials so I can't speak about the quality of the service, but the consumer service is awful and because of this they've lost my business. If you book an appointment with them I'd call before you leave the house just to make sure that they didn't take a walk in and then tell you come back an hour after your scheduled appointment. Don't waste your time or gas

I'm a huge fan of this salon! This is the ONLY place I will get my nails done in the Savannah area. Tina is amazing at doing my eyebrows and my acrylic sets. She makes my nails so natural, nobody can ever tell that they are actually acrylic. This place is really clean, and I love the fact that they cover the pedicure bowls with plastic wrap before you put your feet in. They will also give you a neck/shoulder massage while your nails are drying for an extra fee, and their massage rooms are very cute and relaxing as well. Great salon that I am happy to give my business.

Nice, clean place. I had my nails done as well as a facial and waxing. The facial was amazing- the girl (Kelly) did a great job. She also did a fantastic job on my eyebrows, I don't know how some people can mess them up, but I was very very pleased. I'm not 100 percent sure that this will be my go- to place for nails, but I will be going back to give it one more shot (maybe I'm just not as happy with the color as I thought I would be- so not really their fault). Nice, clean and newer salon in Pooler. I came during the Christmas break with my sister and 3 yr old niece. They have a few small kid size pedicure chairs that look like Hello Kitty so they are very kid-friendly. A lot of space and chairs here and they also do hair, facials and massage. So far I've only gotten a manicure here. It was pretty good, the hand massage was nice. I do wish they had more manicure upgrade options but for a quick mani, it will do. This will be our salon of choice when we're in the area.
