I was going there for powder dip and they did a great job. But they have been so rude lately. I scheduled and appointment and waited nearly 1 1/2 hours to bee seen. Was there more than 3 hours! Made me late for another appointment. Also I took my elderly client in for a manicure and some pampering. We waited forever . Then they rushed and kept taking other clients and doing their services in the middle of her manicure. The manicure was sub par. Will definitely be finding another salon.When I got acrylic there my nails kept coming off. They need to respectful people's time and honor appointments and stop putting other clients in when they are in the middle of someone else's services. Read Less

won't be back the person doing my toes was in a rush because a customer couldn't wait any longer although I waited a good 20mins upon arrival and this person had only waited 10mins as a result she cut my foot trying to hurry. The massage felt terrible on my legs and feet because she continued to beat the living crap out of my legs even though I told her it was to rough for my taste. I had probably the best experience of any nail salon that I've ever had here. I've been getting my nails done for years and the staff are by far the nicest. Johnny did my nails and was amazing and his wife is so sweet. Highly recommend this place to anybody. Very nice up to date on all the latest trends and techniques, reasonable prices, and very clean. They do not have good customer service. Elaine is rude. One time they told me they were not taking anymore customers and as we were walking out someone else walked in behind us and they told the to pick a color and sit down. That day was my last day visiting there. They need to get there customer service skills together. Read Less

When you ask them questions, they have no clue, poor poor english. I had they guy had no clue what I was asking him just shaking his head yeah, and made my dang nail bed bleed after I told him to be careful (no English), slammed alcohol on it and mashed it after with a napkin. Didn't shape my nails at all just left them all kinds of uneven across the top. The only reason I went back b/c it was my first gel manicure and I was eager to see how they would be redone. Low and behold I get the old lady who also know about 25 English words. Drilled some of my real nails soaked the others off. She did paint pretty tho. Will not be back. Read Less

Not pleased. Although I got right in, the manicurist decided that my nails were too rough and filed them vigorously across the nail bed. The application of the polish was okay but my nails are so weak from being "thinned/sanded" that it will take until they completely grow out again to get back to normal. Not happy and will not go back. Read Less

No problem making an appointment. However, the manicurist filed my actual nailbed so much that my nails are extremely weak. I am trying now to grow them out but my nails were really damaged by the  "filing/sanding". The gel manicure looked good, but my nails will not be back to normal for a long time. I went in yesterday and got gel nails and today they are already chipping. I am however going back up there and asking them to redo them because that was a waste of my money. She had a horrible attitude and was laughing at an older customer. Once they fix my nails I will not be giving them my business anymore. Read Less
