Went in planning to do a few things only to walk right back out. The girl who works the front desk was rude. The guy who removed my nails didn’t greet, speak and barely acknowledged me. Decorations and comfy seating does not make up for customer service. The guy that did my nails was very unpleasant. He did not speak to me the entire time. When I checked out, he told me my total and I wrote a tip on the receipt. He did not acknowledge me in any way even after he noticed that I left him a tip. You can have all the chandeliers in the world, but if you don't put a smile on your face and interact with people, they are more than likely NOT going to come back. The lady who did my nails was very unpleasant. First off, she was very rough. She would SLAP my hands to get dip powder off my nails, she was jerking and pulling on my fingers, and she filed awfully. Second, she skipped over the clear coat of dip powder on one hand, but did it on the other. Finally, she was always grunting and coughing and did not even talk to me. I was very unhappy. The nails themselves are OK. They’re rough on the corners, have glue underneath and on the sides, but other then that they’re good. I've been coming to Parisian since it opened, and I've been pretty happy.  In the beginning there was some turnover with staff, but I've now found the best person (Kelly) who is PHENOMENAL, and her work is clean, consistent and lasts. I get pink and white solar acrylic over my natural nails to help harden my long natural nails and keep them looking professional. The spa pedicures are amazing, and I like being able to select more relaxing pedicure services if I desire. I also get gel polish on my toes...and it always lasts forever...and allows me to put my shoes back on and leave quickly, which is a huge plus for me.Great atmosphere, always relaxing. Read Less

I enjoyed my experience at Parisian Nail Salon! It is such a beautiful place with marble and chandeliers! It was very relaxing, reasonable priced, and my nail technician was kind and took his time to give me a relaxing experience with an exfoliating scrub, relaxing massage, and excellent job on my toes! I gave it four stars instead of five because there was some wait, about 10, 15 minutes and they are short staffed. I do like my toes and they have lasted me two weeks! I have been here twice now and I have had a great experience. The first time I didn't have an appointment and my sister and I were seated within 10 min for pedicures. Best experience I have ever had at a Nail Salon, they are so caring, friendly and it is very quiet and very relaxing!! I was very happy with my first visit to the salon... It was just opening and even though the prices were a little higher, I don't mind paying for quality. The staff was very friendly, the establishment was clean and I was very happy with both my gel fill in and pedicure. I wrote down both of the technicians name so that I could make sure to use them again for my next visit. When I called to make my next appointment a few weeks later, I was told that neither of those employees were at that location any longer. I'm particular about my nails, so I asked them to please make sure that they set me up with one of their very best technicians. He was friendly, but after my nails were done I was quite disappointed. They were very thick, uneven, and after being assured that they were dried I had to come back a few minutes later when I realized they weren't. Because the technician was friendly, I tipped him and did not complain because I did not have time for them to remove my nails or fix them. If this is the best that they have, especially with these prices, I definitely won't be back. Read Less
