My friend Was cut several times, she charged extra for pointy nails( because it was hard ) , then didnt even do them correctly, she pretty much refused to do the design, she argued with the my friend and told her she was wrong. Nico is awesome! Highly recommended. I'm writing this review for my mom because she brags about him every time she comes back from getting a mani/pedi. She loves how he takes his time, he's very gentle, and he's not a mindless chit chatter. She loves his patience and she has yet to feel rushed from him. My mom says that you can tell he takes pride in his work and will treat you like you're priority. She truly appreciates his work and it doesn't go unnoticed. If you've been here before, and you've had a bad experience, and you're not the type who wants to talk the whole time, Nico is the man for you. So so service. Had a pedicure, my girl did the salt scrub. She was pretty weak and only massaged each leg two minutes, tops. Also she didn't smooth the rough spots on my feet enough, two days later and I'm getting some snagging on my blankie. If I'm paying extra for a few more things, than I want to feel satisfied. Came for a pedicure . She barley filed my nails when I asked In the beginning to make them short and sqaured . The nail shapes are all uneven. Sloppy cuticle clean up as well.  I had my 3 month old in the baby carrier so I couldn't really bend over and see the paint job til I got home . Paint on the cuticles and sides of nails , one nail is 3 quarters painted , and she didn't even paint the end of nail so it looks like it's chipping.  I could have done a better job .  Never coming back .
