Very interesting salon to say the least. First thing I noticed when I walked in was that they did not have a dry bar. I personally have never been to a nail salon that did not have a station for you to sit at to dry your nails. Thankfully the time I went in, it wasn't too busy, but if it had been, where would I have sat so my nails could dry?
I let them know I needed a fill in and pedicure. I begin to pick out a color (regular polish....nothing fancy). I pick a color and proceed to take a seat in the pedi chair the lady directs me to. She then tells me their is a $3 charge extra for the OPI nail polish I picked out. Ladies, have you EVER been charged any amount extra for a certain REGULAR nail polish? Because this was the first time anyone has ever tried to tell me this in the $10+ years I have been getting my nails done. So I argued that because their is nothing that makes that OPI nail polish that special that I need to pay $3 extra for it (and I believe she was trying to tell me for both my hands and feet $3 extra). I will say it was like a sleek and shine OPI polish.... but still not worth charging $3 extra. She ended up bringing me other "similar" polishes to the color I picked out. But that kind of left a bad taste in my mouth from the jump.
All in all, she did give me a good pedicure and the man who did my fill in did a good job. I really am not sure if I would go back. Something about the atmosphere in that salon is....odd. Idk, something you may need to experience for yourself to understand.

Throughout this whole process, nobody came to tell me that they would get to me soon, they lacked customer service, and were impersonal. Go to this nail shop at your own risk!!!

Had a fabulous experience tonight. My best friend is getting married Saturday and Yvonne did a beautiful job on her nails. My nails were much simpler, but they are so pretty. They spend a long time on your pedicure and when you leave you look and feel amazing. Thank you for such a wonderful nail salon.

I have been a loyal customer to upscale nails since their grand-opening. The staff now is amazing, but the only problem I’ve faced there was from the owner Evonne. The energy she puts off is disturbing. The many times I’ve gone in for service she would never speak, she places my change on counter(not in hand) she's not friendly, and the last service I had, I wished her Merry Christmas and she did not give eye contact or say a word. So thank you Tina and Nina for everything you have done for me, but this will be my last year as a customer! ~Nika~

I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years every 2 weeks and as soon as I decide to get something different and come back to get those snails removed the owner picks in argument with me she also stated that I can leave instead of fixing my customer service issue she would rather me go get service somewhere else after 2 years of me being a repeat customer. I do not condone going to a place where I am not treat it like a true customer. Instead of sorting out my issue she just stated I could go that's not good customer service. The owner then state it for someone else to do my nails so one else who was less experience and someone I am not used to. Instead of staying I just decided to leave without my nails being done.

Came in to the location after viewing it through Yelp close to where a friend lives. It was a nice place. Was greeted as I walked in, was asked to wait patiently. Massages will put you to sleep how relax you can become. I had my friend meet me over there and even they enjoyed the servives as well. They may become a regular there and when I am in town myself will stop by. I was not nipped or cut and they showed very good precision.

I loved my experience at upscale nails. Myself and my honey came in for pedicures and full sets and Yvonne was so honest with us letting us know we didn't really need full sets and to do the overlay. I was beyond pleased and I didn't feel like I was being upsold to get more done. Relaxed environment full of laughter and positivity. It's a little on the pricey side but well worth it. I recommend making an appointment as I did to avoid hour long waiting but give it a try I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I went to this place last Monday and they used my bank card fraudulently, I checked with my bank and they confirmed that the value was added as a tip, they did it after I signed the receipt, I usually leave the tip cash, thinking it is better for the person. I suggest you all check your receipt with the banks and verify transactions.

I went to this place last Monday and the employee or the manager / the person on charge used my debit card fraudulently. I checked with the bank and they confirmed that the value was added as a tip, they did it after it was signed . I usually leave the tip in cash, just thinking it is better for them. I suggest you all check your receipts and verify with banks, they can do it for long time. The fraud was report and it is under investigation right now.

I love this salon! My very first visit was in 2015 when i got my nails done for my wedding. I told them the occasion and the nice co-owner gave me a glass of wine and made me feel special. Years later...
I love this salon! My very first visit was in 2015 when i got my nails done for my wedding. I told them the occasion and the nice co-owner gave me a glass of wine and made me feel special. Years later (early this year), I decided I wanted to try SNS nails so after looking around, I decided to return. As soon as I sat down, i let them know I didn't want my cuticles to be clipped. They take their time in doing a good job and I felt very relaxed. Now keep in mind this place is about 45 mins from me! They're that good. When removing the SNS they don't file dont all the way down which helps the health of my own nails. Yvonne (the owner) has done my nails a few times while Mindy has done them recently. She has a great personally and even talked me out of doing a boring color when i was going to Vegas.

Amazing job no matter what you get or who you see! Clean, prices are middle of the line, quality job, friendly faces - I won't go anywhere else. My mother also comes all the way from Gainesville to get her nails done here because she had a hard time finding the same great service out there. We love them! And they are great at suggesting types of nails and services you should get if you have questions. For example I did gel mani's forever, but once I had a baby and dog they recommended something that would last up to 4 weeks without chipping or breaking. I was sold. :)

No no no. I tried this place out based off the awesome reviews I read. I called to make sure I didn't need to set an appointment and the lady told me to come in. So I was immediately sat down and the lady started on my nails. A few minutes into it she received a call; it was a client asking to come in and she was saying how busy and short staffed they were. But she told the lady to come on in anyways because she'd set an appointment. Then she starts going really fast on my nails. Like she was skilled but I don't like feeling rushed. She asked me if I wanted them short and I said yes, and went to show her how long and she clipped it before I could say. My nails ended up VERY short and stubby looking. And then they were red. So needless to say my hands looked like an old church lady hand. I won't be returning. What I CAN say is that they obviously have a great relationship built up with their repeat clients. They knew them by name and face. So people clearly likes the place. I liked that aspect. I just wish my experience would've been better.

I don't change salons but after going to the same salon for most of those 20 years it was time to find a new one. I tried a few different salons but couldn't get the consistency as I do at Upscale Nails. Yvonne makes sure my nails are perfect everytime!!! Her customer service with not only me but all her clients and anyone that walks through the door is outstanding. She does an amazing job each time and I get compliments on my nails even when it is time for my next appointment! Love love Upscale Nails!

I inquired about sanitary conditions and he went into details about how he had the logistics of how he had each station designed with maximum sanitation through a main line to destroy any bacteria. The girls are nice and some speak English. I keep going back about every six weeks, they are GREAT!

The best nail salon in Georgia! You can add on a shoulder massage while you get your nails done. Everyone is nice and friendly. The Salon is very clean.

Very interesting salon to say the least. First thing I noticed when I walked in was that they did not have a dry bar. I personally have never been to a nail salon that did not have a station for you to sit at to dry your nails. No no no. I tried this place out based off the awesome reviews I read. I called to make sure I didn't need to set an appointment and the lady told me to come in. So I was immediately sat down and the lady started on my nails. A few minutes into it she received a call; it was a client asking to come in and she was saying how busy and short staffed they were. But she told the lady to come on in anyways because she'd set an appointment. Then she starts going really fast on my nails. Like she was skilled but I don't like feeling rushed. She asked me if I wanted them short and I said yes, and went to show her how long and she clipped it before I could say. My nails ended up VERY short and stubby looking. And then they were red. So needless to say my hands looked like an old church lady hand. I won't be returning. What I CAN say is that they obviously have a great relationship built up with their repeat clients. They knew them by name and face. So people clearly likes the place. I liked that aspect. I just wish my experience would've been better.

I've never had a bad experience coming here. The owner, her husband, and even her little ones are all so awesome. Tina did my nails last and I'm so in love with them. Even when I don't come for months...

I have been faithfully getting my nails done biweekly for 20 years and this salon is the absolute best!!! I don't change salons but after going to the same salon for most of those 20 years it was time...
I have been faithfully getting my nails done biweekly for 20 years and this salon is the absolute best!!! I don't change salons but after going to the same salon for most of those 20 years it was time to find a new one. I tried a few different salons but couldn't get the consistency as I do at Upscale Nails. Yvonne makes sure my nails are perfect everytime!!! Her customer service with not only me but all her clients and anyone that walks through the door is outstanding. She does an amazing job each time and I get compliments on my nails even when it is time for my next appointment! Love love Upscale Nails!

Horrible. Completely over priced. Paid 40$ for a acrylic full in and a gel top coat. And when I asked she said gel polish was 15$! Don't go here

Ive been coming to Upscale for 2 years since we moved to the area. Paul and Yvonne have a great thing going and you become a part of their dynamic of you're a regular. The shop is clean,service is wonderful and the tea and wine on cold days make for the most relaxing experiences.

This place is the best! The owner, Paul, has a top drawer salon. I inquired about sanitary conditions and he went into details about how he had the logistics of how he had each station designed with maximum sanitation through a main line to destroy any bacteria. The girls are nice and some speak English. I keep going back about every six weeks, they are GREAT!

Then my BFF asked me to try her place "Upscale Nails" after a few months I finally went. Seriously!!! PERFECTION!!! !!!! The most caring , nurturing people ever!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! I live about 15 miles away and would drive another 15 if they ever relocated. You will not ever find this type of service, cleanliness and exper...tise as long as you live in Ga. The best nail salon in Georgia! You can add on a shoulder massage while you get your nails done. Everyone is nice and friendly. The Salon is very clean.
