Very unprofessional. I wish I could leave no stars. I am writing this as I am sitting in the pedicure chair. I have been waiting over 20 mins and watched them take 5 people who arrived after me. This side had only one person when I arrived. After I finally said something, they sat me at a pedicure chair with only maybe an inch of water on it. After sitting there another 10 mins a nail tech came and turned on the water to fill a manicure bowl of someone who arrived after me and left the water running. I sat there to see how long the water would be left running. Someone finally caught it after it reached the very top as I was going to let it overflow. Went to get a gel manicure here today and was very pleased. My technician was so nice and she took her time to make sure my nails were perfectly beautiful. Their prices are extremely reasonable & the shop/salon is hygienic. If I could give them more than five stars, I totally would! Read Less

Not sure what happened but this place has gone up in price and down in service. $20 for a manicure with no polish?!?! I asked to have my gel removed and it was not completely removed and i asked for a touch up, just looked in good lighting and it is still not all removed. And $27 for a pedicure with no hot towels or anything special. Used to be my favorite place but I cannot justify 15 minutes of rough service and no polish. Never was offered a drink and saw a few others with drinks but it seemed normal if you were not a customer who came in every week or so they did not care to offer a drink. Read Less

This place is amazing!! I have had several of the ladies do my nails and they are always on point!! Today I had Van again, she is great and so is Uyen, if I'm spelling that right, all I know is she loves butterflies !! Just moved to the area and am in search of my new place... and I found it today.  This place is super clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I only needed an SNS mani so I haven't had a pedi there yet.  But I will definitely return! My nail tech, Lindsey, was super sweet. There wasn't a lot of chatter in Vietnamese - common in some salons and I'm always wondering if they're talking about me. Lol Read Less

#sorrynotsorry this place SUCKS!!!! The lady literally did a horrible job and on top of that  " expensive " it was my first time going and my last .... went for a fill-in ..... I literally went in last Tuesday which was June 20 it is NOW JUNE 27 !!!! literally it hasn't been 2 weeks yet . ( my nails shouldn't look like this at all !) First off I don't want to give any stars.  My friend and I went for her birthday for gel polish.  $30 gets thr mani and gel polish.  I had the guy do my nails and he didn't paint them to the cuticle nor did he paint the sides of my nail. He hardly slapped on the gel. My friend picked hot pink gel polish and they couldn't find it, so instead of letting her choose a different pink shade they slapped on a shade and said it was hot pink. It was far from it.. it was bright red coral. Color blind are we?  Didn't even give her an option . So she paid $60 Y'all are terrible !And they didn't give a discount to her when she complained. Horrible! The last 3 visits here have been nightmares! They never have the fell color you request. Last visit I chose 4 alternate colors since the original color was out, guess what...THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OF THEM! This visit was the worst. The nail tech had to cut my nail length in half because she filed the sides up and too narrow. Then she polishes with regular OPI and tries to finish with clear gel and when she went over it with the acetone, the polish shriveled up and came off the nails! Mind you all of this is after a 30 minute wait while some people were being worked on by 2 techs. I am over these shops. I'm tired of them half doing things and getting mad when you tell them how you want your nails done. I will be looking into opening my own shop in the area with true nail techs instead of drones. I'm giving them 2 stars because they wouldn't honor the appreciation card they said the stop using it 6 months ago.. that's beside the point if a customer comes in with the card it still should be honor! In one word, overpriced and HORRENDOUS!  The only reason I came here was to meet a long time and dear friend with whom I could catch up. Based on their Yelp Reviews, I thought I would be in for a relaxing afternoon.It was anything BUT.  When I arrived I was shown the gel polish choices but each time I chose a color I was told it was "not a good brand". Finally, tired and not feeling well in general, I asked THEM to pick my color!   I was shown a selection of glitter and metallic colors that took me a while from which to choose.  I like bright and conservative colors. These were a stretch for me. Each time I selected a color I was told it would cost me $30 OVER the cost of a regular nail fill and gel polish. Everyone who worked there seemed confused, spoke a language I don't speak, and wasted about thirty minutes of my time.  I was at the point of not caring about the color anymore.  All I wanted to do was sit and relax with my friend. Long story short, $72 and two hours later, the results are HORRENDOUS!!  I now have to go back to someone else to get my nails re-done the way they are supposed to be done!  See pictures of the "finished disaster"!  I'm mortified! You don't have to ask for a specific nail tech, because every person is amazing! They offer wine or water upon arrival, they have an amazing selection (like thousands) of gel and regular polish, and I usually never wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. They also have a rewards card so after a few visits you get a discount or a free service. Clean, professional, and a great relaxing environment. Also, when they're short on parking outside they always help me find a spot. Read Less
