Got my nails done at this establishment and was not pleased. Tony rushed doing my nails and it’s definitely visible. My nails are lumpy and I have polish on my cuticles. I broke a nail the same day and when I went to have it repaired was asked to wait a little over an hour, I declined and asked could anyone repaire the nail. I was charged $5. Moral of the story YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. Read Less

It was fairly empty when I walked in. The guy with all of the tattoos quickly serviced me. My eyebrows were completed in less than five minutes and they were decent. He did apply a little too much pressure to my face while waxing my eyebrows. Overall, it's an okay shop to conveniently get what you need done. Read Less

Went there a month ago for full set and pedi they started my nails the buff guy with pony tail then afterwards I waited for my pedi for 30 minutes sat in the chair with no water or anything so I pay and leave.... I used to go there for mani/pedi and waxing and I really like the people who work there. They even remember my name. However, I am going to have to stop going there (except for quick waxings) because they have a tv now that is always blaring loud news. When I get my nails done, I want to relax and don't want the news interfering with that. I've asked them to turn it down/off and they'll put it down 1 notch. Asked for Kim, since the reviews stated she give great pedicures, but was told by the guy with the ponytail that she no longer works there because she's retired. I had a very good experience until i had a big misunderstand with one of the workers, I told her I wanted acrylic nails, and short a little longer then my own nails, she put no fake nails before applying the product, she did them really ugly and then painted them ugly when I told her it was wrong when I noticed 2 of my fingers, I went to the guy and explained and he said not my problem, she's the one doing your nail, and I wanted them off because I had a special occasion the next day and she refused unless I payed $30 more! This is my first time visiting this nail salon and I can definitely say I will not be back. I walked in to find 3 women sitting in pedicure chairs and watching tv. When I walked in I smiled and waited for someone to speak and ask how they could help.A few minutes later after I gave up waiting for a greeting I began looking at nail colors and one of the ladies finally decided to get up and ask what I wanted. I repeated to her several times that I wanted a gel manicure, gel pedicure and eyebrow wax.Needless to say, the eyebrow wax was less than satisfactory along with the other two services. My eyebrows were two different shapes and my nail polish job could have been done myself. Not to mention the entire time I was getting a manicure, I had to listen to one of the women slurping down a bowl of soup. The salon employees were a little unprofessional and the place needed a good cleaning. Even though this salon is close to my home, I will not be returning. As you can tell from the review below, this shop definitely has its Loyals! And I used to love them faithfully too. Unfortunately they have, in my opinion, gotten a little off from the loyalty and admiration. The last few times I went in, when I entered I was looked at and sized up from head to head toe to decide if I was even worth a "Hello". As we know, Nail Shops usually greet everyone happily as they enter, like a Quick Trip. The last time I actually had to say Hello first due to awkard silence. I waited and waited and finally left. Not enough people to work I suppose. For me it was the attitude like "you're not one of our worthy recognized customers who we know by name".
