Mrs. Joann is wonderful and her staff is super! They truly do quality and take their time while you're in the salon. She was so sweet and made sure I was taken care of and her girls are the kindest and do a spectacular job I called 4 other salons that said they were "too busy", but Mrs. Joann got me in and her team had me going instantly. My experience was Great. My daughter went to Joann 1st. She raved on how well the customer service was. Her Gel Nails were on point.👍I decided to give them a try. Boy am glad I did. Joann* and her staff, including my favorite pedicurist Jan, are all top-notch. Joann has been taking care of my nails and more for over 15 years, and I wouldn't trade her for anyone else! I'm not sure what might have happened during the instances that caused the one-star reviews, but I can assure anyone asking that they are *not* the norm, and they likely resulted from one-off misunderstandings. She cares about all of her customers, and she will do anything in her power to give you what you want, as long as it's possible ;) [If you're going to walk out without paying and then get upset she follows you out the door to ask you to pay, remember she's performed a service you requested. If you don't pay, that's THEFT of services, and *not* grounds for a one-star review...] Anyway, back to my review :) Joann and her staff stay up on the latest trends and colors, so you don't have to. They'll remember your favorite colors and suggest great new ones. They are NOT CLOSED.  They merely moved one block down to the next shopping center because their old location is being converted to a QuikTrip. Their hours of operation are:Sunday (12:00 pm - 6:00 pm)Monday (CLOSED)Tuesday - Saturday (10:00 am - 8:00 pm) I have been coming here for about 10 years and they are amazing.  The same individuals are here unlike salons that change nail techs every week.  They provide great with suggestions for nail styles and colors.  Their prices are set and there is no nickel and diming customers with added dollars for every little thing that you get done. I have been going to Joann's for years. But before I found her I was not able to get anyone to do my nails like I like them and at a reasonable price. Joann never has me waiting to long when I walk in with or without an appointment. I have referred my family and friends to Joann and they all tell me what a good experience they had at Nails by Joann's and could not believe the price. If you are in  the Norcross area you should really give her a try you will not be sorry you did. Read Less

First time going, the wait was a little longer than I wanted but it was worth it. The prices are great, everyone is friendly and make you feel like you have been coming for years! Most places make you feel out of place when their speaking their own language, etc but I love this place and will be going back every time and I will be bringing my sister with me next time! Read Less
