The place is very presentable. The service I received was HORRIBLE. My nail tech was Van " MINI-VAN" as he calls himself. He was being nice, very concern about if "I was liking his services, if I liked how my nails looked like this far", etc... Until I paid and gave him $3 tip and the girl that did my pedicure $2 tips. After that he immediately turned into a different person. He became rude, condescending, cold. He applied 6-8 coats of nail polish to try to cover the horrible job he was doing, then he just stood up and walked away. No good bye, have a nice day, wait a little until your nails dry, thank you!!!??? I asked repeatedly for a nail dryer or even a fan to help my nails dry but he kept telling me that the nail polish he used was fast drying and would be dry soon. I waiting for about 45 minutes and my nails still weren't dry. After Van finished his lunch he finally escorted me, like he was doing me a great favor to a nail dryer. Wow!!! My nails are all full of bubbles & After 1hr plus still not dry. I went there to relax for a bit and came out more stressed then ever. Never going back their again. Read Less

So in love with the salon after my first time there i am proclaiming it i am officially a regular i don’t see myself going anywhere else. From th moment. I walked in it felt like home...since coming to Atlanta 5 years ago i have had a hard time finding a place that’s i could see myself staying with for an expended period of time. Everyone who works there have genuinely nice personality and you can tell customer service and cleanliness is there strong suite. From the lines in the pedicure bowls to the fresh out of package equipment for each persons pedicure. I love holly so much she is a true perfectionist and i love it my nails are everything i wanted and more with the extra touches she threw in w/o charging me more for it.. i will be bring everyone i know with so they can experience what a nail salon should feel like from time time you step in the door until you leave out the door feeling satisfied. What a great experience! I came here in need of an emergency fix for my nails ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday and a wedding weekend. I arrived pretty late, around 6:20 (they close at 7), but the owners were very warm and welcoming, and they tended to me right away. I had previously visited a different salon 1.5 weeks ago and gotten two nail infections from the manicurist over-trimming my cuticles. Both fingers were in bad shape with lots of dead skin, and I expressed these concerns to the owner. She took great care in working around my hands and even gave me some lessons and advice on what to request and watch out for from manicurists in the future to avoid this situation! They took so much time with my gel manicure - my personalized treatment lasted over an hour! It was no concern to the owners that I kept them there past closing time, they were just focused on providing exceptional service. I'm so glad I stumbled in here! Wil definitely be back! Read Less

This place is incredible. I have never been to a nail salon that was so accommodating. Apart from having some of the most reasonable prices I have seen for color change, pedicures and nail designs, they took their time to make sure the polish and each design came out perfect. They spent over an hour on me and my sister, running past their usual business hours. Despite the renovation going on in the salon, the place was extremely clean, and they made us feel at home. Minimal customer service at best. The place was empty, everyone was on phones or computers Internet surfing or playing games. Got a manicure, pedicure, and brow wax. It wasn't the best job. It was very rushed, which struck me as odd seeing as how I was the only one in the place. When they were finished, that just sat and went back to their electronics with their backs turned. Aaron was wonderful! I went for a quick manicure and I am completely happy! He was very nice, funny and efficient. He used tools that were hermetically sealed and clean. After an unsanitary experience at Piedmont Nail (think pedicurist using clippers on her nails then on me and a nasty black file that was white from others nail residue-yuck), I will come back to Golden Nail! The polish on my toes was sloppy, so I wouldn't go back for a pedicure. My nails were a little better, but not great. They do have some good gel colors and the prices are about what you'd expect at any average nail salon. All in all, not my new local nail salon. Read Less
