I went in on a Saturday and they were very busy. They asked if I could come back in 30 minutes. I said sure if I could make an appt. I was told ok and they took my number. I never received a call. I visited the Waterscape Spa with my boyfriend this past Tuesday to get pedicures. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and asked what service we needed that day. They were busier than expected for a rainy Tuesday morning, but we waited less than 5 minutes to be seated in the pedicure chairs. We were offered drinks upon being seated and given a menu to pick out which pedicure we wanted. Both of the ladies that served us were very pleasant and the salon was very clean and had a lot of good health/sanitary practices. Needless to say this is hands down the best experience I've had receiving a pedicure at a salon (my boyfriend also really enjoyed his as well). I would definitely recommend this salon if you are in the Newnan area. Read Less

Every time I go here it is a different experience. Depending on who you get to do your nails, you will hate or love this place. May is a new tech and she is so awesome. Tiffany is great as well. They actually care. Kathy and some other ladies are really horrible and couldn't care less about doing a good job. They just want to get you in and out.The last time I went here, I took my 10 year old cousin. We were in the front drying our nails and the nail tech that did her mani and pedi comes up to her and asks if she is going to give her a tip........ First of all, she is 10 years old. Second of all, we were just about to walk back and give her tip to her (even though she did a horrible job) when our nails dried. While shopping on a Friday afternoon, my friend and I were trying to decide where to go next. I decided to give Waterscape Nail & Spa another try. I did not feel be rush and my appointment went for slightly over an hour. My tech did such a wonderful job on my gel manicure! Attentive and friendly staff. For the price i pay, anywhere else in Newnan can beat Waterscape Nail & Spa. If you're looking for eco-friendly and vegan nail polish, this is your place. I love them! ! !Read Less

I cannot say enough good things about this Spa! My mom, daughter, and I went there today to get pedicures and they got us in right away. I brought my newborn baby with us as well and the woman at the front desk not only rocked her in her stroller but held/bounced her so I could enjoy my pedicure. The 3 women who did our pedicures were extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. My mom and I also got manicures and they were good but I'll be getting the SNS next time because I've already chipped one nail. (My own fault) I will be back again very soon! Love this place!! I love Waterscape Nails & Spa in Newnan! I went in right when they opened on a Tuesday, so it wasn't busy at all. The staff was very helpful. They have different pedicure packages which are nice. I like that they use a timer when giving you your massage. I didn't feel like I was rushed at all. This was my first time getting a full set and the manicurist was very patient with me. Always so happy with my nails. They are very busy but I really like that they never rush on my nails to get to the next customer. I am big on customer service and there is nothing like going to get your nails done and they rush to get the next customer in the chair. I highly recommend this for nails. This was my first visit this nail salon after seeing some reviews and I have to say, I definitely agree. They are friendly and accommodating. I got the deluxe pedicure, eyebrows waxed and by luck my nails done with the best pink and white job I have ever had! I say by luck, because they were booked up when I got there but by the time my pedicure was done, their last appointment hadnt shown up, so they were able to get mine done. I'm visiting this salon and wanted a clean, cutsie place to get my nails done! They were very thorough in their work! The owner was really sweet and while she was totally booked on customers she saw how disastrous to me and really helped me out and fit me in while she was working on other clients. This is my first gel experience since then and I was very pleased with this place. Loved the color and quality of their work so much. I rarely get my nails done, but my girlfriend always comes here. I had an award banquet for work and decided to get the French manicure/pedicure. I know that nail salons always want to upgrade and charge you more and this one is no different. I seriously told her no for the same service 5 time. It started with a new product that keeps your feet soft, then to my eyebrows, then to a gel top coat on my natural nails. Luckily for me I have no problem saying no and I got out the door with a man/pedi for $42. My nail tech was Donna and she did a great job. I will go back a few times this summer to get them redone. When I first went in I thought for sure I would have to wait. Nearly every pedicure chair had someone in it. Donna was the only nail tech I had and she did both in 45 minutes! Read Less

Went in on a Saturday and it was packed but surprisingly it only took 5 mins for me to get in a chair. Got a Mani and a pedicure. When I tell the decor is relaxing and the customer service was top notch. I will definitely be back. Only con is it can get a bit pricey if you get the full Package including gel polish but they do offer  $25  manicures which is what I got and have no regrets but a sister did go all out on her feet!
