Lacking customer service! The girl that did my pedicure was down right rude. She shoved my feet where they needed to go rather than asking me to move them. She scrubbed my big toe so hard that it hurt to walk. When she put on my sandal she hadn't done a clear coat and so I asked her about it? She replied " I'm not done" rudely. Uh ok? My bail polish chipped within 2 days. Good thing I don't live in Newnan or I would have gone back to have them redone. Save your money don't go here. Read Less

I've been using this salon since it opened but no more after my daughter took my 4 year old Grand daughter and herself for manicure and all they did was ignore my grand daughter and only polished her nails. We have took my grand daughter to 3 different places before and they did a mini massage with lotion and gave her the "works" also. So our visit was disappointing . Read Less

This place is horrible now! They put polish on my toes and nails the night before a job interview. I paid $55.00 and got nail polish that NEVER EVER DRIED!! I called them for a refund and they refused. Just told me to come back and have it redone!! I didn't have time to go back before my interview and they still didn't care. I asked to speak to a manager and they said call back tomorrow. My interview was at 10:30 so I had to do my own nails before I went to bed after being th...ere for 2 hours... I got there first and they waited on 5 other customers who were walk-ins just like me and needed the same thing done but for some reason they got services FIRST. The pedis I've had have been the greatest !!! " Pedicurist " are awesome !! Make me feel pampered from beginning to end ! The cleaning, and foot scrub , trimming , filing , (foot & calf massage , my personal best part) right to the finishing polish . My feet , calves and toes feel so refreshed and look so pretty. I've been coming here for about 2 years and loved it because Khoi did my nails. He's the only person I trusted to do my nails there, every time they were perfect and I could go at least 5 weeks before needing a fill in. Unfortunately, I found out today that he is no longer working there. So I will not be coming back to get my nails done because the last time I went and Khoi didn't do them they turned out terrible. I hardly ever go here for pedicures because I feel like you're... not getting your money's worth. They socialize too much while doing pedicures and don't pay attention. A family member of mine went there for a pedicure, sat there for 15 minutes with his feet just soaking in water while the employees stood around and discussed who was going to do his feet. I will literally walk around with eagle claw feet before i ever stepping foot in that place again!! I had to file my own toes... that alone was enough to kill it for me. Definitely not friendly, never got offered anything when I came. Two of my daughters nails peeled completely off in less than 2 hours after leaving. Went back the next day to get them fixed, still not friendly. No acknowledgement of issue told to pick my color again and she took my daughter to sit down and slapped some nail polish on her. This place drives me batty. They have good nail techs, but the owner does not respect appointments.  Even though I'm a regular, the typical wait after the scheduled appointment time is. 10-20 minutes. I have lots of time to write this review because today it's 30 minutes. This just means my tech would have had a 10 minute break prior to my appointment, but instead they slotted a walk in into the time I reserved. Which was not the time I requested, actually. I accepted what they said he had available, but if they had actually given me the slot I had requested, apparently he would have been ready!In case you're wondering if this appointment time flexibility is reciprocal, it is not. Once I showed up 12 minutes late for my appointment, and they gave away my tech to Someone else because I was a "no show". So, apparently they think they are doctors here. Each time I come in to get my nails or toes done their is a wait but it worth it to just wait it out. They do an excellent job on my toes and nails. The staff are all really nice and helpful. Their pedicures are off the chain and the serve drinks. Its a great place to just go to unwind and get pampered. The location is great too. The nail salon was clean but very much like a factory. The salon was busy at 3pm on Friday so when I walked in I put my nail and number down and I was able to go shopping until they were ready for me. That was nice because I didn't have to sit in the shop and wait. The nail tech was nice and did a pretty good job. But when she finished painting my nails she just said bye and walked away. She didn't direct me to the hand dryers nor does she help me with my bags. I did that all on my own. I wasn't too happy about that. Also, the polish selection was horrible. I would have expects more OPI and Essie colors. The selection was disappointing. Not to mention the quality of the polish that was there. The colors were diluted which I hate. It's a hit or miss with this place. Nice salon, usually have a good experience,  but, beware: clarify how much services cost up front! I was not so pleasantly surprised to find out after my service that the gel pedicure I requested was $40+ dollars...my fault for not asking. Don't expect for them to tell you. I had a very good experience. I went on a Saturday and was worried about a long wait. I walked in, waited maybe 10 minutes and was out with in a half of an hour. That was 3 weeks ago and my manicure is just now starting to show wear, and my job is very hard on my hands/nails. I found the service to be friendly and the cost reasonable. This is the place to go if you want your monies worth. The prices are great and the staff is even better!!! Beware of this place!! Initial appearance is nice and luxurious but it is no cleaner than the rest! By all means skip having ANYTHING WAXED!!!! They claim to do Brazilian waxing but they are not qualified and left tons of wax and burns in sensitive areas behind!! I was intoduced to this nail salon after bad experiences at many others. The employees at Venetian Nails are very friendly as well as helpful. Me, my daughter and my daughter-in-law had come in to get a fill, and my daughter-in-law brought her 4 month old daughter since she could not find a sitter. The baby accidently fell out of her carrier (short distance) and there were about 5 employees who ran to her when she started to cry, since her mother's nails were wet. They comforted her and got her to stop crying. This is how everyone is here, like you are part of their family.
