Had previously been going to TNails for 5 years and loved it. Not sure what has happened within the last 3 months or so but will not be back. Had an appointment at 3 on a Wednesday afternoon for a pedi. They set me up in the chair and I set there for 30 minutes and never got waited on and walked out. After hearing a few good things about this place, my Mom and I decided to go get a pedicure. First off, we said we wanted a basic pedicure and they kept saying "no this one is better" $5 more for a sugar scrub that didn't even make a difference. Second off, they are all talking to each other laughing and I do not like that, to me it's rude and offensive. Third, I told her I wanted her to get the ingrown toenails out if I had any (shouldn't have to tell that I want this) and she cut my corners so short, it will take a while for them to grow back right, I have never had anyone cut my toenails like this, I told her I wanted them short but I did not mean cut the corners like that. Fourth thing, I told her I wanted my eyebrows waxed (she actually asked me and I said yes, I need them done) she never mentioned it gain after they got done with our pedicures they just walked away, no thank you or anything. We had to hunt them down to pay and I had to get the girl to help my Mom put her shoes back on so she wouldn't mess them up. Fifth thing, she rubbed my legs sooo hard that it wasn't even comfortable and then she gave me a shoulder "massage" but it was more like a beating. I will not be back here. Waterscape is better. My daughter and I went here today, based on Yelp reviews... and we're both very pleased with our nails when we left! We got in without an appointment, both people who did our nails were very nice, professional, and very gentle! The gel polish was done very clean, no bubbles, and look great! I went with my boyfriends mother to celebrate getting my drivers license and we asked for a full set, a wax, and two pedicures. I sat so long with my feet in the water that it got cold twice before they even touched my feet, and they had bfs mother soaking her fingernails to get the old set off. The whole time the tech tried to leave and take care of other customers and we went over to the nail counter after she had to take the nails off herself because they were taking so long. When she got back from the wax bfs mom had skin ripped off on her jawline and it was bleeding. The owner said oh, it's acne when we finally got finished which she is a 50 year old woman and she has no acne. I will definitely never go there again. The only place in newnan I will go to get my nails done from now on!!!! I have tried many different salons in Newnan and they do not compare to T-nails. They do a great job with my nails and my girls nails . They have kids pedicure chairs, very patient and awesome lighting and decor for kids!!! Very clean place. Just remodeled and a great layout that they have created. I was a walk in that came in just after work and I waited less than 5 minutes for someone to help me with a manicure. Great work on my nails they were pretty bad. Light conversation but very friendly. Color I chose was pretty and I was happy with the outcome. I also chose to get my eyebrows waxed cause I definitely needed that done as well and she cleaned me up nicely. Great job on those as well. Really nice here. My first time & ill be back many more. They just did renovations, the salon is beautiful inside. Great service. I got the pink and white for my wedding. They were trying to talk me into it but I never got it done before so I was afraid.. But while i was getting  pedi with massage scrub, there was a woman doing pink and white so when I finished I went over to her while hers were drying, they looked flawless. The work they do here is fine, but they do not honor appointments.  Showed up for my appt on time and the girl who was to do my pedicure was in the middle of doing another client.  I was moved to another person, but I believe if you take the time to make an appointment it should be honored.  When it is not it tells you they value someone or something else more. Very disappointing experience. Brought my boyfriend for a pedicure and I can tell you there are much better salons in Newnan, Ga. All T-Nails want is your money, the customer service is horrible! I've heard great reviews from friends on Waterscape Spa right up the street from T-Nails. Take my advice and spend your money somewhere else. Read Less

This place is really nice!! I walked in and was taken by Tina right away. She was so sweet and inquisitive (unlike most nail salon ladies). She did a beautiful pedicure and noticed I was rubbing my shoulders so much (I was too stressed) she even offered a shoulder/back massage! She did an awesome job! Only thing I didn't like was that they wouldn't do my gel full set because I arrived "too late" and they were closing soon. I arrived at 7:20pm, they close at 8pm. So just make sure you arrive early. Not too clean. The guy who did my pedicure never made eye contact, but pushed my feet in and out of the basin, and not in a gentle way. I called ahead to ask if they were busy, and was told no, but we were kept waiting, and the whole process felt like an assembly line.Went here based on the Yelp reviews, but wouldn't go back. I was visiting family in the area and didn't know where to get my nails done. Yelp came through! My mom was going to Mexico the next day and really needed a mani pedi. She had never gotten a gel manicure before but decided that since she was going to be away for a while she wanted something that was going to last. From mom: The technician neatly trimmed my nails so that they would look longer. I wear my nails relatively short and she did a great job of shipping them. I chose a hot pink color since I would be at a resort for the next week. When I get a regular pedicure go to the beach it doesn't last very long since the Sandwash is not the polish but I was pleasantly surprised at how durable the gel pedicure was.
