I went here thinking it would be a great experience because of the rating they had (first time in Newnan) although the female employees had great customer service the older male did not and he was the one doing my pedi. I felt welcomed by the ladies but he had a look on his face as he didn't want to be bothered nor be at work. He did not talk to me or ask to see if I was comfortable and he didn't massage my feet nor legs like other nail spas do. I was in a pinch for a manicure before a wedding last weekend so it was fine but not sure I'd go back. I wanted a gel manicure but they kept trying to up sell me. My nails are short so they're a pain to paint and I was very sympathetic to this. "Just do your best, I know it's a pain but it doesn't have to be perfect." But I was asked 5 times if I wanted tips. It was cluttered inside and dead bugs on the floor. Overall I was uncomfortable with the experience. Wouldn't go back unless I was desperate. Read Less

I had to come in today to fix what Couture Nails did the night before. The only way to fix it completely was to take off the full set I had just gotten and put a new set on. Unfortunately Linda couldn't remove them without damaging my real nails. Linda took care of me reshaped rebuffed and repainted. She made them look 100 times better. I will be coming back in a couple weeks to redo the full set. Read Less

In the area and thought I wld try a new nail salon. Friendly as greeted when entered. Not broad selection of polish to choose from. Recvd good service though cld use more staff. Will come back and make sure to bring my own polish. Read Less

The owner or manager was nice but the lady who did my nails was not!  I should have left right when I sat down and saw her nails.  What a mess and why would I want someone with crappy looking nails to do mine.    Take some pride and clean up the stations as well! Read Less

For my friends wedding we went here for acrylic manicures. She was helped by a woman, & shortly later I was prompted by a non English speaking man. I've never had acrylics done so I wasn't sure what to expect but this was not it. He absent mindedly grinded down my nail bed, several times going over the skin around my cuticles. When I would flinch he would just tsk & continue. When he applied the pink polish he wasn't even looking at my nails, just glancing about the room as he wiped a spot on each nail. When my friend saw the finished product she was appalled. She showed my nails to another woman who worked there who promptly began speaking quickly in a foreign language to the man. He huffed & beckoned me back to the seat. As he worked my friends critiqued his half-assed job. After mediocre second time I have up. Frustrated & bleeding I left exasperated & never returning.
