Having only been here once, I'm a little reluctant to give five stars, but I can't give half stars, so I'm rounding up. My only complaint is the soft airy canned music. I had them remove an old (thick) SNS application and apply a new SNS polish. This is the prettiest job I've had done since I've been in Georgia (two years). She took her time, but didn't waste mine. She did an impeccable job making my nails look neat, and even. To boot, my nails look like MY nails--not like acrylics! All of this and even with a tip it was cheaper than any other application I've had here before the tip. My 1st time in a nail salon. Johnny was very nice to me. Especially when I told him I've never gotten the new kind of nails. He kept checking on me just in case I fainted (lol) or wasn't happy with the nails. The salon itself is very welcoming, it's clean and homey 😅. Also, it's not very loud. This place is great! Just had my acrylics done (stiletto shaped) for $27 + a tip! Johnny did them and even pulled off doing everything while answering the store’s phone. I’d say that’s pretty impressive. He offered to do as much as he could on my nails until his appointment came in which was great because it saved both my time and his. He asked me plenty of questions to make sure they were perfect. He was super friendly, fast, and really good with my nails :) He didn’t cut up my fingers like most places do because they’re in too much of a hurry. We were greeted immediately upon arriving and made to feel welcome. Although it was a busy Saturday, our wait was not long at all and we did not feel rushed during our service. The space is very well decorated, clean, and the staff friendly. Will definitely being going back. Read Less

I got a classic pedicure and I loved it! My toes look amazing and my technician took her time. Very clean and they use the plastic for the pedicure which keeps everything sanitary. They also have a wide array of color options. Read Less

I came to Majestic Nail & Spa for a nails done and I met Johnny - My technician. He is very incredibly kind and meticulous to detail. Johnny always listened to and made exactly what I asked for. Ladies stay away. I just can't believe this place. They are beyond rude. I sat there w no acknowledgement and then the lady had the nerve to act like I was getting on her nerves when I was telling her what I wanted. I literally just walked out. Go somewhere else. Got a gel manicure and an eyebrow wax. Eyebrows: The technician spent about 15 minutes carefully shaping, cutting, and waxing my eyebrows, which was nice. This is also the first time in my life that I have gotten an eyebrow wax and didn't break out or swell up. But, she took off more than I would have liked. They were always thick but shapely, and now they are too thin at the ends and don't compliment my face. Those will have to grow out now. It's kind of her fault because she never asked me what I wanted and just started waxing, and it's kind of my fault for not saying anything before entering the room or stopping her. Nails: Got gel polish, and it's fantastic. I forgot my work gloves the day after my manicure, but I still had to build a shelving unit. Didn't chip the polish even through wood glue, and spray paint, and hammering, and sandpaper, and intense scrubbing to get paint off. The glitter polish on my accent nail isn't as opaque as I like and I can see the smile line rather easily, but it looks okay. Most importantly, the technician took his time doing my nails. Don't go there. Owners are rude and the lady that did my mani pedi could not understand anything that I said. The owner had to come and translate and he was rude every time. They charged me for taking my nail polish off. That was not in the price list. Never going back there. Read Less

Just moved to area so I'm trying out new nail salons.  I came here for a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax.  The lady who did my mani/pedi was not friendly at all.  She didnt smile once, not even when I gave her a tip at the end. My toes came ok but I actually took off my nail polish that night as it came sloppy.The place was empty and the workers were napping in the manicure chairs.  So unprofessional. At one point one of the employees sat directly across from me and it felt like he was staring at me- so uncomfortable.The eyebrow waxing is done in the middle of the place while you are seated in a folding chair.  Thank goodness my eyebrows came out ok! There are nicer nail salons in the area- this place needs a renovation.  And employees that at least smile. Read Less

Not happy. Not the best service and before my last visit they did my eyebrows and they left a lot of hairs in needed to redo once I got home. I tried them again as they are close to where I live and I waited in a chair for 20 min before walking out I could have gone somewhere else and have been done. Not going back Read Less

I usually go to Brazillian Waxing in the same shopping center, because they do a great job and have a great atmosphere. Unfortunenty today they were closed so I thought why not check out Majestic Nail and Spa..From the moment I walked in the place was sketchy. I asked for an eyebrow wax, the girl pointed to an office chair in the middle of the room and told me to wait for her. So here I am in the middle of this "spa", in an office chair waiting to get my eyebrows waxed.She pulled the container of wax out of a little filing cabinet.. Because who doesn't keep warm wax in a filing cabinet?This was all while the sat a girl across from me and started waxing her eyebrows while holding a phone between her shoulder and ear.The girl proceeded to give me two completely different eyebrows, one way to thin and one to thick. So take my advice, stay far far away from this place. I know I will advise everyone in Newnan of the same. Read Less

The workers were very kind and had decent prices. Purchased the spa deluxe that really include a lot of services: mani-pedi. taking away the callus etc.had a guy who couldn't speak english and it was difficult to communicate my wants to him.My manicure was as if a 4 year old did it. Uneven coats, During my pedicure/scrub down. The guy literally rubbed the callus eliminator and instead of letting it soak for at least 3 minutes, he just started to scrub. Majestic Nails is great! They offer a lot of different things and at a great price too!! I constantly go to different nail shops due to never finding one I am comfortable with.. Well I found it.. My toes look awesome! The lady even did this cute flower on them and they look amazing.. I will I was a little unhappy with the length of my nails but I didnt hesitate to ask her to shorten them and she did so with out even giving me a fuss about it!
