She is like a used car salesman… you sit down and you start at one price and next thing you are at another price then like a car warranty you end up with a completely different price. Bad business ethics. She does not need to be working around people. Her people skills are HORRIBLE! Please do everyone a favor and leave

PLEASE READ !!! Scammers- The worst ever nail salon in Newnan.The quality is horrible. No welcome, no friendly smiles, STAY AWAY......PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and take it somewhere where they will APPRECIATE any business big or small. Mimi is the owner she was rude and disrespectfully yelled across the salon with an attitude. This is ridiculous, I definitely would not recommend coming here. Very surprised at the lack of customer care. Mimi rushed and unprofessional, I hope Mimi gets the training how to management the business in USA. Mimi always complained all customers if WHITE or BLACK Americans who so cheap and saying. PLEASE don’t go to my shop. Mimi is really discriminating, despite talks badly customers. This nail salon is very sloppy and unhygienic PARAFFIN
( Recycle). Rushed, Overcharged, basically tried to force customer to pay cash. I don’t know how they are still in business.

If you’ve ever thought about going to kingdom nails by Kroger in newnan I would highly recommend not doing so! I went yesterday and got SNS on my nails and after I left my nails were not smooth and all but three of them were extremely rough. So today I went in to get them fixed and although I asked for someone else to fix them the same man that did my nails ended up fixing them, when I got back out to my car my nails were in the same condition and poor quality they were in before I got them fixed. I went back in and the man gave me a huge attitude about it and told me nothing was wrong with them. So I let the manager know I wouldn’t be back and went inside Kroger to buy a nail file and some clear polish to fix them myself, and on the way back to my car I went back in the nail salon and explained the situation to the same manager and told her I wanted a refund and that I was extremely unimpressed with the experience I had today, during me saying this to her she wouldn’t even look up from what she was doing to acknowledge that I was speaking to her and said with a sarcastic tone that they didn’t do refunds they would only fix what they messed up. So I left yet again but this time I let her know that this was the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to and that I would be letting everyone I know not to ever go to this place. I am extremely unsatisfied considering I paid $35 for my nails to look like a 12 year old kid did them.

We'll see. I am being told my new set put on June 8th was over a month old. Not true although I confess the set I was wearing was not the best I've had. Every decision I've made has been persistently rebuked from my color choice on. I will update because the result will be so pleasing I will have trust in their judgement over my wants.... UPDATE so my tech Lily was correct on me being more satisfied with removing the old set (poorly done at another salon) They are beautiful! Natural, clean and fresh! Not the almond shape I kept expressing I wanted and is my signature. I also got a discount on the price. Well worth it. Saving my 5 stars for my brows and lashes this week. I may have found my new salon🤗 Definitely won't find warm fuzzy smiles and banter but the nail set is nice.

Terrible service. Went and got SNS and Tina did them so bad. I had to go back within two days because three of my nails already chipped. They had Tina fix them again once I got there and she did not do what was asked. The guy at the front desk had to tell her what to do. Then four of my other nails broke because she did them so thin. Called and asked if they could fix my nails for a third time because Tina did them so bad. The manager decided to fix them the third time I went in WITHIN A WEEK. The manager did not do so good on my nails either. She cut my finger open with the nail file and then acted like she never saw the cut even though it was bleeding and she looked at it twice. And then she proceeded to cut my other finger open. Worst experience ever.

I also got a gel manicure that is also uneven and done so quickly and carelessly. The attitudes of the employees were annoyed as if we were a bother that we showed up. (Which I could've looked past if their services were worth paying for) Very disappointed.

My daughter went for a pedicure and full set of acrylics. The girl doing her toes asked her if she had done her own toes previously then laughed when my daughter responded. When questioned about the laughter the nail tech wouldn’t answer. My daughter wasn’t happy with how her nails were turning out. When she spoke up the tech gave her an attitude and called a guy over being blatantly rude about how “the girls doesn’t like her nails and I’m almost done!” The guy asks her to pick a different polish then goes on to roll his eyes while commenting on her “matching her nails to her dress”. When she gets her acrylics done she gets cut several times and again the tech (this time a different guy) laughs and tells her “you shouldn’t have moved”. I’ll never allow her back.

Worst experience ever!! I can not even begin to explain how disappointed I was with this place and staff. First off, we spent 80$ and got NO thank you. None.
I was with my family for a birthday. Their water was cold even after many times of asking for the temperature to be turned up. NOT ONCE was I able to sit back in my chair and relax, because I was constantly asked up upgrade my pedicure, get a design, get an eye brow wax, purchase a scrub, & most importantly our basic pedicure came with a foot massage and I didn’t get one.. While my family got a descent foot massage, I got nothing. I confronted her about it and she said “then you pay $20 more!”. When I said no, she said “why?? Only $20 more” That was her response to every upgrade I turned down. If I was not with my family celebrating a birthday, I would have done something more about. I kept my mouth shut, saving it for this review. She rushed the entire time and even though I got my fingernails painted before she even got started on my pedicure I finished before everyone else. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and take it somewhere where they will APPRECIATE ANY business big or small. I am not one to leave reviews but I am so hurt that a night with the family was a disaster. I hope this helps when you make your decision on where to get your nails done next!

The only reason I am leaving a star is because you have to. Race is an issue, we waited over thirty minutes for service with our feet in the water. A white woman with no appointment comes in off the street and gets immediate service. A customer is a customer, I guess it speaks volume when the white customers all look at the African American women as if we were in the wrong place.

Two days after my pedicure, I noticed my heels were still cracked and dry, as well as other area of my feet. It was then I remembered that there had not been any filing or anything of that nature done. I emailed Kingdom Nails and gave my contact info but no one ever replied back to me. I feel like I tried to make things right without publicly criticizing them. I thought about going back as well and speaking to a manager in person but I'll just forgo them and try another salon next time.

This is the best nail place so far. I am in the process of finding good nail shops to go to and this one is by far the best. This is my second time here and both times the wait was less than 2-3 minutes. They have a great variety of colors with the brand OPI so that was a plus. The staff is also friendly. If you are in the area be sure to stop by.

I used to love coming to Kingdom Nail&Spa for a mani/pedi but over the last year it has gone down hill. I have been so disappointed with the pedicures the last 3 times but today was the worst. I waked in, told the guy what I wanted and he walked me right to the pedicure chairs. I asked if I could pick out my nail color and he said I could do the same as my gel color. What!? I didn't want the same color and after a few minutes of trying to explain I just sat down. The woman who did my pedicure was friendly but she didn't shape my nails and then took it upon herself to paint my toes the same color as my manicure. I'm 40wks pregnant so I can't look super closely at my feet currently but when I left I could tell how poorly she painted them. Upon further inspection at home I noticed how sloppy the paint was put on, some already chipping off and some was still on my skin! For $60 not including tip, I will not be back.

A friend gave me a giftcard for my birthday to have a manicure. I decided to have a pedicure as well, and asked for the lowest procedure, which was $30. At first the nail technician was friendly, but when I told her that I was not interested in an eyebrow wax (I hardly have any) her attitude changed. At the register she still charged me more for the pedicure. I very seldom have my nails done, only on special occasions. But if I ever go for a manicure/pedicure, it won't be at this salon.

I've been coming here for over a year and really loved this place. Last Friday, (5 days ago), I came for a gel polish and then flew to NYC until Tuesday. The polish started lifting on Saturday, but of course I couldn't do anything until I got back into town. I went in today, with my receipt and also told them that they had charged me an extra $3 on Friday-so whatever that was regarding is another issue. Anyway, I told them who did my nails and the lady denied it...but I remember her well because she was scrolling through YouTube videos on her phone and listening to them through her wireless headset when I sat down...(I remember thinking. "How rude to ignore me as I sit there and you pick a YouTube video to watch."). So, then they tell me that they only have a three day policy to fix my nails...why wouldn't you tell me that when I walked in? And by the way, where is that written? I told them I'd just go somewhere else, and then he offered to fix them, but I would still have to pay half. Whatever-I did it-AND I tipped the woman who lied about doing my nails the first time. I will NEVER go back to this place. Don't they know the customer is always right?? Plus, I was so honest with them, it makes me so mad that she lied to both of our faces. I spend over a hundred dollars a month hear-easily-and while that may not mean anything, they have lost a customer for good.

I have gone to Kingdom nails for years and always received great service. I recently went and had the worse service ever. The guy doing my manicure was rude and unprofessional. When the guy asked why I didn't have long nails, I said I like to keep them short. He then proceeded to tell me how stupid that was. He barely filed my nails, in fact they are uneven. He missed portions on my nails. My cuticles look awful. Then after the manicure he just walked away. Normally they give you lotion. He didn't. Just walked away. And they weren't even busy.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this nail salon. They raised their prices.. 30 dollars for a basic service is a bit pricy. But the reason i will never return is the fact that they pulled a switcheroo on the paint. I chose a color by opi called shorts story. A vibrant hot pink. I liked the color so much i went to purchase the polish at a different store only to find that the color was not the same. Further investigation led me to find the actual color by sally Hanson. They actually used a much cheaper polish and filled the opi bottle with it. Total scam.

PLEASE READ!!!
Worst experience ever!! I can not even begin to explain how disappointed I was with this place and staff. First off, we spent 80$ and got NO thank you. None.
I was with my family for a birthday. Their water was cold even after many times of asking for the temperature to be turned up. NOT ONCE was I able to sit back in my chair and relax, because I was constantly asked up upgrade my pedicure, get a design, get an eye brow wax, purchase a scrub, & most importantly our basic pedicure came with a foot massage and I didn’t get one.. While my family got a descent foot massage, I got nothing. I confronted her about it and she said “then you pay $20 more!”. When I said no, she said “why?? Only $20 more” That was her response to every upgrade I turned down. If I was not with my family celebrating a birthday, I would have done something more about. I kept my mouth shut, saving it for this review. She rushed the entire time and even though I got my fingernails painted before she even got started on my pedicure I finished before everyone else. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and take it somewhere where they will APPRECIATE ANY business big or small. I am not one to leave reviews but I am so hurt that a night with the family was a disaster. I hope this helps when you make your decision on where to get your nails done next!

The only reason I am leaving a star is because you have to. Race is an issue, we waited over thirty minutes for service with our feet in the water. A white woman with no appointment comes in off the street and gets immediate service. A customer is a customer, I guess it speaks volume when the white customers all look at the African American women as if we were in the wrong place.

Two days after my pedicure, I noticed my heels were still cracked and dry, as well as other area of my feet. It was then I remembered that there had not been any filing or anything of that nature done. I emailed Kingdom Nails and gave my contact info but no one ever replied back to me. I feel like I tried to make things right without publicly criticizing them. I thought about going back as well and speaking to a manager in person but I'll just forgo them and try another salon next time.

They allowed two other customers to go in front of me although I had been there. Now the skin around my fingers is peeling because she filed my skin more than my actual nails.

But the last time I went, they seemed very rushed--despite it being a few hours before closing--and the pedicure wasn't as well done as before. I chose a different nail salon a little further from this one and got excellent service.

This is the best nail place so far. I am in the process of finding good nail shops to go to and this one is by far the best. This is my second time here and both times the wait was less than 2-3 minut...
This is the best nail place so far. I am in the process of finding good nail shops to go to and this one is by far the best. This is my second time here and both times the wait was less than 2-3 minutes. They have a great variety of colors with the brand OPI so that was a plus. The staff is also friendly. If you are in the area be sure to stop by.

I used to love coming to Kingdom Nail&Spa for a mani/pedi but over the last year it has gone down hill. I have been so disappointed with the pedicures the last 3 times but today was the worst. I waked in, told the guy what I wanted and he walked me right to the pedicure chairs. I asked if I could pick out my nail color and he said I could do the same as my gel color. What!? I didn't want the same color and after a few minutes of trying to explain I just sat down. The woman who did my pedicure was friendly but she didn't shape my nails and then took it upon herself to paint my toes the same color as my manicure. I'm 40wks pregnant so I can't look super closely at my feet currently but when I left I could tell how poorly she painted them. Upon further inspection at home I noticed how sloppy the paint was put on, some already chipping off and some was still on my skin! For $60 not including tip, I will not be back.

A friend gave me a giftcard for my birthday to have a manicure. I decided to have a pedicure as well, and asked for the lowest procedure, which was $30. At first the nail technician was friendly, but when I told her that I was not interested in an eyebrow wax (I hardly have any) her attitude changed. At the register she still charged me more for the pedicure. I very seldom have my nails done, only on special occasions. But if I ever go for a manicure/pedicure, it won't be at this salon.

My first time here was Mother's Day, and they handed out rose buds to all the women. Super sweet! I have poor hearing, so it always makes me nervous going to a new nail salon, but they have a ton of people working here, and their English is amazing. (I know that sounds shallow, but it makes a difference to a lot of people). I'm definitely a customer for life.

I've been coming here for over a year and really loved this place. Last Friday, (5 days ago), I came for a gel polish and then flew to NYC until Tuesday. The polish started lifting on Saturday, but of course I couldn't do anything until I got back into town. I went in today, with my receipt and also told them that they had charged me an extra $3 on Friday-so whatever that was regarding is another issue. Anyway, I told them who did my nails and the lady denied it...but I remember her well because she was scrolling through YouTube videos on her phone and listening to them through her wireless headset when I sat down...(I remember thinking. "How rude to ignore me as I sit there and you pick a YouTube video to watch."). So, then they tell me that they only have a three day policy to fix my nails...why wouldn't you tell me that when I walked in? And by the way, where is that written? I told them I'd just go somewhere else, and then he offered to fix them, but I would still have to pay half. Whatever-I did it-AND I tipped the woman who lied about doing my nails the first time. I will NEVER go back to this place. Don't they know the customer is always right?? Plus, I was so honest with them, it makes me so mad that she lied to both of our faces. I spend over a hundred dollars a month hear-easily-and while that may not mean anything, they have lost a customer for good.

I have gone to Kingdom nails for years and always received great service. I recently went and had the worse service ever. The guy doing my manicure was rude and unprofessional. When the guy asked why I didn't have long nails, I said I like to keep them short. He then proceeded to tell me how stupid that was. He barely filed my nails, in fact they are uneven. He missed portions on my nails. My cuticles look awful. Then after the manicure he just walked away. Normally they give you lotion. He didn't. Just walked away. And they weren't even busy.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this nail salon. They raised their prices.. 30 dollars for a basic service is a bit pricy. But the reason i will never return is the fact that they pulled a switcheroo on the paint. I chose a color by opi called shorts story. A vibrant hot pink. I liked the color so much i went to purchase the polish at a different store only to find that the color was not the same. Further investigation led me to find the actual color by sally Hanson. They actually used a much cheaper polish and filled the opi bottle with it. Total scam.

This place is great! They are nice and welcoming and have always done a great job. I've never had to wait very long and they have a large selection of both regular and gel colors. I've never felt rush...
