I was a frequent customer for years but quit going because the customer service was garbage. All of the ladies were rude, even the owner. The men never spoke, at all. Just a bland and unprofessional setting. I decided to give them another try about a month and a half ago and realized the establishment was under new ownership and not one single snooty girl was working there anymore, instead there are 7-8 men. They were kind, greeted me when I walked in, smiled, got started right away and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were nice to one another and laughed and cracked jokes and it was the greatest atmosphere. I'll definitely be going back! I couldn't add a picture to this post but added one to Google! They are AWESOME!

The workers leave a lot to be desired in the customer service arena. Not friendly at all. They tend to ignore your wishes and are not transparent when it comes to pricing. Broken chairs, poor color selections, etc. This visit was beyond disappointing!

Horrible. My girlfriend and I walked in, there was a lady at a work station that completely ignored us. There was a man at a desk/work station on the right hand side of the shop. We went over there and he completely ignored us. There was no sign in sheet, we were NEVER welcomed, NEVER acknowledged, NEVER made to feel like we were even wanted there. After several minutes of being completely ignored, we turned around and left. We will NEVER go back.

I've been looking for a nail tech in Newnan every since 06/16 and couldn't find one. My nails wouldn't last a good week without looking old and the shaping was fat and horrible. I came to Genie Nails twice in the past and wasn't pleased however I gave them one last try on yesterday and came across ADAM! Omg! That guy is awesome! Fast, honest, professional and very talented!

I think they have terrible customer service!!!! They refused to do an elderly lady's toes because they didn't like the way they looked! I have been bringing this SAME lady to Genie Nails for years and this new owner just turned her down because they didn't wanna deal with her. They were trying to say her toe was infected but it wasn't!! She doesn't get out the house much at all and her feet didn't look like someone who gets a pedicure every two weeks. It took alot out o...f her to get dressed to come to that ratchet establishment and they turn her away because they thought they were too good to work on her feet??? Excuse me but that's the profession you chose to do!!!! I hope this nail salon goes bankrupt!!!!! Thats not the way to treat people especially elderly people who struggled with to make to your raggedy place of business!!!!!!! और देखें

Love these guys! Was suggested by someone at work. Was wary at first because of location, but they're clean, they do very good work. Will fix problems with tips or color with no questions asked. Their hair removal process is fast and professional. She really knows what she's doing. A testament to how good they are is how packed they always are!

I have been twice and will NOT make the mistake of going again! My nails were not even satisfactory and no where near it the 1st time I went & the 2nd time...they put the wrong nails on! Learn english...

Learn english better or at least understand english! They said would fix nails if I called the following monday and set up an appt. WHAT?! I didn't set up no appt. To pay you! Fix your mess up's ! WORST PLACE IN NEWNAN! && SLOWEST!

I was a frequent customer for years but quit going because the customer service was garbage. All of the ladies were rude, even the owner. The men never spoke, at all. Just a bland and unprofessional setting. I decided to give them another try about a month and a half ago and realized the establishment was under new ownership and not one single snooty girl was working there anymore, instead there are 7-8 men. They were kind, greeted me when I walked in, smiled, got started right away and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were nice to one another and laughed and cracked jokes and it was the greatest atmosphere. I'll definitely be going back! I couldn't add a picture to this post but added one to Google! They are AWESOME!
