I was completely disrespected in their shop recently. Just got my nails done a few days ago, and my nails were breaking. I went in to get 2 broken nails fixed and the owner was very nasty telling me it wasn't their work, told me to pay for the service again or go somewhere else. I pointed to the girl that did my nails and they all told me that I did not get my nails done there. I've been going to them for months now and they all recognized my face. The disrespectful tone and trying to make a public spectacle in the store was not called for. I would have paid for the 2 nails but to try to make me look like a liar was too much! I politely grabbed my purse and walked the hell out without service. They were so nasty and rude I felt racial undertones and for someone that has supported their business for months, I was appalled by the treatment and service I recieved. Rude employees. Technician did a horrible job. Left nail polish all around my fingers, had to tell her to clean it up. She put the nails on crooked and the shape I asked for "coffin" came out looking uneven on the sides. The kicker, in the beginning she had a panel of designs and when I asked if she do one she snatched it and said she could only do one of them. Please please STAY Away! I wish I could give 0 stars. This is one of the worst nail shops in the whole world. They have the rudest employees who are constantly yelling at their customers. They do not provide the throw away shoes after getting a color change on your toes and they tell you can either walk barefoot on their dirty filthy floor to go to the area where you can dry your toes or you can buy the use and throw shoes for $2.00 I have never ever ever heard of such a thing from a nail salon and when you ask for an explanation you get yelled at and they start talking about you in a different language and start talking under their breath. To top it all off, they have absolutely no idea how to do nails and my toes looked disgusting and nail color looked patchy and thick and overall horrible! Please stay away from this place! Read Less

This was my first time trying SNS. I normally get gel polish as I'm a photographer and like wearing my own nails but want lasting color. They did a horrible job with the SNS as well as shaping my nails. I honestly could have done the job myself. They were also rude. I usually don't venture in this area as I live downtown, but I was meeting with a friend and decided to get a quick manicure while waiting. I'll stick with the salon I go to on Marietta Street. The lady who said she was the manager was very rude. And they basically force you to getting the service now, very lazy and do a halfway job on everything nails and toes. Poor customer service, and no respect for the customers only care about money. And they scrub your skin too hard and get mad if you ask for something to be fixed correctly. You will be rushed through the whole experience. Choosing a color and have to hear rude comments on top of the nail process. Do not go here . You will have the worst experience ever. And wish u never walked in . Then when you say to the lady she's rude u just can't come back like why ? You are spending your hard earned money for halfway work because of laziness and they just don't care honestly. That's my experience and you won't be happy. My cousin had bubbles in her nails and wasn't even the right color she wanted now she's going to a different location to get them fixed because they were rude there.
