The worst place I ever been, a nail fell off as I was walking out !! Which they tried to charge me to fix!! I've been going to this now salon for quite a while and I always found it to be nice the lady that did my nails always do a great job and she was nice I cannot speak for the other people working there because I don't get my nails done with them neither did my mom. Recently the lady who did my nails moved to another nail salon Kind of sad it might not be the perfect place but I won't complain when I've gone there and al I have done is getting a color not with the tools and they lowered the price for it . I've given this place quite a few tries, mainly because they are in the Target shopping center I frequent. As I was paying at the end of my last visit, I swore I would never come back here. The quality is just not good and they are pretty pricey- I got a gel manicure (that didn't look good) and a regular pedicure and it was just under $70. Took my teenage daughter for pedi's. Staff very pushy about the $36 pedicure... each... i said no just basic and they would not take no for an answer, i looked through the card and said i wanted the $25 one, they said no its for kids, kept saying you will have $36... There are many good nail salons but this isn't one of them. First of all, they're so hungry for money that they blatantly upsell. What's worse is that said upselling is nothing but a scam. You're shown a menu with identical pictures of pedicure choices. You tell them you just want a regular pedicure but they keep pestering you for more "spa minutes" to up the price. So they pretend their English is no good when you say "no thank you" over again. Then you end up paying $35 for a mediocre pedicure and never get to relax because of the constant pushy employee. Made the mistake of going back to this so call business. I told them I wanted an manicure and eyebrow wax only. The tech showed me the pedicure station, I said I didn't want that. They keep asking me why, and I said no. Then when I sat down to get my nails done, she asked me about the gel manicure service, again I said no.  She proceeded to do my eyebrows first, then she proceeded to do my lip and chin. She keep saying you would look so pretty. Then she almost did my sideburns, I had to stop her then. Then she did my nails and asked about the gel service again, I said no again. Then I paid her for overpriced services. I know her and her cohorts were talking about me in their tongue, which was very rude. They Have the nerve to charge Posh Nail prices and don't even have the level of service.. The workers are rude and will try to add on services like leg massages.. First time visiting  with my three daughters. Busy but took us straight back for pedis  Two of my daughters   that were just getting manis waited. The girl doing my daughters pedi was friendly and sweet, mine was  not friendly. I had asked how much for the manis and they said $15. I didn't ask how much for the pedis, figured it would be reasonable. My mistake!  The pedis were $36 a piece for me and my nine year old daughter. The lady doing my daughter said oh I'll do design for free. I got a French so it was $5 more and my daughter got her nails painted for $5. That was reasonable. But the $36 for the pedicure is pricey for the atmosphere and most of the ladies in there are not friendly. I used to go to the Walmart in Dawson and my girl was named Sunny. She gave the best foot massage ever! Too bad I live to far away now. Will not return when there is a nail place on every corner. Read Less

And they didn't ask from the start what pedicure I wanted and then did a treatment and said oh well, now you have to pay more. The technicians here do a decent job but their price for a gel manicure is higher than anywhere else I've been.  Also, the whole reason I chose this salon was because there was a "20% off" sign in the parking lot of the shopping center it's in but when I went it, I discovered that the promotion had ended over a month prior.  That's just crappy.  I doubt I go back since it isn't exactly close to my apartment.  The prices and/or service would have to be seriously impressive to warrant the 20-30 minute drive and this salon does not have either. Went in here to inquire about the price for a Mani pedi and was totally ignored. Each worker looked up from what they were doing and then acted like they didn't see me.I understand not leaving your client but at least acknowledge me or tell me someone well be right with me.If this is an indication of the service level they offer then no thanks. This place is phenomenal!!! We brought a wedding party here and they were unbelievably accommodating.  They set up a table with beverages, utensils and allowed us to bring in champagne and snacks.  On top of that... The service was great and manis/pedis were great!! Read Less

Okay this place seriously had the best deal! I was really shocked for the services I received for the amount of money paid. I had a manicure and pedicure with the gel color on my nails. I had this done maybe 2 weeks ago and my nails are still perfect. No chips or anything. The color on my toenails also stayed really well. The nail technician person was really sweet. She spoke really good English but didn't talk too much, just the right amount. And the workers didn't talk too much in that foreign language so that's always a plus. The WORST nail salon. I went into Planet nails to get a pink and white full set & pedicure and the women rubbed oil on my legs and painted my toes and it was horrible. No massage. No exfoliation cream. Nothing. I paid $24 for a cheap pedicure. I asked them to remove the Polish it was so bad so I can get my Polish done elsewhere. The top coat polish on my nails is already chipping after 1 week on my nails. These are suppose to be my wedding nails. And this was the worst nail job I have ever received. I will never go back.
