HORRIBLE!!! Just went in to ask for pedicure...one customer in a chair. Asked the associate reclined in chair in front if they could serve me ...he gestured toward the lady performing a pedicure on a gentleman there and stated, "Ask her!" I proceeded to ask her and she looked me up and down and said, "Ask him.." I informed her what he told me . She looked at him and said something in their native tongue and he responded loudly while the gentleman and I exchanged looks of disbelief. Woooow! I will be returning to Princess Nails in Macon if I have to wait until my nails grow out like an eagle's talon. Read Less

I wish I could post a picture. The woman was not paying attention while removing my nails and kept watching her kids. She ended up removing my real nail and I started to bleed. She didn't apologize or nothing. The guy took over and did my other hand, all the while, using their equipment on my bloody finger. All the while no one offered me a band aid. And on top of that , I still had to pay full price. So yeah, don't come here. Read Less
