My husband and I had been going to KC's since they 1st opened. Tina was always our tech and did a wonderful job. However, for the past 2 years service and attitude have gone down the drain! The gel nails didn't even last a week maybe 3 - 4 days max. When she started cutting me, on the pedicures, I tried to be patient, but after a few months of this I told my husband I'd had enough! Even preset appointments were being abused. The last year we'd gone
for our scheduled appt to find Tina gone and her sisters would say she'd be back in a few minutes and sometimes in a hour. We'd sit there and wait or come back well within her time promised and she'd still be gone. After many attempts on our part, the last time we went in for a scheduled appt her sister said she didn't know when she'd be back. My husband said "just forget it". We won't be back again. That was almost a year ago and we've found several good shops since. We really hated to have to find another shop but it seems KC's has lost interest in their customers and really doesn't care anymore.

Lady got rude with me yelling at me because I told her she didn't do my nails the way I wanted them done I am the paying customer she just flip out on me in the last 20yrs of getting my nails done I have never had anyone treated me with such a awful manner I am surprised they are still in business

DO NOT GO HERE. I've tried this place before and it looked a toddler painted my toes, but they were running a special for mani/pedi so I thought I would give them a try again. I walked in and no one acknowledged me for at least 10 minutes then I signed in and waited some more. 35 minutes later (with only two other customers) a woman told me to go sit in "chair number four" . Only the manicure stations are numbered, not the spa chairs, so I sat at number four and the woman physically assaults me, smacking and grabbing my arm and shoving me. I work in customer service and am usually a very calm and understanding person but I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I snatched my arm out of her grasp and walked out nearly in tears. Please do not spend your money here. I suggest Diva Nails by Kroger or My Nails and Spa across from Walmart, they are kind and do a great job.

This is the worse nail shop EVER! The lady who did my nails was rude and she got upset when I told her how I wanted it done. I sat in the first table to the right as you walk in. Not even a few hours ...
This is the worse nail shop EVER! The lady who did my nails was rude and she got upset when I told her how I wanted it done. I sat in the first table to the right as you walk in. Not even a few hours after I got my nails done, the gel began to chip and peel. I called to speak to the manager, who they said wasn't there. A man got on the phone and told me that that is my problem and that if I don't like the job to just go to another shop. Gel is supposed to protect the nails even more than acrylic. This shop is the worse I have been too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! I HATE that I have to give them ANY stars but the system makes me give at least one. They don't even deserve that.
