Relocating to a new area finding a hairdresser that can keep the style you are used to is a scary adventure.Amber more than made my nerves disappear and  the feeling of oh my goodness is gone!!Driving through Milledgeville the small shop stands out with a welcoming look.   When walking in the door, I was instantly greeted by a smiling young lady who gestured to sit in the padded seat in front of the window... a perfect place to start to relax.Looking around the restored building the uniqueness of it stands out.   Quaint, warm and very chic.  Definitely not what I was thinking I would find.   Clean, organized and full of charm.   Sitting under the drier and then being pampered with not just a wash but a scalp massage almost let me fall asleep.  Amber listened to my description and looked at past hair pictures of me.   I knew she was listening and she had a plan!   The plan worked.... What I love about this salon is the friendly atmosphere and their utmost concern for a client's safety. Go for a pedicure and you will see what I mean. You do not have to worry about a worker using the same tools on you that were just used on Jane Smith. These instruments are sterilized after each personal use. I go every month to get pink and white acrylics and after getting this type of manicure for years, Sam's work at Extraordinailry is leaps and bounds better than any other salon I've been to.. Ever. Everyone there is talkative and friendly and the prices are a steal for the high-quality work. The place is also incredibly convient. Students of GCSU are more than welcome (and get a discount!).
