The worst nail service I have ever received! I came in for a mani/pedi with SNS on my hands. She applied the SNS as though it was acrylic powder which is NOT the typical method for applying SNS. I asked if this gel or SNS because she was applying them very thin. She only applied one layer on my hands and my mani/pedi was literally a rushed and piss poor job. I was charged $35 plus a $5 tip. I left my phone in the counter inside and it was after 8pm (their scheduled closing time) so I when I came to the door to get my phone it’s already locked and they take there time coming back to see what I needed. I waited at the door for 12 minutes for MY PHONE! I came by today because I broke the nail that was cracked the day I got the SNS because was too thin. This was a huge fiasco because they tell me that I have to pay to replace the nail and pay $20 for a pedicure that they forgot to charge me for TWO DAYS! The tech and manager insisted on pushing the blame on me for my nail breaking and the overall application because I didn’t say what I wanted and usually women who get SNS like it thin. LIES! I’ve been getting SNS for years I have never had a tech to put one layer of it on my nails or apply it with a brush like acrylic/gel. Then they signs say their prices are one thing and they charged me MORE couldn’t even cover the entire edge of my nail. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!!! Read Less

So far the best nail salon I have been to in McDonough GA the manager is very nice and the lady who did my nails was amazing. Although my pedicure could have been better as far as massage go I still like this place much much better than luxury nail salon. I recommend this place 100% Read Less

Make sure to double check their prices. The employee sitting at Table 1 (didn't get her name) tried to con me out of money. I read all the posted prices & politely asked for a break down since she wanted more than what was on their price list. This is my second time at this place. The place looks, but their service is "horrible" I was treated like my service was unwanted. I requested for a manicure/pedicure. When the lady starts to clean the old colors off my nails, she processed to comment that I should not wear green color because the stain my nails and she can not take them off. I responded by telling that I wears those colors all the time and I did inform her the colors do come out. It just needs l a little bit detail cleaning not rushing. The next thing I notice that she starts to gossip to her co-worker about me in Chinese language. I requested for her not to do my nails anymore. I wanted to take my service somewhere else but because another person was doing my pedicure. I stayed. Then the technician that was doing my pedicure, I thought will do a great job, was even worst than the manicure technician. After scrubbing and raising my feet, which lasted for total of 2 minutes, I can still feel lot of rough edges, I politely ask her if she was done, she answered yes. Then I asked if she could smooth out the rough areas. She processed to raise her voice and started that she can not get all roughness in one treatment. By the time I try to understand why she was getting upset, she called her boss over and started to complain in Chinese. The manager try to ask me about my complaint, I could not even talk because nail tech was talking over me to her co-worker and other customers watching her. This technician attitude was off the chain. I have never experienced nothing like that before. I was forced to request for service termination and I ask to pay for the service that was already provided. I paid half the price without caring if my nails and feet were done. Finally made the decision to NOT give this salon another penny of my hard earned money. Although I absolutely love the pedicures that I receive from Lynn, Lisa and Kelly have absolutely no respect for my time. Over the years, several have said that this salon displayed prejudice. I tried hard to see past it. Tonight, I could not ignore it any more. There have been SEVERAL incidents where both Lisa and Kelly seem to have a visible disregard to their African American customers.... Today my sister, Anita, and I, went to get our nails done. We arrived at 6:45 PM. We did not have an app ointment. We agreed to have Lisa, the owner do iur nails. Can't take away from her or Kelly. They are good but both display a blarant disregard for women of color. Today a Caucasian couple came into the nail shop at 10 minutos til 8. Neither had an appointment. Another Caucasian woman with no appointment came in 15 minutes after us. ALL THREE made it out before us. The white couple who arrived at 7:50 who got the same service as us PLUS eyebrows left at 8:41PM!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I go here because the price is good. But the work is hit or miss. Lisa is good but seems very distracted by shop affairs. Also I think she charges customers different prices based on if she likes you and your tipping patterns. This last time my sns nail are all lifting. I think the products are subpar. It started out good. My pedicure was awesome. Then to save time, they sent someone to start my nails. It's my first time getting SNS so I didn't know what to expect but sure didn't expect the thick lumpy results. Maybe if I go back I will make sure not to have the person that is doing my nails NOT be on their phone the whole time! Read Less

Been coming her for almost 10 years.  Lisa and her team provide great service and guarantee satisfaction.  If I don't like something, they fix it immediately, although I always like the creativity both Kelly and Tina do on my nails.  Would never go anywhere else.  Would recommend making an appointment as they can get busy. My mom and I came for pedicures and me for SNS, mom for a clear polish manicure. While they are fast, I had red SNS goo on my fingers all around my nails like a 5 year old painted my nails and my mom's nails were awful. Uneven and barely any polish. We spoke to a manager who made it right but they proceeded to give us attitude as they "fixed" our nails. Not coming back. Read Less

Very nice ladies. They do SNS nails for $20. I love going here. They always have what i need. I used to go to another salon but this place is better and Cheaper. Ask for SnS because it's better for your nail bed and won't hurt when they need to be removed. Read Less
