Been here several times, but this last visit the service was terrible, my sns service was too thick, nail was coming up, on my toes polish was applied to thin, when i questioned them about, they gave me some lame excuse. So no tip. Was very disappointed cause I would bring all my out of town guest to them. Uggg!!

I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and have never had any issues with customer service or rude staff. They have done some improvements and it is much nicer inside now. I’ve tried at least 3 techs in this salon and my nails come out average or don’t last. Nina is the only one to get them right every time and she is the only one I will let do my nails here!

THE MANAGER AND THE OLD LADY LITERALLY DOES NOT LISTEN TO A WORD YOU COULD POSSIBLY SAY! The manager was the most disrespectful and rudest one in the salon! If you come to this place you’re paying them to mess up your nails toes and everything else literally!! They do not listen to your request whatsoever! They do not apologize whatsoever! The old lady who did my eyebrows didn’t even let me finish talking as I was trying to let her know how I specifically wanted my eyebrows not to be too thin! But what did she do? my eyebrows are naturally arched at the top and she cut it right off, SHE DID NOT FOLLOW MY NATURAL SHAPE LIKE SHE IS SUPPOSED TO!!!! I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for years- and never have they performed unreasonable services on my eyebrows like this place did!! I was respectful from the Moment I stepped foot in to the moment i stepped out but received the complete opposite!!! How disgraceful of this place. The manager is full of disgustingly disrespect - I work in customer service I understand hardships with customer but this is very amusing and disrespectful. And I still didn’t get my money back!

look at all the stars that begin with a number 1 and i will tell you why this nail shop has them horrible work bad attitude and angry nail techs who think they can talk to people any way they want its hard to find a good nail shop so when you do keep going to that 1 nail shop because i had tried some awful places the owner nina was so nasty she was horrible my nails looked like a worm nina just close the business do me and you a big favor and just go out of business today PLEASE THIS NAIL SHOP SHOULD JUST CLOSE PERIOD nina the owner told me after my nightmare in her nail shop when you come back dont ask for me i told her dont worry i will NOT come back in this life or any other--NINA IS HORROR MOVIE AND SHE LOOKS LIKE AN OLD FROG i really believe she treats everyone this way go into this place and see how empty it really is--LOL

Horrible customer service! The manager was very rude. I explained to her that my nails were done there the day before and already broke and she said I still would have to pay because they don't have anything to do with that. She was quiet the whole time she fixed my nail and last minute added that there would be a fee because it was under $10. I will never go back to that nail shop again!

Went to go get my nails done around 9:45 on a Friday morning, & no one showed up until 10:15. They tried to charge me $50 for a basic full set. Once I asked for a price breakdown while they were doing my nails, they got extremely rude, so I decided to take my money elsewhere. They almost CUT MY FINGER OFF while taking the nails off. The ppl in this shop are rude & money hungry. NEVER GOING BACK

Been here several times, but this last visit the service was terrible, my sns service was too thick, nail was coming up, on my toes polish was applied to thin, when i questioned them about, they gave me some lame excuse. So no tip. Was very disappointed cause I would bring all my out of town guest to them. Uggg!!

I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and have never had any issues with customer service or rude staff. They have done some improvements and it is much nicer inside now. I’ve tried at least 3 techs in this salon and my nails come out average or don’t last. Nina is the only one to get them right every time and she is the only one I will let do my nails here!

THE MANAGER AND THE OLD LADY LITERALLY DOES NOT LISTEN TO A WORD YOU COULD POSSIBLY SAY! The manager was the most disrespectful and rudest one in the salon! If you come to this place you’re paying them to mess up your nails toes and everything else literally!! They do not listen to your request whatsoever! They do not apologize whatsoever! Horrible customer service! The manager was very rude. I explained to her that my nails were done there the day before and already broke and she said I still would have to pay because they don't have anything to do with that. She was quiet the whole time she fixed my nail and last minute added that there would be a fee because it was under $10. I will never go back to that nail shop again!

Once I asked for a price breakdown while they were doing my nails, they got extremely rude, so I decided to take my money elsewhere. They almost CUT MY FINGER OFF while taking the nails off. The ppl in this shop are rude & money hungry. NEVER GOING BACK
