I was very disrespected by employees here as I was with my mom getting our toes done. The lady finished mine and told me to get up and go dry my toes, so I did. My mom was still getting worked on and was asking me a question so I got up and walked over to my mom so we were not yelling across the place. I was told that I was disturbing customers and to go sit in the front! First of all, I was not being loud! Its a small place! I have been a few times, they do pretty good work but not friendly and I had my daughter meet me so we could catch up and get pedicures.... They made My daughter get up because she finished first even though we were talking . So my daughter dried her toes and so as not to yell across the room she got up to come talk to me and they asked her to sit down because she was loud! very rude! Terrible. I was so unhappy. Technician was too rough. I complained, complained, and complained but no one cared. Worst service ever. I also expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, but all she said was, "don't write a bad review if it's not true." Well the truth is there service was awful, and my nails and toes look terrible. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to give this place a try and was very happy with the results. They used plastic bags in the pedicure tubs and were willing to use my own pedicure tools. They had personal nail files/ buffers that came in sealed bags. I cant speak to the cleanliness of their other pedicure tools since they used mine but they were quick, efficient and friendly! I will definitely be back! Read Less

My second time going here to get my nails done with them. The gel job was horrible. I had Gotten them done the evening before my wedding and it came off that same night. I decided to try SNS instead. The SNS is chipping off and way to much powder was applied and when I called and spoke to a manager to get it fixed they just put more on top and made them way too thick. I am just done giving my money for a horrible nail job in return. Not everyone does a bad job but the efforts to correct and make sure customers are happy just isn't great. Read Less

I came here as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon to get a new set of SNS nails. I did not have to wait very long, maybe 10 minutes. The lady that did my nails was very careful with them & I appreciate that. I hate when nail techs rip & drill your nail down to nothing. But she didn't do any of that. She was super gentle; even when doing the initial drill over my nails to start the SNS I knew it was on a very low speed. She was super efficient, meaning great with time but not a rushed sloppy job. And the powder doesn't look thick or anything on top of my natural nail. It just looks like a polish which I really appreciate, so I'll definitely be back!UPDATE: one of my nails broke at the gym a week after getting this set done, it was completely my fault bc I dropped a weight on my finger. But I returned & they fixed it for free and removed the SNS with ease (my natural nail broke & there was a bit of blood, so it was tender). It was super quick & they were so nice. Read Less

Just ok. They offer a lot of pedicure options. You don't feel rushed. However, the technician's work was just mediocre. My big toe was not evenly spread out, so I told her. Her response was: I will do a second coat, I know this polish color. I can still see the blob under the second coat. She also didn't do the best job cleaning it up. Had my first visit here yesterday. As a walk-in, they were able to get me in very quickly. No wait. Which is good. But when they finally had a tech come over I had changed my mind about what color of SNS I wanted to put on my nails. The woman that was actually doing my nails seemed very annoyed that I change the color before we even got started. I explained that I would like a tip put on since my nails are very short, I don't know if she did not understand or just did not he...ar me, but she filed my nails down even more and was about to not put the tips on. I asked her again to put the tip on, so she did. None of the tips fit my nails properly. On my index finger of my right hand there is a gap between the tip and my nail that I will have to add glue to. She was very rough when moving my hands. The people are rude and they charge to remove gel Polish when you are getting a pedicure. Jenny's Nails will be my only place from now on, they know how to treat there customer's and they are more friendly then this place. T&J this the last time you will very money from me.
