I've been going to this salon for years, and this is the only place I have good service at. I've been to other salons on vacation, but I have never been as happy as I am at Nail Luv. My nails are perfect every time - and I am very OCD about how things should look. They have a huge range of colors of SNS, gel, and regular polish. Everyone is very friendly. Most of the techs remember my name and my girls' names every time we go in. It's nice feeling welcomed by the staff. I have only had one bad experience here (years ago), but the manager stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. I also feel like this is the cleanest salon I've ever been in. They really go the extra steps to make sure things are sanitary. I have seen someone say this salon is "horrible" or something about confusion about pricing. The people who say those things must not have good communication skills because I always know exactly how much I'm paying for every service. It proves that you just can't make some people happy because the staff at Nail Luv are the nicest, most talented, and most helpful people of any salon I've been to.

I went to this nail shop to get a fill in and my toes done. Next day my right big toe was swollen! I didn't think anything of it. The next day my whole foot was swollen and red and I was starting to get a white substance on the side of my toe (an infection trying to come out). I was limping. I couldnt bend my toe and it hurt every second of the day Tylenol didnt help. I got my toes done on thursday, went to the doctor Monday. I went to the doctor and as soon s she saw my foot she knew what it was. I GOT STAPH!!!!!!!!!! It was so bad that it was infecting my whole foot and if I didn't go when I went to the doctor I would of been in the hospital. They had to get a needle and drain the toe because of the infection. The pain was horrible. Its been 2 weeks and my foot is still not fully healed. I GOT A STAPH INFECTION, it could of been worst.

I do enjoy coming here for the convenience but I had to stop coming due to the way my nails were painted the very last visit. I get gel polish and the polish was dried over my cuticles. My toes paint ...
I do enjoy coming here for the convenience but I had to stop coming due to the way my nails were painted the very last visit. I get gel polish and the polish was dried over my cuticles. My toes paint was on my skin as well I didn't notice any of it until I got in the car, and then it was pointed out by more than one co worker. I didn't have time to return so I had to deal with the mess on my hands for 2 weeks. Besides that they are very polite and welcoming.

I decided to try this place despite the one review that was one star. I'm glad that I did. Nice experience. Friendly folks. No issues. My mani-pedi came out pretty and well-done and that is saying a lot because my feet and nails were an absolute mess!!

Giving this place 1 star solely for being sleazy with their pricing. They have no price list posted. They hand you a menu after asking if you want a Deluxe Pedicure. I look at the menu which has a number of options ranging from $18-$28. I select the $25 deluxe pedicure which comes with a mask treatment. They also give me a menu for what I think is the fragrance of mask and scrub because that's all it has on it. I select Green tea. Come to find out the second list is some different type of Deluxe pedicure which costs $32. The woman had a strong accent and was speaking through her mask so I could barely understand her. I was visiting from out of town and was referred here by my Aunt. Would never return because I don't like shady business practices. Bottom line, you'll get a decent pedicure here and it seemed clean but be prepared for the confusing pricing and be specific about what you're getting before sitting in the chair.

Really nice salon. Prices are great!! Came to visit a friend of mine and Got SNS (powder color) on my nails for 20 bucks. Where I live I pay 35-45 bucks for it!

I've been going to this salon for years, and this is the only place I have good service at. I've been to other salons on vacation, but I have never been as happy as I am at Nail Luv. My nails are perfect every time - and I am very OCD about how things should look. They have a huge range of colors of SNS, gel, and regular polish. Everyone is very friendly. Most of the techs remember my name and my girls' names every time we go in. It's nice feeling welcomed by the staff. I went to this nail shop to get a fill in and my toes done. Next day my right big toe was swollen! I didn't think anything of it. The next day my whole foot was swollen and red and I was starting to get a white substance on the side of my toe (an infection trying to come out). I was limping. I do enjoy coming here for the convenience but I had to stop coming due to the way my nails were painted the very last visit. I get gel polish and the polish was dried over my cuticles.
