Poor experience. Will never return. Got gel nails and they feel very rough. I had to go right back due to one of them peeling. At the end of doing my nails the manicurist rubbed cuticle oil on my arms...
Poor experience. Will never return. Got gel nails and they feel very rough. I had to go right back due to one of them peeling. At the end of doing my nails the manicurist rubbed cuticle oil on my arms and massaged them with cuticle oil as opposed to lotion.
Also, another lady complained about how they did her eyebrows while I was there.
Nail Studio in Stockbridge is better. I decided to try this horrible place as I was passing by. Never again.

Too many people working on my nails, overcharging for simple nails, and they don’t kno how to do nails, i was very unsatisfied of my nails. Also i told her i wanted regular polish with no gel but they didn’t listen. I’m NEVER going back there.!!!

As a traffic layover, I peeped in after my weekly meeting in the area. I asked for a good manicure, cuticle removal, cut down, and thin-natural looking sns;...Hannah gave me exactly what I asked for. There were so many color options, and very affordable! I will definately return when my sns begins to grow out! Very pleased! Headed back to East Atlanta with a clean mani and a clear highway! #winning

I went for SNS and they put gel on top and it was terrifying to soak off. I had to continue getting my nails drilled because it wouldn’t soak off

I usually go to this nail place because it's so close by , the prices are very inconsistent , they don't have a wall where it tells you a set price , as soon as you walk in they usually discuss among themselves how much they charge you so it won't guarantee that it'll be the same price every single time you go there, the only reason I gave them a 3 instead of a 2 or 1 star would be because the people who used to work there were more consistent, now it's really just younger people who think they know everything when they really don't. It's gotten frustrating to the point where I'm not sure if I want to do my nails here anymore but I literally grew up going to this nail place. Now they are just truly inconsistent.

I wish I can give this place zero stars...After so many years of coming to this place. I've been coming here since Bebe and her sister owned this place. Ever since they sold the place to these Ni Hao Ki Lan's...Tia, John and the Owner. The staff have been so rude and unprofessional. These Ling Ling's act like they are doing you favor when you are a paying customer. They think they can do and say what they want to you. The girl that I don't believe is licensed messed up my toenail and when I confronted her she caught an attitude and refused to finish my pedicure. The employees here have made this place very disgusting. They use the same tools on everybody.I'm reporting K&D Nails to the health department and BBB. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Also the owner yelled at me after I had a problem with the service I experienced.

This is the WORST nail shop I've ever visited, the customer service is non existent. The owner (or whomever he is) dismissed me because I didn't want a pedicure. He told me I had to wait an hour for a fill after I sat in the chair waiting for 25 minutes and he took a customer who walked in after me all because I changed my mind and didn't want a pedicure. The employees all starting talking about me in their native language and laughed at me. That was unprofessional and uncalled for. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN.

As a professional Master Cosmetologist it is great to see young talent. I am speaking of the nail tech Tee. She does a good job of laying a nail, hence the profile picture which are my nails. What I strongly dislike about her is her lack of listening skills. As a professional it is your duty to listen to your customer. It should not be your practice to dispute your customer are try to deter a customer from getting a service just because you don't want to take the time to provide that service. You may know what works, however we as customers know what we like and want. Thank you and I wish you all the best.

Poor experience. Will never return. Got gel nails and they feel very rough. I had to go right back due to one of them peeling. At the end of doing my nails the manicurist rubbed cuticle oil on my arms and massaged them with cuticle oil as opposed to lotion.
Also, another lady complained about how they did her eyebrows while I was there.
