My friends and I came here before prom to get our nails done and had a horrible experience!! The employees began to argue with us about how we wanted our nails done and the atmosphere was not welcoming.... Long story short we all ended up leaving (I left with one acrylic nail on my finger) and went to Princess Nails & Spa a few minutes down the road and they were able to fix our nails exactly how we wanted them! :)

I refer so many people to this place. Not once have they messed up my nails! They really know what they're talking about and I love them so much! From the first time I walked in, they treated me like I was a princess and they've never stopped. The salon itself is so nice, very clean and nice color scheme. I'm a hair stylist and I know the standards and procedures they have to follow in order to keep the salon clean and running smoothly and they do everything right! I believe if State Board walked in at any time, they wouldn't have any issue. This place is definitely worth your time and money! We moved across the county and I will still be making the drive to go to them.

I have been to iNail bar a few times and always liked the atmosphere and service. My sister said she had multiple bad experiences though. The only reason we came was because she knew I liked this place. My two sisters and I were preparing for a bridal shower and walked in expecting to have a good time together. As my sister was picking out her SNS color he told her to move to a different chair and told me to pick her color. I had my 4 year old with me and was trying to get his iPad set up so that he would be content while I relaxed and the guy proceeded to tell me to hurry up and pick a color very rudely. He said this multiple times and I was astonished that he was being so rude. Then he told me that I better hurry and pick her color or I would have to wait longer for them. I'm assuming that he thought it was ok to be rude for me because he thought I wasn't getting any services, even thought upon entering I told them that I was there for a pedicure and eyebrows. I thought I was over reacting at first until my sister said that she wanted to just pay for what was already started and then go somewhere else to get the other services we wanted. She later told me that the guy was also rude to her, and had been on other occasions which is why she didn't like going there. I will never be going back there.

It was my first time trying this nail salon, but it won't be my last! i usually go downtown because the prices are more affordable and they usually do great job, but after almost having my finger chopped off, I will not be returning there. Today I was treated like "one of the regulars," it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Christina was very professional and very efficient. She listened to me and delivered beyond what was asked of her. The atmosphere was fun and sassy, perfect for a girls day out or bachelorette party, and the price was very reasonable. I actually felt like they should charge more. Excellent experience, if you go please ask for Christina! This girl knows how to please her clients! -MiMi

I will NEVER go back in there!! Had a full set put on Saturday and by Tuesday I had to go to mt nail place and have them taken off cuz MY nail lifted. So I just went in to see if they would do something for me and they gave me the run around and made it my fault!! I have had nails on and off for 10 years and have never had it do this!!!! So mad right now!! So I say stay away from this place!!!!!!
